Al Liwan Residence

I arrived at this hotel in January intending to stay for 25 days. We ended up staying for 115 days. I highly recommend this hotel for families traveling to Doha. The apartments are spacious with excellent furniture. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There is a Musallah next door and a metro station down the road. Overall, an excellent experience.

Al liwan residence. 👌 Wonderful staff from reception to the daily house keeping. Amazing service. Not forgetting the white street cat, she was adorable. Named her bluey (beautiful blue eyes) hope shes ok and taken care off… 🥹

Apartment was great. The service is good I would recommend to book it from Discover Qatar (alot cheaper from there).
Only bad point is neighbourhood it was situated in.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Al Liwan Residence from 2nd November 2025 to 9th November 2025. We had booked two 3-BHK apartments next to each other as we were in Doha for my daughter’s destination wedding, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for our family.
The apartments were spacious, clean, and very comfortable — ideal for hosting family members who had travelled from different places to be part of such a special occasion. Having two adjacent apartments made coordination so easy and allowed us to spend quality time together while still having privacy when needed.
The staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist us with anything we required during the busy wedding week. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. The facilities, cleanliness, and overall ambiance added greatly to our experience and helped make our daughter’s wedding celebrations even more memorable.
Special Thanks to the Front Deck Receptionist Mrs. Sahiba and the Manager, Mr. Yasser and the entire team at Al Liwan Residence for making our stay so pleasant and stress-free. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Doha, especially for family gatherings or special occasions.

We rented out this place for 10 days. The price seemed steep but is worth it.
The rooms and clean and spacious.
Kitchen is equipped with accessories.
Washing machine, dishwasher and Owens etc.

The room service reaction is quite late.
The hot water for shower needs special procedures from guest to run the heater, in my case no one guided me on this and result in waiting a lot of time to get the hot water.
My experience overall is unpleasant stay, and I will not repeat it again with same Hotel.

Don't judge a book by it's cover as it looks very odd from outside but in reality ur expectations flip the moment u arrive inside. It is superb. Rooms are very big & it is worthy of recommendation. Very very economical too.

Staff are friendly and very helpful and allowed early check-in and alot of parking space.

Location is ok, rooms are clean and big and also the filipina reception is nice and acomodating to us we are happy thank you.

I have been living at Al Liwan Residence for the past four months, and my experience has been outstanding. The residence is peaceful, clean, and very well-maintained, providing all the amenities needed for a comfortable lifestyle.
Special appreciation to Ms. Sahiba at the front reception for her exceptional hospitality and professionalism — she is always welcoming, polite, and quick to assist with any request. A big thanks also to Mr. Yasir, the Manager, for his excellent leadership and constant support.
I would also like to acknowledge the security team and room service staff, who are always courteous, helpful, and dedicated to keeping everything in perfect order.

I’ve been living at Al Liwan Residences for 2 days, and overall, the experience has been very good. The community is peaceful, the apartments are spacious and well-designed, and the location offers easy access to nearby shops and essential services.
A special mention goes to the Reservations, Housekeeping, and Security teams, who have been absolutely exceptional—always professional, responsive, and helpful. They even went out of their way to accommodate our huge luggage (means huge) during the move-in process to other unit, which made settling in much easier.
Overall, Al Liwan Residences is a great place to live, offering comfort, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere.

It was a clean room and the service was good the location was in a residential cluster where was over crowded with labors.
There was supermarket close just ten minutes walking and corner shop just a few minutes.
This hotel includes swimming pool and cars parking.
The negatives, there wasn’t restaurant in hotel.
And the extra blanket isn’t included in free service where should be paid extra money.
