I stay at Al Liwan Suites for about a month every year, and overall, my experience has been positive.
The main issue I consistently face is with the air conditioning system. Although each room has its own AC control panel, these do not actually function. The AC can only be controlled from the main hall, which makes it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in different rooms.
In our case, one bedroom was often too hot while another was too cold, which was quite uncomfortable during our stay.
That said, Al Liwan Suites remains one of the most reasonably priced options for 2 BHK and 3 BHK serviced apartments in Doha, which is why I continue to return each year.
Aside from the AC issue, the property is good overall, and I would recommend it.
