Royal Mansoura Residence Hotel

The Assistant Manager Mr. Raju was the worst Manager I have ever encounter. He dont what hospitalilty means. Whoever hire this guy you should random check this. Clearly, lack of leadership. I have seen that he doesnt care about his staff. Remove him from this property. He is the worst person.

Staff are accommodating, the supervisor & staff at the cafe are nice and friendly. You can have your coffee at the penthouse or just on their bar area on the ground floor and It's great to just chill also, especially during winter. Awesome.

Clean and comfy apartment, easy check in, lovely helpful staff, great location and very close to metro station.

The food was very decent and had a great amount and was reasonably priced. Very neat and clean. The location is a bit crowded.

Services rendered are great. Rooms and amenities are up to standard and accessible. However, the bathroom cleanliness was my issues. They need a thorough scrub to eliminate the discolouring on the floor and in various corners of the shower.

It is one of the best hotels in this price range. Will definitely visit again. Rooms a very spacious and arranged. Neat and clean chairs and Sofas. Kitchen area is pretty impressive.

A nicely decorated hotel but horrible service. I’m not used to hotel stays in Doha. But I haven’t been to one that is so cheap. I’m sorry but that is the best way to describe it. One time I lost a key and ask for a new one and was willing to pay. They said it broke. I stayed in an apartment unit with my family but was only kept two small towels. No matter how times I asked them. Also it doesn’t fully come with apartment utensils that you need. The biggest issue I had was with cleaning. I found my things tempered with and my belongings missing. Never again.

Season 52 :
Decent restaurant and staff very friendly.
They have different buffet cuisine on every different day, need to call and check on specific days such as chinese, indian, iranian etc.
Attended an event dinner for iranian buffet. It was worth for the money specially with kabas and the most fish fillet dish. Starters were good, lintel soup is really nice.
Desserts were just common and nothing special.

I would like to appreciate A&H hotel for their exceptional service from the reception up to the housekeeping department. The place is so cozy and relaxing with its city view and beautiful ambiance. The hallway and rooms are so quiet and you can really enjoy your stay. But I would like to share some senarios during our stay, actually prior the booking we considered another hotel but just because my cousin is a staff here he recommended the hotel for us as he is proud of his workplace. We invited him over after his duty to stay with us for a while since we are living under the same roof, but his attention caught by his superior and informed him immediately that it is not allowed for him to stay with us. We understand and respect the policies of the hotel, if it is really not allowed so be it. But what I didn't like when I tried to ask for some consideration with Mr. Raju the manager of the hotel. I was shocked the way he talked to us. I actually don't care if he have some issues at work with my cousin, that's already work related, it is just alarming that he is talking to us as hotel's guest and not his employee. I understand that he wants us to understand his side but I hope he didn't treat me that way. I feel so bad that after my cousin recommended this hotel I thought we will have some quality time during Eid, this management is not tolerable. You don't treat guests in that manner.

Had amazing stay at this Property.
Stayed there just for one day. I wish I could have stayed for couple of more days. Location is great. Rooms are nice. Staff is very cheerful. Bedroom is comfortable. One of the best stays.
