Everything was perfect, the hotel is very well placed, tram and bus stop not even 100 meters from the hotel. Everything can be done on foot as well.
The facilities and services are truly exceptional. The staff of exemplary kindness and dedication, we thank them because it is thanks to them that we had an excellent stay. The food is excellent, the spa is beautiful. The room is really very clean, spacious, nothing is missing. Thank you very much! We will be back for sure.

The hotel is Beautifully designed, filled with spacious areas, vases filled with gorgeous flowers, mirrors, lovely lighting and furniture. The service is terrific, they pay particular attention to details, they are always asking if their is anything they can help you with. The food was terrific, especially the ceasar salads, salmon, meats and cheeses, and drinks. Terrific views on roof top pool, and spacious rooms, clean, quiet dark shades when closed for sleeping. They are very helpful with assisting you with use of metro and fun areas to see and explore. Best hotel I have ever stayed in and I have traveled a fair share. I'll be returning their as soon as possible.

Thoughtful touches, all staff friendly and helpful, lovely that they all were notified of my birthday and very chatty. Room is spotless and spacious, chocolates every evening and new coffee pods very welcomed. Bathroom is amazing, very romantic, all electric touches like mirror tv, electric blinds very convenient. Room service fast and food amazing, would recommend the steak. Breakfast selection vast, so much choice. Roof bar expensive but great views, only downside is lack of sun beds but we got a great spot every day. Would 100% return.

Great hotel. Really helpful staff. Don’t ask the concierge for a restaurant tip. They will send you to a very “touristy” restaurant. Nothing was Portuguese in the place the send us. I honestly felt like being home in the states. Explore the city on your own and take a tuk tuk. Great hotel though and amazing breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, as is your ALGARVE property, I was here for business so just one night stay, staff were great, couldn’t do enough, but please put bottles of water in the gym and switch your hair dryers to ones where you don’t have to keep the button pressed for it to work. My god… it’s annoying and heavy and I think we can be trusted to turn a hair dryer off, especially in a five star property.

Was a very wonderful stay back in April. Got to the hotel and staff greeted me and handled my baggage straight to my room after a smooth check in. Views were beautiful, buffet breakfast was good. Had a 2 hour massage done by Sara at the Spa and my first one ever, glad to say it was very refreshing! Will stay again!

This is a great hotel. Modern and very efficient. The reception staff are very helpful. The open air rooftop pool and bar are superb and for us have never been so busy that we couldn't get loungers. But — please turn down the muzak volume. Food at breakfast is exceptional. Dinner menu is good but rather expensive. Rooms are spacious and clean. Facilities are good overall. Taxi to the centre is €6. Shopping centre is opposite hotel with numerous food outlets. Airport is about 20 minutes by taxi.

Nice place, but stuff in the rooms often needs to be asked to be fixed (coffee machine, TV, electrical shutters, slow water drainage, etc).

Just a short distance from the hotel centre with all comforts offers comfortable rooms, meeting and conference rooms on the floor — 1 load non-direct drain to the room.

Not a 5 ⭐️hotel. It lacks a lot of details to be at that level. The minibar is completely filled with alcohol & other drinks, so if on an extended stay it’s annoying, there’s no space to add any of your personal items. There’s no iron. I’d say the hotel is updated & modern, but not a single USB outlet on the room, not even the TV which is embedded in a mirror. When calling reception expect calling at least 3x and they didn’t have any US converters available. No cotton balls/pads or Q-tips in the bathroom which I am used to having in every hotel stay. The view from hotel is not too impressive. Overall I think is a solid 4 with a few 5 Star features, such as the lobby, the pool area & Wellness fitness center.

We only went for Sunday brunch. Well this is THE brunch of our stay. A superb buffet with a wide selection of sweet and savoury. Meat, crustaceans, glasses, salads. And even a sushi bar and its melting sushi and makis. Drinks included. Beautiful décor in this upscale place.

Very good structure located in a very nice area and especially ideal for shopping the hotel is very big itchy and has a nice spa shame closed the rooftop.

