I stayed here for one night only, and while there were some positives, the overall experience was not great.
On the positive side, the room matched the pictures, and the staff were friendly. I was offered water at reception, allowed to check in late at 1am, and even check out late at 2pm, which I really appreciated.
Unfortunately, that’s where the good part mostly ends.
The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and unreliable, despite being told it was fast. The TV had very limited channels, and surprisingly Al Jazeera was missing. The carpet was very dirty, and clearly not well maintained.
The worst part was the outside noise. My window faced a Haraj market, and from 1am until morning there was constant noise from cars, people, and banging sounds. The sound insulation was almost zero. I couldn’t sleep properly at all.
The bed was quite stiff, and the towels in the bathroom smelled bad and looked very old and worn.
I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and fixes these issues for future guests.

Very good service and very nicely maintained rooms. I happen to arrive a little early at the hotel before the second time and the receptionist Ananya was kind enough to give the room at that very time.
Room service is also quite good.
No doubt I am going to book this state for my future visit as well.

After reading a number of good reviews I thought I would give the hotel a try, however it was a little disappointing and the hotel is quite old and the decor is dated.
Check in is slow and not streamlined with the need to be modernised.
The rooms are small and old and they have a safe, tea and coffee making facilities, a TV with a limited amount of English speaking channels and it is. Smart TV so you can watch Netflix or YouTube.
The beds are quite hard and not very comfortable and the pillows are also not very comfortable.
The bathroom is a reasonable size and the shower has a rainfall shower head and a hand held rose and the water pressure is weak.
There's not much within walkimg distance and the metro is about 600 metres away which isn't too convenient if you have luggage.
Overall it was poor value for money and quite expensive for what you got. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the price, there's much better hotels around and in better locations.

I rarely give feedback but I’ve decided to share my experience about this hotel because they well deserve it! My mother and I just came to Qatar from a long trip, we are both American citizens. From the night we came in, we had nothing but professional and hospitable service. In terms of the rooms, they are very clean and comfortable, we instantly felt like we were home not just guest. Room service is also exceptional.
I want to personally give a shout out to Mohamed Harrish for welcoming us. He was extremely kind, considerate, and just downright amazing. He deserves to be recognized and I definitely recommend him to management roles. If I had to come back to this hotel in the near future, Mohamed Harrish would be the main reason I would be back.

Al Aseel Hotel offered a wonderful stay. Rooms were spotless and well-maintained, while staff were courteous and helpful. The nearby restaurants were a highlight, with diverse options like Pakistani, Indian, and Turkish cuisine within reach. Although the surrounding area can get crowded, the hotel's excellent service and comfortable rooms make it a great choice.

The hotel is completely smoke-filled, very noisy at night and the beds are dirty. We booked a room for three (2 adults and a child) with the intention of getting 6 hours of sleep during an overnight layover in Doha. The smell of smoke in the lobby was so strong that we thought someone was smoking right there. The room was a little less, but still very strong — our clothes and hair completely smelled of cigarettes overnight. The third bed for the child was not ready immediately, and when it was brought to us, the employee did not bring bed linen, insistently convincing us that the child can sleep right on the mattress. After persistent demands, he brought a sheet, but never brought a duvet cover. The noise from the shouts from the street and unloading of cars did not let us sleep until 3 am.

The hotel is nice overall and the room was cozy and comfortable. However, a few things could be improved. The towels were quite worn out and felt overused, which took away from the overall experience. Also, there was no hair blower provided in the bathroom. The view from the room wasn’t great, and while the area is somewhat safe, I’d recommend booking a taxi or Uber in advance before heading out. There were some people outside who didn’t seem very trustworthy and might try to scam unsuspecting visitors.
Despite these issues, the stay was generally pleasant.

Terrible Experience – Aseel Hotel (Najma) Bar.
We have been staying at this hotel for four days, but we had a very bad experience at the bar. I ordered a beer, paid for it, and had the bill in my hand. While waiting for my next beer, I was sitting there for a short time. Suddenly, the bar staff used rude and unprofessional language and forcefully removed me from the bar.
This is not the first time. We have also seen the bar staff misbehaving with other hotel guests before. Such behavior is unacceptable in.

We had our short but sweet stay here in Al Aseel, we were very early for check in, but they allowed us to stay in the lobby since the hotel was fully booked, by the time there was a room available, they cleaned it immediately and allowed us to go for an early check in. The staff were also nice, especially Mr. Sandeep, he helped and assisted us until we checked out the next day. We will recommend this hotel to our friends.

We stayed for a few hours between flights and enjoyed the short stay. We walked from the metro and it wasn't a long walk. The metro red line goes straight to the airport and also to the city centre.

We stayed at the 7th floor and the room looks really great! Except the carpet that looks a bit stained.
The hot water is veryyyy unstable and it runs out very quickly. We stayed here for three nights and on the third day morning I couldn’t use the hot water system at all.
It’s pretty noisy as you can hear the streets all night long and if you stay on the lower floors there’s a club that parties till 2am (everyday I think? lol)
There is a fridge in the room and Wi-Fi works great.
Apart from that, it’s only a 5-10 mins walk from the metro (come out from exit 1)

I checked in on January 10th 2025, everything was exceptional the receptionist staff were amazing and very professional led by Mr Akilesh who made me feel at home. The room was great, big, clean & very comfortable which made my stay more memorable.
They have a club in M club with nice music, variety of drinks and amazing staffs specifically Miss Noh Noh.
They are always a phone call away for any deliveries or requests.
Thank you Al aseel Hotel for making me feel at home and make my stay memorable.

I had a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. The staff were helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile and make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
While the hotel is situated in a working-class neighborhood, which may not be as glamorous as some other areas, it adds a unique charm and authenticity to the experience. The prices are affordable.

The Location of this hotel is main highlight and easily reachable from the city. Mid night vibe Seems to be crowded at weekends. I prefer it because its affordable for a day's stay.
