There are no complaints, I liked it. They feed well, too. There's an iron in the room! Conference room for 250 people.

First very close to the airport (any terminal). Secondly, every 20 minutes there is a free shuttle from the hotel to the terminals. Third, a delicious kitchen on the outdoor terrace (grill, hookah). Prices are more than acceptable. Recommended for transit passengers accurately.

Of the group of 15 people, 9 were sent to the hospital with food poisoning — breakfast and dinner on the system "buffet" in the hotel. In total, more than 20 people were admitted to the hospital (early August 2018). The rooms clean badly, towels change only if you call the front desk. Hamam in the spa never works. All in all, the rooms are decent, well equipped, with a safe, a mini fridge, a jbl radio.

We were put here from Aeroflot (departure was postponed for a day because of a technical error on their part). Pleasant hotel, good food, good rooms.
Two negative points — the shower flows on the floor and we were first given the key to the inhabited room. I can imagine what it was like for people to sleep at night, and then the door opens and someone falls in. It's an unpleasant moment.

The rooms were in great condition and the buffet was nice. Unless you had something else to do for the rest of the day, you were stuck in your hotel room. This is because, as far as I believe, there were no activities (pool, golf, etc). Great for an overnight stay though!

Walking distance to the airport from where ucan take the train to the city. Beautiful hotel, has there really awesome massage chairs available for free which are incredible. Friendly and accommodating staff.

This is one of the best Novotel hotels in the world. The General Management, back office and front staff are wonderful. 5 stars! They are very attentive and helpful. And their spirit of good customer service is unparalleled. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Great design, excellent breakfast. In a double room, the beds are too close located. And there is no possibility to spread them to a greater distance-it is very unpleasant. The internet is not working. For a hotel of this level is a disgrace.

There is a swimming pool, gym and three excellent massage chairs. The food is delicious, there is a lot to choose from even if you are very finicky in food. The room fund is updated and you can always ask for personal hygiene products. Bar 24/7, some networks deliver food.

Had to spend a night as connecting Aeroflot flight was delayed. Since we did not have a visa, we were like prisoners of war and given a room in a separate wing wherein we could not get out. Rooms were ok… room service was timely but food average.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The kitchen is great, everything is delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with everything you need-can be occupied with empty hands. The location of the airport is excellent.

Maybe 3 star hotel. We ask for wakeup call. But reception was not sure they could remember.

The hotel is lovely and the breakfasts too, stay here always when I am on a business trip in Moscow. This time I was disappointed with the attitude of the staff, namely when I checked out, went up for 4 minutes before the departure of the bass shuttle, I needed to get an invoice. The receptionist Irina ruined the last impression.

I had to stay on this hotel because I lost my connection to another destination. The room was nice and quite clean but the staff was extremely rude and unwilling to speak English.

It's a great hotel. Friendly and unobtrusive staff. If you want to relax, there is a small pool with hammam and sauna. The sauna is weak, it is better to go to the hammam. For sports fans, there are also simulators. On the ground floor is a decent bar, where you can discuss any issues in a calm environment. The hotel is not cheap, but decent.

Great hotel, hard to find flaws. It is quite consistent with its level. The quality of service at the height, the quality and variety of the kitchen impressed. Spacious and light, and most importantly clean rooms, beds with excellent class mattresses fell and fell asleep. No fuss, you can relax and work. I recommend you do not regret it.

Very nice hotel! Just stayed one night, but what I saw, is great!

The hotel is very decent. It is convenient to stop between flights. It's not cheap at all, of course. But you can take a room for 12 hours to rest.
The best thing about the hotel is the atrium. In winter it is very pleasant to sit in the heat.
The staff are friendly. The rooms are very clean. The sockets are very inventive. Look for them at the end of the panel with the TV. But there are even USB ports for charging.