It's a very good hotel with high standard. The rooms are big. There is gym and wellness. The breakfasts are Ok. Location is not far from the centre about 2km. The nearby is not interesting.

Great location and great facilities.

All tip top, very nice wardrobe and toilets at the spa, beautiful room and very clean. Automatic pre-haenge, nice shower. Now a pity that the pool on the 9th floor will not be opened until May. The staff are very friendly.

Unqualified personnel, very poor organization, even lack of common sense. 20 minutes to check-in, luggage that arrives in the room after waiting ages, wellness area full of towels from previous clients, room still not cleaned at 18:00.2 nights in the hotel, 10 things that went wrong. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Wellness area: We were not guests of the hotel, but only used the in-house wellness area for one day. As of March 2018: 25€/person for the whole day. Area closes at 22:00. The wellness area consists of a swimming pool, a sauna, a steam bath and various comfortable loungers. Drinks (water and tea) and snacks (e. G. Nuts) are also available free of charge. Everything is very well maintained and well furnished. The only personal minus point: In the sauna you have to keep bathing suits. But for this, in the 25€ also a bathrobe and flip-flops and unlimited towels are included. So if, as with us, there is bad weather in Lisbon, you can relax here perfectly!

The hotel is open from 2013. Quite avant-garde planks of its time, great rooms and breakfast. Did not penetrate the lunch buffet in the lobby, but this is a minimal disorder compared to the rest of the positive. There will be extra money-I recommend to stop.

Perfect place to stay in Lisbon. Highly profecional service, room is very quiet and well equipped. Breakfast is one of the best I ever had with a very huge variety of food.

The room was reasonably spacious, lots of storage space, and we had a very comfortable king size bed. There are many mod cons in the room to make your stay more comfy; such as nespresso coffee machine, good quality in-ceiling audio speakers for the TV and an awesome shower set-up with a rainshower rose and 'waterfall' option. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a delightful stay and will definitely stay on our next visit to wonderful Lisbon.

There are many nice things about this hotel. My review would have been very favorable before we checked out. After we checked out I saw a room service charge that was not ours. I had to call them 3 times to get this resolved. The first 2 times I was told they would call me back right away. They never did. If you cannot trust them to be accurate with charges… this is a very serious problem.

I recommend Sunday brunch. Gargantuan… for $30 per person including non-alcoholic beverages. Lots of choices, very refined products, in a clean and quiet décor. I highly recommend this place.

Spacious and comfortable room. You can open or close the shower curtain that overlooks the room. There is a fitness room and an indoor pool with Hammam. On the roof there is also an open-air swimming pool. The breakfast included is excellent. There is a wide choice for both sweet and salty. If we are present in the afternoon, we are given chocolates in the room. The staff is friendly.

A nice 5 star hotel. The rooms or at least the one I stayed in was fabulous with a fully stocked mini bar and a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful when required. The highlight of my stay was the spa facilities where you can get a very relaxing massage.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not live up to the 5-star standard in several aspects: 1. Carpet and furniture in the rooms are partly heavily inhabited, curtains yellowed, silicone on the shower dirty 2. Breakfast is the same every day and doesn't offer any of the usual specialities for this category (salmon or freshly squeezed juices), the coffee tastes horrible, the orange juice tastes artificial, the scrambled eggs taste like one from a packet, the service staff is abundant, but they are not coordinated. 3. There are a few technical refinements in the rooms, but they are totally impractical: automatic curtains, which have to be adjusted every time you remove the room card, a mirrored TV set on which nothing can be seen even under moderate light conditions. On the other hand, it is positive: 1. The staff at the check-in is very friendly and solution-oriented 2. The SPA-area is mainly well maintained and equipped.

Not very centrally located is the hotel in which I will go again and again during future stays in Lisbon. Very friendly staff who always take care of the well-being of the guests. So far I have always been able to check in before 10 a. M. And move into the room. The room was very clean and there are regular satdays of delicious treats (in the form of pralines). The spa area has a sauna, pool, fitness, massages, etc. The offer is very extensive and invites you to relax. I can't even start from the breakfast buffet. Very large selection and insanely tasty. Rarely eaten so well.

