Hello,
I would like to express my deep disappointment with my experience at your hotel.
I booked 6 rooms, with 5 of them including breakfast (buffet). One of the main reasons we chose your hotel was the buffet breakfast, especially since we are a very large family and were looking forward to having breakfast together in a spacious dining area while enjoying the variety offered by the buffet.
However, upon arrival, we were surprised to learn that the restaurant was closed and that breakfast would instead be served in the rooms. At no point were we informed of this in advance, whether on the booking website, by email, or through any other communication. Had we been notified beforehand, we would have had the opportunity to reconsider our reservation or choose another hotel that better suited our needs.
Room service breakfast is not an equivalent replacement for the buffet experience we specifically paid for. This unexpected change significantly affected our stay and caused considerable dissatisfaction for our entire family.
In addition, all of the rooms had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was extremely unpleasant, especially since I was traveling with my family. The smoke odor made our stay uncomfortable and did not meet the standard we expected from your hotel.
Furthermore, I suffer from allergies, and the pillows appeared to trigger my symptoms, making it difficult for me to rest comfortably during my stay.
Overall, our experience fell far below our expectations.
Had a great stay at Millenium Place Doha. Since it's very hot now in Doha, we were in search for hotels with indoor pool and we saw this hotel. It was very affordable but high quality hotel. The frontdesk staff were all very accommodating.
Also, my kids loved their pizza and their cheesy fries!
We will surely be back.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
A heartfelt thank you to Khaled at the reception for his warm, approachable, and friendly service. He made check-in seamless and ensured we were given a wonderful room, setting the tone for an exceptional stay.
We would also like to recognize Cynthia at the swimming pool area for her kindness and cheerful personality. She was incredibly helpful and made our experience even more enjoyable.
A special mention goes to Hari at the bar. He is sociable, professional, and always happy to answer our questions with a smile. His excellent customer service truly stood out.
We are also sincerely grateful to Ning at the reception, who graciously arranged a late checkout until 4:00 PM. Her generosity and professionalism were greatly appreciated and made our departure much more convenient.
The hotel is truly fortunate to have such dedicated and outstanding team members. Their genuine hospitality made our stay memorable. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel right at home.
The only area that could be improved is the housekeeping response time. We waited almost one and a half hours to receive the item we requested. While this was a minor inconvenience compared to our overall experience, we hope the response time can be improved for future guests.
