Awesome place for stay… Some small issues are there with the rooms but they have taken out suggestions and hope will rectify soon, even though it's a good experience. Nice hospitality and the housekeeping team was good especially Mr. Sajas a cute boy very sincere and polite. Thank you all.

I recently stayed at La Villa Hotel with my husband for 11 days after coming back from vacation. The room was fine, and I was happy to find an electric cooker so I could cook during our stay. Since it’s summer, the shower water was usually hot, so I used my storage box for cooler water. One day, a housekeeping staff member noticed and kindly offered me two buckets so I would have enough cold water for bathing. I believe her name is Sumaya (or Fumaya), from Nepal.
She was always thoughtful and made sure I had enough drinking water and coffee every day. Her kindness and attentiveness really stood out to me. I may not have had the most comfortable stay in La Villa overall, but the staff truly made the experience worthwhile.
Before I left, I accidentally forgot my mobile charger in the room. When I came back to ask about it, the reception immediately returned it to me, thanks to the housekeeping staff who found it. I really appreciate their honesty and care. 🤍😊

I don’t recommend this hotel at all as the staff have a bad behaviour towards the guests and specially the receptionist who was working on the night shift on the 15th of September he's name is ashuk he was very rude and he didn’t even respect as a guest i’m real disappointed and I hope that the management team will follow up regarding this issue.

To be honest I don’t recommend this hotel at all as the staff have a bad behaviour towards the guests and specially the receptionist ashuk who was working at the night shift on the 15th of September he was very rude and he didn’t respect me as a guest i’m so disappointed and unfortunately even the management team there not following up with like those problems kindly try to improve the guest engagement and brief your team members.

This is the most worst suites ever!
There is a man Ramda he’s a security person who don’t know how to speak with customer. He always talking too much loudly and always shouting on every person. He’s so disrespectful person and there’s staff behaviour also very rough. And also their too much internet problem.

The rooms and staffs are very good and welcoming. Great service.

Very good properties good room good service good environment 👍

Great Hotel, Prashanth housekeeping boy is really hard working guy, great cleaning and maintenance, and other team especially really cool.

The room was good and spacious, and receptionists Sankar and Honestan were very friendly. Daily housekeeping services are provided, and Prasanth, in particular, does an excellent job.
I'd like to thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

Room was good, receptionist and Security was very friendly. There was a management issue coz they need to think about more room smell and housekeeping services. If they improve there housekeeping department they will get more marketing impact as they expecting level.
By they way thanks for making our stay lovely.
