Minho SPA hotels

What a sublime place to spend a week. We chose to stay in one of the pool villas and couldn’t have been happier.

We had an amazing time at Quinta de Silvalde. The place is beautiful, mixing modern style with traditional charm. The setting is calm and relaxing, perfect to disconnect.

Family holiday for 5 nights — we had a lovely time at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and super helpful, even before we arrived they helped arrange our transfer from the airport.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The rooms are big and clean. We were on the 5th floor. The staff is friendly and free parking is right in front. We also used the outdoor pool.

Excellent hotel and location. Beautiful renovated and a historic story! Lovely grounds. Room was expansive, very clean, and novel. Breakfast was delicious, personal and delightful.

Excellent stay, facilities are extremely well presented, breakfast amazing and owner very attentive and lovely. Thankyou, our most enjoyable stay in Portugal so far.

Pros:
The hotel has free and reliable Wi-Fi. Car parking is available, though spaces are very limited, and parking near the hotel can be difficult due to the residential area.

Arrived after a long and tiring leg of our Caminho. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
Our room was spacious enough.

Nice, charming hotel with extraordinary kind service. Well localized in the city center, with easy access to most of atractions. Free city parking nearby, 5 minutes walk.

I recently stayed here while attending a conference held at Cultural Center of Viana do Castelo.
Staff: Every staff member I encountered was really nice and welcoming.

This is a really magical place. José, the owner is a great host. He is passionate about the villa and surrounding gardens and gives a very interesting and informative account of same.

Perfect little place with a view of the baroque gardens. If you fancy a jog or calisthenics, I found out only on my last morning that it’s just a quick pop over to the large park behind.

This is a beautiful hotel run by a wonderful team. The care and attention to detail throughout our stay was great.

Rinoterra is located in a beautiful spot giving easy access to the towns of Seixas and Caminha.

Warm welcome, very beautiful building, excellent and various breakfast: eggs made by the cook, fruit is really fresh. The rooms are big and have everthing you need.

We stayed here with my family, and we loved it! Beautifull place between the grape yard. Very friendly and helpfull staff, the accomodation itself was spacious, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast.

We were so pleasantly surprised during our 3 days stay. On arrival there was a warmly welcome and a complete introduction of the Estate and the region.

We stayed for one night, the rooms were nice and clean, breakfast the next day was great (but I can imagine it getting hectic at certain times), and there are plenty of amenities and things to do

I am at the hotel Minho at least 3/4 per year for the last decade and the hotel is top notch for business travels. The personnel is very friendly, flexible and courteous!

This hotel is perfect for families! The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The reception staff were incredibly efficient, making check-in a breeze.

Depending on which side of the hotel your room is, they are great or OK. Reception staff are great, particularly Eloise who was very helpful sorting out my booking.

Very large rooms but make sure you get the ocean side. They come with extra large balconies too. Breakfast was good.

Really enjoyed our stay here for Valentine's Day! It's a really quiet resort with a very professional staff and an incredible spa.

Super relaxing vacation, in a stunning environmemt. We really enjoyed the facility and the surroundings. Our villa was really comfortable and well equipped.

The hotel is in the center of Guimarães. The room was clean and spacious. We booked a room with access to SPA. It was good. The water is warm, the swimming pool and sauna are clean.

Found it a very good price/quality ratio. Everything was comfortable and clean. Beautiful lobby and lounge. Karolina in the restaurant was superb! Very attentive, kind and hospitable.

Great boutiquey resort with indoor/outdoor pool, little gym and steam room. The staff were lovely, rooms were huge like a 1 bed apartment, only downside was the food at the restaurant on site.

Such a fantastic hotel. The rooms are much more bigger. They are like apartments. The location is exact Center. The ferry to Spain is just behind. We loved everything in this hotel.

Perfect stop on the caminho to take the boat in the morning and relax in the Spa area after a long walk.

Lovely surroundings the pool looked inviting but a bit cold when we where there room very clean it was like a little apartment friendly staff good parking and for the price good value.

The staff was great, there was a very nice girl, Inês I think it was her name, she helped my wife with some issues and we couldn't be happier.

Beautiful views, very quiet when we visited which we loved. Awesome for tennis players and gym lovers. Indoor pools are fine too.
