We had Our Red Rhino football dinner party and family on 13 feb 2026 in.
Al Mourjan Ballroom. The Venue was spacious not looking very crowded for 300peoples. It has it own entrances, elevator and designated area for guest parking. Very prompted and helpfull asistance from the employees are at their best. Most Compliments goes to Chef Hassan & Chef Faizur for the Best Curated Indonesian dish"fit to our taste". As well Mr. Habib Chowdury for His Best Assistant in the Party.
Also to the Team that helped Me fullfilling some requested items in the ocassion needed was running smoothly.

The room was below my expectations. First of all, the room had a smell which I could not quite pin to what it is, it resembled cigarette smoke but I was reassured that the room was non smoking. Also, for a 5-star hotel, the cleaning was below expectations, especially in the bathroom. Generally, I would recommend putting more effort in the cleaning services as well as the premises, which needed some maintenance. I would not stay again if it was in my choice.

The hotel here is very comfortable, with a good location and a nice breakfast. Especially the room service team, Mr. Masudur Rahman and Mr. So Foul, did a great job in keeping the room clean and comfortable. I will still recommend this hotel to everyone when I come next time.

The hotel location is good and nearby almost everything touristy, the service didn’t help us bring luggage to the room or tell us where our room is just left us to figure it out, we called about noise since they gave us a connect room and there was someone trying to open the door and they said it’s the staff. The room is spacious which is nice but there is no hot water and the water pressure is really bad! And the shampoo holder is rusty as well, the ac sound is way too loud plus the blindes let in the sun in the morning from both ends.

The stay was absolutely wonderful. Special thanks go to the staff member Abassen (I hope I spelled the name correctly), who was extremely helpful and professional. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The location is excellent and very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay.

The price is great, the location is great.
The parking with the valet is an issue as they take so much time to get the car and the parking infront of the hotel seemed to always be busy.
The housekeeping was a bit slow we asked for slippers and got them the next day.

Good hotel with friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Loved the idea of self parking instead of waiting for the valet. What I didn't like was the long long delay to get stuff from housekeeping. Still I will go there again.

Very disappointing stay. I do not recommend this hotel. The windows were filthy and the view was terrible, overlooking a construction site. The staff are unprofessional and gave conflicting information regarding basic services. The suite had a strong cigarette smell, and no proper solution was provided. Also, there was no consistent hot water in the shower, and the excuses from the maintenance team were unacceptable. As for the food, the breakfast was very basic and lacked quality or flavor. Overall, a very poor experience and lack of maintenance and training. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I really enjoyed my 4 night stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even better. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, and my room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Everything felt relaxed and easy during my stay. There were also plenty of parking spaces available in the basement, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable place to stay, and I would happily stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for over a month and had a great experience. The hospitality was excellent, and the food was consistently delicious. I am having an amazing stay at Dusit D2 Qatar, and I want to especially highlight the hotel housekeeping staff — Enamul and Kader for their exceptional service. My room is always spotless, fresh, and beautifully arranged, and they consistently paid attention to the smallest details.
They were also incredibly polite, warm, and respectful. Always greeting me with a smile and making sure I had everything I needed. Their dedication and professionalism truly makes my stay feel comfortable and welcoming.

I stayed in hotel and I went makimono for eat and to get some relax from pool side. The waitress May was very polite and professional. She always smile and care for me. I really enjoyed in sushi restaurant and. I want to appreciate her service. Thank you May. See you soon!

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had — truly deserves zero stars if that were possible.
1. Poor Service:
The staff are extremely slow and unresponsive. Upon check-in, we were told our luggage would be delivered to our room — we waited over 45 minutes before it finally arrived. I almost went down to get it myself.
I requested ice at 9 PM, kept following up several times, and was told every time “it’s on the way. ” By 2 AM, still nothing.
We also left our room at 7 PM, turned on the “cleaning” sign, and even confirmed with the reception. When we came back at 2 AM, the room hadn’t been cleaned at all.
2. Facilities:
There’s no hot water in the bathroom — the “hot” tap only gives lukewarm water.
The air conditioning blows warm air, and when we complained, maintenance said, “That’s the coldest it gets. ” The room temperature was 23°C, which is far from comfortable.
3. Overall Experience:
A truly disappointing stay. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
If there were an award for the worst hotel in Qatar, this one would win it with honors. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Our lunch buffet experience at Flame Restaurant was absolutely satisfying! The food was sumptuous, with a wide variety of options — from appetizers to main courses — and, best of all, the desserts. The desserts were not only delicious but also beautifully presented, truly world-class!
The staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating, always attentive to our needs, especially Ms. Flordelize, who made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
Thank you, Flame Restaurant, for the wonderful service and delightful food. It’s definitely one of our favorite restaurants in Doha!