Went there on a business convention taking place in the hotel. Facilities are 5 star state of the art. The venue and surroundings are very welcoming and easy to go through. The food is just up to the expectations. Nothing to add, 5 star hotel in every aspect.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as we celebrated our 20 years wedding anniversary. The hotel was immaculate and very pleasant. The staff were very personable and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room we stayed in was very spacious and nice. Much recommended.

Friendly staff, excellent facilities, good location. Probably closer to 4 stars than a strong 5 star hotel. Housekeeping lacked attention to detail. All staff were hugely helpful.

This hotel would have 5* except for the poor room service. For a 5* hotel to have a severe shortage of towels is really odd. It's not as if the towels are the really soft white and fluffy ones you would expect in a 5* hotel (Marina Bay Sands being a prime example). They are a bit manky to be honest. If you leave your room unattended the towels disappear and you have to ask them to replace them. Why is this? Having towels in a room is a fundamental part of the experience. The rooftop pool is great (although drinks are pricey) decor and rooms wonderful but all spoilt by the janitorial service.

Superb place! The best Sunday brunch in Lisbon. Everything you want — live music, sushi, hot food, pastries, cheeses … heaven. And the view is quite something. The staff was also fantastic and very attentive.

Safe doesn't work, scales and the door to the bathroom was broken. In the SPA did not work locks on the lockers and right in the middle at the end of the steps in the pool sticking out a metal piece of reinforcement, try not to step. In both pools, the tiles fall off in large quantities along the bottom, and tiles flowing in water. Call the reception or the operator, well, very difficult, no answer. Wait for laggage after checked in for hour! It's not five stars. Не работал сейф, весы и дверь в туалет. В SPA не работали замки на шкафчиках и прямо посередине в конце ступенек в бассейн торчит металический кусок арматуры, постарайтесь не наступить. В обоих бассейнах плитка отваливается в большом количестве по дну. Дозвониться на ресэпшн или оператору, ну очень сложно, иногда вообще не берут трубку. Это не пять звёзд.

My first visit to Portugal, but certainly not my last! If you are a foodlover like me, you will love this country. The food depicted here is from the hotel (room service) and it tastes even better then it looks. The staff is very service minded and the hotel is placed within perfect walking distance wether you prefer shopping, sightseeing or dining. You will have access to the hotel spa at additional cost, indoor and outdoor pool and a fairly well equipped gym (compared to other hotels that claims to have a gym). Think no further, book and enjoy! Fun for 1, lovely for 2 and amazing 4 all.

The hotel is very modern and rooms are exceptionally clean. The Reception staff and breakfast/restaurant staff is very courteous.
However, the staff and specially the housekeeping needs some extra training.
When I checked in my room, I found that the regular things in the room were missing. Complimentary bottle of water, hairdryer, garbage can, scale, creamer for coffee etc were all missing in the room.
I had to call front desk for every small thing. There was no operator to answer the call and the calls were routed to reception who were always busy and seldom answered the phone. Hence I had to wait atleast 30 min to 45 min to get things to me.
Overall the hotel is beautiful, the rooftop swimming pool, steam room, spa etc is very well managed!

One of the best hotels I've ever experienced. The staff at the hotel are extremely attentive and friendly. Speak fluent English and caters to all your needs. The hotel is very modern and clean. Just make sure you arrive early to get a lounge chair in the rooftop pool. Breakfast buffet was excellent, live music was played. Only con I would say is the cleaning of rooms, room was not cleaned until later evening 5pm.

