Wonder Palace Hotel Qatar

I checked out of this hotel today. If you are a budget traveler and want to use the metro, you will have to walk for twenty minutes from the location Google is telling you. Otherwise, you will see a parking lot in the middle, which is usually empty. If you go from there, it is a twelve to thirteen minute walk. The hotel is very good for the budget. You also get good.
Services. The breakfast is also decent. Recommended from my side.

We ordered coffee from the restaurant and were asked by the staff to wait in the lobby. We waited for more than 45 minutes, only to realize that our order was never confirmed in the first place. No one came to update us or bring the order, and there was no follow-up from the staff. Very disappointing experience and poor service handling.

We had a great stopover stay here. Nice rooms with good breakfast spread. Hotel restaurants are also okay to have a decent lunch. Very close to the airport.

Wonder Palace Hotel is one of my favourite hotels in Doha, especially when considering the excellent value for money. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and conveniently located close to most major attractions.
The rooms are spacious and well organised, and one of the most important advantages is the availability of family rooms for up to four people, which is very rare in many hotels. This makes it an ideal choice for family trips or travelling with friends.
The staff are polite and professional, the bed is very comfortable, and the rooms are equipped with smart TVs that support YouTube, Netflix, and other popular applications.
Free parking is also available.
All of these features come at a very reasonable price compared to the services provided, which is why I no longer stay at any other hotel when visiting Doha.

We booked this hotel with Qatar Airways because of a 1-day layover. We were surprised at the quality of it. It’s seen greater days, however, the size of the room and bathroom together with an affordable room service improved our Doha experience. After the whole day of sightseeing it was amazing to eat well and sleep soundly and this is what we received.
We will definitely stay there again if we ever transfer in Doha.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. I was really impressed with the reception team — they were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The staff in general were friendly and made the experience even better. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I also appreciated the large number of parking spaces available, which made things very convenient.
However, the only downside was the central air-conditioning system that controls a group of rooms together. It wasn’t very flexible and made it difficult to adjust the temperature to my preference.
Overall, it’s a good hotel with excellent service, but the air-conditioning system could be improved.

I booked a room through Agoda for 7 days (Booking ID: 1934641837) but checked out after 5 days. While the stay itself was comfortable and satisfactory, I have not yet received a refund for the unused days. The delay in processing and lack of clear communication has been disappointing. I kindly request the management and Agoda to resolve this issue at the earliest. Once the refund is processed, I would be happy to update my rating to 5 stars.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are elegant; the house keeping is excellent. I met some wonderful staff at reception, in the restaurant (Jessel whose name I know). I don’t have names of others; but they are wonderful and asset to any organization.

Got this hotel from qatar airways because of long stay between two flights. 1 room had AC issue, other was good. Room service was great, but guest service need to work alot on how to talk to guests. Not everyone had attitudw but couple of guys seem to have bad attitude problem.

Room is very good. The best part is food with super delicious mushroom soup and grilled chicken yellow rice. We enjoyed the lovely company of Jessel and warm tea. However, we got to know that 100 QAR is not enough for two meals in 15h stay.

I honestly canceled my second night.
The people working at the reception earn 5 stars. Good people.
But the rooms are not of a 4 star hotel. Very old. And not clean. Normally I wouldn’t have a problem staying 2 days. But the choices in Qatar are far way better than this.
At least they gave me back my second night cost. And I thank them for that. Like said, the people at the reception are very helpful.
But next time I won’t come back to this hotel ever. The hotel needs some attention. And good management for services. And especially they need to clean the carpets in the rooms. Not clean at all.

Strictly NO visitors allowed—if visitors are allowed, they must leave their QID or passport at the front desk and can only stay until 11 PM. See the photo for reference.
This is, by far, the first hotel I've experienced here in Doha with such rules. Other than that, upon entry, there’s an awful sewer smell outside, particularly on the left side of the entrance near the ramp.
The rooms are neatly arranged, and the AC is cold, but the sheets look old and have light stains. The carpet also has noticeable stains, with some spots showing cigarette burns. The sofa or couch smells musty and old.
In terms of service, don’t expect 24/7 in-house room service—they don’t even have coffee. The front desk staff come off as snobbish and rude.
The lobby is boring, and it’s no wonder they seem to have fewer guests coming in. The location is also awkward, with just a vacant lot in front and far from major tourist destinations within Doha.

Hotel staff are very friendly specifically Christine. She support me at my entire stay and give full support and quick resolution of my all problems. I recommended this hotel to everyone. One the best hotel in qatar.

It was an amazing experience staying at Wonder Palace Hotel. The service and food were great. Also, the goodbye gift was so thoughtful.

I stayed one night, I don’t really recommend this hotel, room service took 1 h, I came down for an espresso no one was attending the coffee shop despite of being in service, someone gave me free stayed here and I politely accepted, however in my own I would have stayed in much better hotel, this is 2 start hotel, don’t expect better.
