Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs.
I had an absolutely terrible stay at this hotel. The place was shockingly dirty, with unhygienic rooms and poorly maintained facilities. The management is completely unprofessional and careless — it feels like nobody takes responsibility for guest comfort or cleanliness.
The staff showed no respect or concern, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant from the moment I arrived. This is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever seen, and I strongly advise everyone not to book or stay here.
Recommendation: Save yourself the frustration and choose another hotel.

A very bad experience, unfortunately.
The air conditioner was hot and not working properly, and the hotel had a bad smell overall. Even the bed sheets smelled unpleasant, which is unacceptable in any hotel.
The worst part was the behavior of one staff member who treated my husband very badly, stopped him from entering, and touched him in an inappropriate way. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
I will never visit this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone who expects comfort, cleanliness, or respectful treatment.

The staff are very accommodating. The room is very nice and clean. Definitely 5 star. And the coffee shop in the lobby, outstanding service. And sandwiches excellent Definitely coming back here again.

I must say Blue rose Cafe ⭐️ is Prince Aldrin. He provided excellent service. He made a truly delightful cup of coffee. Really appreciate his efforts and positive attitude.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! One of the highlights of my experience was the outstanding service from the front desk, especially the Filipina receptionist who was incredibly professional, warm, and helpful throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to assist with check-in, local recommendations, and made me feel genuinely welcome.

Clean, comfortable, and costs much less than expected for its high rating.
The hotel is ideally located for exploring Doha. The staff were very friendly and efficient—special mention to Rizel at reception.
Rooms are spotless and well‑appointed, the pool and bar are nice touches.
Would happily stay here again.

Amazing Hotel, super clean and nice furniture, the service is superb, the staff are so polite helpful and professional.
The location is the best it's the center of Doha and surrounded by all the shops and restaurants that you might need.

If you are looking for a perfect location around Doha then this is the best hotel for you. This hotel looks small from outside but when you get inside, they have a lot of entertainment facilities. It has very nice ambiance from the reception. If you are looking for a bar to chill then you've got in the right place as they have multiple clubs to visit. Room was clean and spacious. Moreover, the receptionist was very warm and accommodating.
