Great Hotel in Lisbon, close to the centre and well served by public transport. Good rooms and great sweet and salty breakfast. The price is great.

After a trip of 2pm we announce a room ready from 2pm and nothing is done without the slightest excuse, we wait like bums DS the entrance hall! However, we paid the same price as the guests who have their room at 2pm. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm very much in a hurry.

4 stars equivalent to our 2 stars. I wouldn't even know where to start… Old, ugly, moquettes in the dirty and old room, phono of my grandmother's times, no sockets near the bed, etc etc. Adios never again.

Located in an excellent site, economic price, close to tourist places, shopping malls, restaurants. Good Service.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Good welcome room good size.

If you want to live on the same street and close to Ritz and Intercontinental, while saving big, then you might overlook the somehow rusty look of the rooms and the fact that keys will not fit into your wallet…

The 4 stars shine by its absence, is like returning to the years 60 but with all the wear that the facilities have suffered since its opening until today because it has never been refurbished, the carpet is worn and horrible, the elevators slow, unsafe and noisy, the doors crappy and as if they were internal rooms of a private house with a round knob with key lock… The window did not close, the bathroom is how to return to your grandmother's house when you were 4 years old, tiles of the first season of Tell me and the bath worn with yellow areas that disgusted. And the worst thing was heard on the third floor all the noise from the street and such which the conversations of the adjoining rooms, impossible to sleep from 7 am.

Attention and service very good. The only thing that's a little "de mode"

Although it is old it is a new and quiet hotel located in the center of Lisbon. Very good breakfast buffet.

A bit decadent but comfortable and central.

Old, dated. Carpet to say the least consumed. Saying vintage is an understatement… it's all old. Of the 4 stars 3 are too much!

Very good breakfast by cons the rooms are disappointing compared to the number of stars in the hotel.

The hotel has a good location, but would need to be renewed. However I have all basic things you need. Old style. City taxes are 1 euro.

Clean and priced Hotel, services and furnishings are not of the latest generation but they can fit.

Hotel that do not deserve its supposed 4 stars. Very old fashioned, old carpets and furniture and rooms are fixed into the 80's. The worst is the staff : no welcome word, no help proposed to carry our luggage (the minimum for a 4 star I guess), no eye contact, no word during the check in (at midnight after a long trip). Shall I continue? Please Mr Manager (if you exist…), contact me and I will forward you my long list of claim. What else. Ah YES! The safe in the room. 3€ per night in which 4 star hotel did I see this? Nowhere… Avoid this place and please keep in mind that the lazy and unprofessional guys, not smiley nor helpful and absolutely not 4 star, are not representative at all of the lovely portugese people. Mr Manager, as you will read this, I'd consider as a proof of professionalism and courage to contact me before our leaving.

The room is okay, but old-fashioned. The carpet is full of stains and looks dirty, although I think it is clean, as the rest of the room. The bed is nice and big and the bathroom is very clean and beautifully tiled, Portuguese style.

Good location, quiet, speak French. The decor is a little old.

Acceptable, suitable for spending a couple of days per business trip. Does not meet the 3 stars or far, is very obsolete and old. The staff is friendly.

For some reason I was asked to change rooms when I arrived back from dinner (after midnight). While the staff was friendly, this situation and the old looks of the hotel do not justify its price. Location is great.

Beautiful hotel, of high tone, conveniently located to visit the nice and friendly city, at the reception at least three operators speak fluent Italian, all very kind, well furnished rooms, spotless bathroom, great breakfast and varied, Therefore an unforgettable experience also in consideration of the very favorable price.

+ staff: friendly and always helpful + cleanliness: this is one of the cleanest hotels I've seen. +Location: super central. Rooms: a bit old fashioned, this hotel is not new at all and could be refurbished at higher standards. All in all a good option for the price we paid :)

Nice Hotel.

The hotel is close to Marques de Pombal Square, so close to the bus stop which leads to Lisbon airport. Also close by are metro stops. The structure is dated, as many others write before me, and you will notice immediately from the lobby. We are given a room on the 6th floor, an exceptional view! Huge room, spacious, with bathroom on the left, Antichamber and huge room. Dated furnishings, but still you sleep well, the service is great and there is nothing really missing: the hotel should still be modernized. For this vote 7 and 1/2. A tip: Near the hotel, in Rua Braamcamp, there is a nice baretto, spacious, where is served an excellent coffee but especially the Pasteis de nata best of all Portugal: A drug from which I could not detach myself!

Its location close to the Marquez de Pombal square is interesting for tourists. Parking included in the price. The breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Too many stars to a hotel as well. Good del. Personal but kind of 3 stars hotel as much.

Located a 5-minute walk from the plaza Marques de Pombal Hotel Executive diplomat is ideal for the typical trip to Lisbon. The rooms are very clean and the hotel staff is simply charming. As aspect to improve say that this hotel is a little old and a little reform would you need.

Cheap, good location, dated decor. Not a 4 star as advertised but is a cheap option for a good location. Do not expect luxury and only stay here if not bothered about the finer things. There are nice hotels round the corner with nice hotel bars.

Value for money, a bit old fashioned but good hotel. Very close to townn center and located in a posh neighbourhood.
