The B Premiere Hotel

I stayed in this hotel from 10th-17th. Despite its glossy exterior and gold plated surfaces, it's reality is deeply troubling.
On the first night they checked us into a room that was so dirty that the concierge had to call reception to get us moved into another room.
The new room which was somewhat better had stains that looked like blood on the bedsheets. We waited for someone from housekeeping to come change the bedding and waited and waited. Eventually when he arrived he complained he could not change the bedding as the duvet needs two people to fit the cover and he's the only one on duty tonight. I got up and helped this man with the bedding (as you do).
The remainder of the stay could be summarised with the following: unhelpful and woefully un-trained staff.
The straw that broke the camels back:
On the last day I finally complained to the manager. The breakfast we had left in the room at 9am (was served an hour late, cold), which we REQUESTED to be removed had been left there till we returned at 5pm, stinking the place out. He apologised profusely and moved us into what he called the junior executive suite. This ended up being a larger room with a strong stench of cigarettes, the workers having cleverly sprayed the room with air freshener before we had arrived.
It's a shame in country like Qatar where the standards are so high this place falls well below.

I did not stay here but they deserve to be recognized to have a staff who helped me out of a challenging situation. A chef there named Gulkan was on his way to work and found me and my wife stranded in front of their house with a shredded tire. A few people passed by me while I was looking for help and he made a phone call to get someone to come remove the wheel and take it to his shop to replace the tire and bring back to install at my location within 30 minutes. He could have just gone to work but did this out of his genuine heart and the hotel here should be proud to have a staff like him. This was the day my wife and I were on our way to celebrate 19th anniversary of our wedding.

Even though the rooms look nice in pictures, it's not that great, u can have the lights on or all the power off including the TV and charger socket.
Complained to the shift manager about it and he didn't seem to care, sent the technician who can't change anything and wasted time, his concern was that I already stayed for an hour, and they would have to bear the housekeeping cost. Very disappointing service and attitude.

The hotel is very wonderful, its location is excellent. Wonderful reception, very clean rooms and good treatment. It is quiet and has excellent service. A very nice and enjoyable experience. Thank you, The B Premier Hotel management.

What a horrible support staff! I have never experienced this thing in Doha. So my freind is coming from The USA, and I wanted book two nights for him for both of us. I called at the reception to let them know the flight will land around 5 pm, and we will be able to check in 6 pm. He said you didn’t pay online, so you have to pay otherwise you’re booking would be cancelled, and agreed to pay. He said to come to hotel and pay before 2 pm, although we would be only able to check in around 6 pm. After enough requests, he said I will call you after minutes to confirm the online payment option. This guy never called. I kept on waited for his call, he never returned. This guy I think is Bangladeshi, doesn’t not have any sense to talk.

The dirtiest swimming pool of any hotel ever in my life! The whole swimming pool and the surrounding area was full of dust and consist of bacterias and garbage shopping bags inside the pool. All the litter of cigarette filters after people smoked was thrown infront of the swimming pool. No cleanliness at all! Absolute zero! I was shocked how they kept it so dirty. It seemed that the swimming pool and the whole area was never cleaned and washed. Also the Wi-Fi was not working when we checked-In. The receptioners were also unprofessional and have no idea how to greet and talk to the guests when they arrive. They just simply said Wifi is not workinh in this hotel and thats it! I will never go back to this hotel again with such full of dirtyness in the swimming pool area and with so lazy reception. Not welcoming at all! THUMBS DOWN! 👎

This hotel is very nice with good decorations and property.
But The Arabic lady in reception too much misbehaving every time when I come to this hotel. First she give room without ac then changing too many rooms and convincing me to cancel booking rather than treating well with the guest. It’s totally unacceptable.
Management should take care of it.
If someone arrives there to check in she’s the one making more issues with guests.
She doesn’t like to welcome guests. Guests the one who must need to welcome like “hi or hello” to them.
She’s is the one holding guests QID and not returning back timely to the guests. Guests need to go there and need to request to return the QID.
In Doha too much hotel available in different different prices. We are also doing business and businessman knows how to take care the business and clients. For successful business I request to owner or management please take care of that reception lady 🙏🏻 otherwise competitors will be win on this game.
The hotel and property is well decorated. Owner or management must need to take care of the reception otherwise they will lost the clients.

A friend booked this hotel for me, to have some time to relax for one night in luxury.
I arrived during the allocated check in time, received my room card and was told the floor and room number, I was also provided with a small slip to inform me of contact numbers and what’s app number to contact the front desk.
I arrived in the room, it was beautiful. Very large suite, the decor was nice, the suite was clean and the bathroom was very large with a walk in shower and bathtub. The bathtub was a great addition. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided. In the room, water and tea facilities were provided but no milk, a fridge and television.
The Televisions had no English channels and seemed a little difficult to use. None of the service or directory pages worked.
I wanted to order room service during my stay, since this service is provided on the hotel information (amenities), however the TV didn’t work when I clicked on room service or any services. I decided to contact the what’s app number that I was provided with during check in, however the message was read and nobody responded to my request. The room had no information or menu in either. This was disappointing and due to having no response, I didn’t know if I could order from an external option.
The bed was large and comfortable, the AC worked well and I enjoyed the bath. The room was quiet and had a nice view of the city from the 5th floor.

Stayed here for one month and loved it from the beginning to start. Very affordable and incredibly luxuriously made. It’s very new, hence the staff is little slow but they are incredibly nice and do their best to make your stay comfortable. The washrooms are great! Everyday cleaning and super huge beds. Only down thing is that the TV didn’t work and only had one channel and the Wi-Fi is a little slow. Other than that I loved my stay!