Provided this hotel as compensation for the delay of departure and baggage problems, as a result of which the plane departed without me. Registered only half an hour later, because the Administrator said that the priority for registration of airline workers. The room was clean, the air conditioning was in working condition, the robes were missing but there were slippers, ironing board and iron. The bathroom had towels, a comb, 2 razor sets, a toothbrush, pasta, shower gel and shampoo. To turn on the TV, I had to call an employee.

The hotel is great. We liked it. The only administrators at the entrance to the café are not always in the mood. But this is not a problem for us. The room was perfectly clean. The administrator has always solved all problems quickly. Although we got to the hotel by accident (the plane did not take off and we were allocated), we want to go on vacation and stay there. Moreover, they have hotels all over the world.

Excellent. Considering the seniority of the hotel. All services such as reception, room, kitchen and est. I liked it a lot. I've seen the profeccionalidad corresponding to the 4 stars.

Great place to stay, very nice food, lots of amenities. If you think it's too far away from Moscow :-), jump on Aeroexpress and you're in the city center in 40-45 minutes for 500 Rub (less expensive than most of taxi rides in the city itself and less time than some of the taxi rides).

Coincided with some seminars that occupied the main dining room, the rest of the occupation was served in the bar area, small tables and better service.

Overnight stay very pleasant and close to the airport for both international and domestic flights.

The hotel is in a good location. 3 years ago it was much better, every year more and more economical, trifles of course, but if often to stay in it, they are noticeable: breakfasts poorer, instead of cups disposable glasses appeared, instead of spoons-plastic sticks, shower gel and Shampoo Worse quality, the furniture is already damaged, etc.
The location and the shuttle service is very convenient.
Prices are a bit overpriced.

Excellent place and very convenient for travellers as it is next to the Shemeretyevo Airport. Well recommended for the installations and great service. The restaurants are also very good.

Take the Superior room. The standard is too hiccups. The rooms sometimes smell smoke. But the staff is helpful and changes the room on the first request.

It was my most satisfying trip. The waiter at the hotel counter made me feel for the first time that the Russians had good people to help us deal with our needs. The trouble is really there is the feeling of service for you the other room has also arranged a very good to our very comfortable satisfaction.

Very good Hotel, is taken to Bed, when again a connecting flight overbooked at the Aeroflot, or has been deleted and you are sitting in Moscow.

A very nice hotel. Cleanly. Tastefully. Staff polite and respectful. Happy meals, breakfast included a swimming pool, Hammam and gym. And of course Fiona aeroexpress — 40 minutes to Moscow. Recommend!

Nice hotel. Close to the airport: their shuttle runs every 20-30 min. Spacious rooms. Wifi was kind of spotty, I had some trouble FaceTiming. Bathroom was very nice although towels seemed somewhat worn out. Breakfast was very good, my kids loved it.

The hotel is at the airport. Prices are above average for such hotels.

Right next to the exit of SVO airport terminal, you can find free shuttle bus stop. Every 20 min bus is available and late evening, 30 min. Only bad thing is not included breakfast.

All pretty good, clean and efficient, staff speaks English but is very friendly and helpful.

If there is anyway to get to the Hotel from the terminal. I couldn't fid it. Of course nobody that works at the airport knows where anything is. Stay away from AVIS here! They are major leage theifs. Forget your online reseervation. It won't be honored and the price will double. That's the good news.

We booked a room with surcharge, free Wi Fi and a set of things (Slippers, etc), but nothing was received and we only offered to get it for a fee. Brunch was good and the room very spacious. It was also very cold and unfriendly attitude to the guests.

The downside I think the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms. From pluses — excellent food (for hotel), outstanding pastry chef :-)

Very unfriendly stuff, but this is also because of the aeroflot transit area.

There is nothing to comment on. Rude stuff, passport control can take forever if you are lucky to land afther chinese plane. Can not understand why do they do not want to make it right.

The airport has a very "third world" feel to it. It doesn't fit with shinny, chic, new Moscow. It's cramped and at times chaotic.
