Chairmen Hotel

This hotel is underappreciated. This is a great resource for the whole family. Everyone should enjoy this piece. All these people served us well. It is not enough to thank them all.

I experience this hotel security is disrespectful he opened the door while people inside hope the management will give him teach him lessons not for only us for the next customer!

Hotel service accompanied and ambience good but located in busy area.

Good location. I can get everything around the hotel.

We booked the last room in the hotel. It was 5 miles from Doha airport. The Sleep & fly accommodations in the airport were all booked and we needed to sleep before flying 17 hours back home. So, we booked this room, off site from the airport to get some sleep. Perhaps they didn't intend on booking this last/final room because it was awful. The door to room 506 was broken. We had to push it hard to gain access to the room, all the while thinking the door lock would fall off. Then the room smelled very strongly of chemical disinfectant to mask the odor of the urine emanating from the bathroom. There was only 1 set of towels (a hand towel and a bare thread bath towel). The tub and sink had mold in the fixtures and the bathroom baseboards were rotting from water damage. We turned in the air to help circulate the disinfectant smell from the room, but that just made it worse. The filter and vents from the air unit needs to be cleaned. Thank goodness this stay was less than 24 hours. We checked in at 8 or 9 pm and checked out at 4am. Also, the website said their is shuttle service. There isn't. They just called an UBER for us.

Need to improve customer service.
And need to know the value of customer.
It was my life's wrist experience.
On the less price then them. You will get best experience. And good customer service.
Better to avoid go there.
Special at night time when shift change.

All in one… place… with reasonable price.

We made a reservation and payed online. And we have a confirmation letter. When arriving to the hotel they refused us because of low availability blaming agoda to take the reservation. Very unprofessional.

One of the worst experience ever… old furniture but a smart TV. Besides there were no water in the room even no water nor tissues… and only one big towel. Also, I checked in yesterday and the air condition is so noisy and not working at all… a sleepless night passed and still they didnt fix it claiming it is a problem from. The central air condition. Thanks god I found another availability for tomorrow so I have to suffer another night. Even if they did not change my room. Also no. Printed menu in your room and after midnight you order for the room. Service and they bring you cheap meals from. The streets in the hotel dishes. It is a disaster … I highly recommend everybody not to visit this hotel even if it was free of charge.

It's good survices from hotel management and food is also taste and fresh.

Chairmen hOtel is a gOod place. FOod. Tasty.

Great Hotel and lovely staff. The breakfast buffet was always good and the rooms were very clean and tidy. Great value for money! I would definitely recommend Chairmen Hotel to anyone travelling or transitting Doha. I cant wait to be there again.