Absolutely amazing hotel, worthy of its 5 stars. Stayed here last week for 3 nights to celebrate my partners 50th birthday. Every aspect was perfect from start to finish. Staff were fabulous & very helpful with recommendations for shopping, restaurants & sightseeing. Checking in was fast & easy, credit or debit card gets a €150 hold for charges you may occur, but you are able to pay cash for food/drinks & your €150 is removed upon check out.
Breakfast was lovely, a lot to choose from & again staff very attentive.
Room on the 3rd floor was lovely. Large bed & amazing shower. Mini bar in the room you will be charged for however daily bottles of water are free.
The roof top pool was amazing. I had read reviews about the pool being cold & having to queue for beds. However during our stay (may22 — 25th) the pool temperature was ideal to cool down in the burning sun. Also we were able to get a bed each day too.
The pool staff are wonderful, very friendly & attentive, always bringing extra ice for drinks to be sure they don't go warm in the sun.
Cocktails a bit on the pricy side from €12 upto €20 but very tasty.
I would like to thank the staff for a wonderful stay here & also for the birthday cake & prosecco left in the room to celebrate my partners birthday.
Hope to return here very soon.

This has to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. We went for my Father in laws birthday. All the staff constantly made an effort to say happy birthday. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne and a card in my father in laws room and our room had a bottle of wine and cheeses on arrival. The rooms were huge, so clean and very modern. The view to the sea was a bit restricted but the room was so nice it didn't matter. Breakfast was a great selection and the staff remembered our preferences from the day before. No request was too big. The reception staff made some great recommendations for food. All the little things that made a difference this hotel done. The bar had a fabulous atmosphere, and the outside space with heaters was amazing. If we go back to Lisbon we will definitely stay again.

Hotel with excellent price-quality ratio. Close to a subway stop, E. De Pombal square, so if you are staying in Lisbon, needless to any rental car because with the metro you can reach all the places (student card from€ 6 per day, go everywhere with all the means: elevadores, metro, bus). Hotel is clean with change every day of the linen. Good mini-bar prices in the norm. Breakfast very, very good, sweet and salty. Staff is friendly.

OK hotel. Simple food. Ordinary breakfast. Good bartenders and nice staff. No view. 20 minutes walk to city. Close to a good shoppingcenter. 15 minutes from airport.

Beds are very comfortable, service is very efficient.

Staff was very friendly, room was nice and clean although little bit dated. The breakfast was okay. The parking is free only 19-9am.

I was here for a business trip. Great location, beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and very modern. The daily breakfast was phenomenal, I'm still talking about it weeks later. Staff was super friendly. Would definitely take my family here next time I'm in Lisbon!

Only stayed one night and had the best breakfast in Lisbon. The bedrooms are high tech with the blinds opening automatically as you enter the room. The view of the magnificent city and river is partially blocked by the apartment complex. A few things that we didn't like was when we ordered room service and they promised that the food will come in under 30 minutes. Three phone calls later and the food came an hour later being slightly cold. Then some food was missing so we had to make further phone calls.

Great hotel, nice spacious and quiet rooms, great food, health club, good. In a 5 * hotel staff didn't speak Italian. A defect not insignificant for a hotel that is especially businnes is that the breakfast room is closed early in the morning.

Best hotel I've ever been to. It was just amazing. I can't even describe how much I loved it. Spa was amazing, pool was amazing. Room had Bluetooth for speakers. Electric window shutters. Very techy room.

Great and top run Hotel at a good location. The nearest metro station is 8-10 minutes walk. Bus stops in the immediate vicinity. The Pool on the roof top. Unfortunately, too little space, so that you are Temporarily on the ground. The rooms are clean and topausgestattet, and pleasantly air-conditioned. This Hotel I can absolutely recommend.

Super Hotel! Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, Breakfast was very good, Pool (inside and outside) top, gym adequate, and the location also fits. With public transport you can reach all sights in Lisbon in a short period of time. We have felt very comfortable and can the Hotel only recommend it.

Nice hotel. Attentive staff. Lovely room. Massive comfy bed. Lots of fab restaurants within 20 minutes walk. Really liked my stay here. Would definitely recommend. Only negative point was they took away our gown and slippers accidentally one night (sorted with a phone call though), and also one of the reception staff members was a bit short with us when we asked questions.
