Room service was good, average Wi-Fi, food was great.

Greate place! Very close to the nature and wonderfull forest — park. Very quiet regardless it is close the airport! My best recommendations to the tourists and any others.

Everything is fine and well organized, but the absence of a window is not good. One more thing want to mention need to have exhaust in the comfort rooms. Rest all perfect!

Convenient, clean and affordable. Shuttles run as promised to and from the airport. The breakfast was always enjoyable. The rooms are quite and have the basic necessities for a traveler. My only suggestion is a better system for blocking window light, it gets light early in Moscow during the summer.

For a hotel in Moscow, this level is certainly very weak. The dining room, including for employees, along with the so-called "lobby bar" is in my opinion not very correct. At the same time to eat there is still impossible, it is for a separate circle of persons. Well, if you already divide, and would divide. Were during the World Cup, in this cafe/dining room, as we were told at first the CEO banned to include football on TV, supposedly for this purpose is called sports bar, but it opens at 18 o'clock, at the time when the games start at 13. However, after half an hour/hour in the end the decision was changed (I do not know at what level). The sports bar was not much different from this cafe and it was strange, as obviously the dishes were brought from below, that the bar could not be ordered on the menu of the cafe (which at least a little but differed a lot of variety). Enough about the cons, now the pros. Surprised the price tag in the cafe and in the bar in a good way, considering the same World Cup. Everything else as a hotel for a night out is enough. Well, the plus of course is a free transfer from/to the airport, although it is clear that the hotel is not quite close to the airport and the lack of a transfer would rather the hotel itself would suffer.

Good afternoon! Not the first time staying at you, all very well, the possibility of booking, the possibility of choosing the time of arrival and departure, excellent service. Good food, the only thing that saddened, did not work restaurant "Sky" with a delicious buffet, but in the café must admit, too, all delicious and portions to be full, not for the view. Very clean room. Despite the lack of windows, quite cozy. Nice smell in the room. Towels and linens are white.

The room was clean and comfortable. Ie the opening of the window in the room is not even provided! We just cooked in a room on the sunny side! Yes there is a conditioner, but when it blows directly on a bed in your face-it at all is not a way out.
Lunch/Dinner is not available, only under the order and while you wait for the waiter to come to you, in an almost empty restaurant, you can die with hunger.
The sequence of dishes has been killed! Ordered garlic bread and toast to soup.
Brought soup and OST. Food but no bread or toast… Eventually brought when the soup was already cold and we were already drinking tea.
Broccoli soup is just disgusting! Why did the chef decide that this cream soup?

After such a service, we went there in Sheraton.
And the staff as it should understand who next to whom to inhabit, we were without children, and next to US 2 families with children, jumping to 12 nights and slamming without end doors! It was a horror!

Was at a conference of a large company. A great place for these purposes. Comfortable isolated hall. They were fed in a nearby room. Everything was quick and convenient, without any fuss and intersection with the rest of the inhabitants of the hotel. Food was delicious, there was always a choice. The rooms are spacious and clean. The toilet is cramped with a shower but tolerated. For one two nights the most.

The rooms are small, not comfortable. San. The unit in the rooms is also small. Four times a day there were problems with the service. The staff are not in kompetentente. The climate control in the room did not work. No water in room. No kettle with tea either. Room for spring is cold. I do not know for what here all put grades 4 and 5, the hotel does not deserve even 3. The rooms are dirty and dusty. The staff is far from all the proper level. In general-not recommend this hotel at all!

Convenient location near Sheremetyevo Airport, shuttle from terminals D, E, F runs clearly on schedule, find it easily. The breakfast was very good. The hotel has rooms without windows and it's a nightmare. My employer booked this number. Only one day, but even that's too much. Next time I'll pay for the window. And the city by public transport to get long and uncomfortable. Perhaps it would be better to aeroexpress from Sheremetyevo or by taxi. Overall everything is good for a short stay.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport. In the evening even tasty ate. Free Shatov to the airport and crocus.

Quite corresponds to its stars. In winter not all rooms are warm enough, especially at night time. In the case of D in the rooms slightly worse in terms of comfort and furnishings, but much warmer. Very decent hotel, especially for the price-quality ratio. Very convenient to the airport. Bus every 15 minutes back and forth and free of charge. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is everything you need (shower, shampoo, towels, fridge, TV…). Breakfast is varied, for every taste. Optimal solution for long-term transplant waiting.

Very large room. Pretty quiet. The restaurant and breakfast is in the other building 300m further. The reservation was for a single room without a window but I had a room with it.

Positive:
It is quite close to Sheremetyevo airport so you don't have to do the whole route from downtown to take a flight.
Negative:
Despite the location near the airport it took half an hour to get to the terminal due to rush hour traffic. The staff has a typical service mentality for Russia, ie they make you feel bad to disturb them in their lack of activity during their work (ie they have a very hard face and seem annoyed with any question). That's something the manager could just change. The facilities are suitable for the price and you can sleep there.

Everything was great aside from the key card issue. It seems the card did not work half the time, so we often stood by the door for 2 minutes trying to unlock it.

Very clean hotel… very pleasant staff. Breakfast is very decent and complementary. Restaurant on the premises is great also. Not overpriced. Delicious food and the best tasting mojitoes ever. No need to spend extra money on Sheraton if u just need to crash overnight. Skypoint is the place.

Nice clean place close to airport. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room was too small for 3 people, a single was squeezed into a twin room that was already small. No place to put bags and move around.

It's very convenient being very close to the airport. And there is a shuttle bus service to make it even better. My rooms were very clean and ideal for a rest between flights.

Guys Skypoint is a good hotel, it has good breakfast, 24/7 shuttle to the SVO airport, and it's pretty cheap to stay! Loved it. Little minus — no refrigeration or blow dryer, no stores around:/, but have a/c, staff is great! Make sure to book a room in advance!

A hotel nearby the airport with excellent price, and the room is new, with subtle bus to the airport, the restaurant open till late night.

In summer 2014 year flew to Spain, but the voyage was detained up to 8:00! Thanks airline placed all in hotels near the airport, as flight night. We got here. All Super! Clean, modern, and delicious! Thanks again.

First time in Russia, staying here for 5 days. Very new. Clean, good staff. Only food from restaurant serves very late.
