Amazing hotel and staff. Very clean and modern, with a delicious breakfast. The ladies at the front desk are the nicest! This hotel is centrally located and super close to all of the main site seeing areas.

Everything was perfect. Very kind people, and a great breakfast. Bed was ok. The only negatif point would be the vibrations due to the Subway which is just below the hotel. 5/5!

Nice, clean, modern and good location. Missing one star because of an uninteresting restaurant but get a plus for having their own wine cellar.

The hotel is superb, the rooms are spacious and really beautiful. The breakfast was very good. The staff listens to our needs. The big negative point that explains my note is the subway that runs under the hotel shaking the whole room every 5 minutes. Very painful.

A gem in the centre of Lisbon! Only a few minutes walk to all modes of public transport and near Rossio square we could not have asked for a better location. The hotel itself was stunning with customer service that went above and beyond.

The room was very spacious and very quiet.

Lovely hotel, really friendly staff with some surprisingly pretty young men too to carry your bags. The suites are spacious and well equipped, loved the toiletries and the beds are super comfortable. A good selection (hot and cold) at breakfast, again… with excellent service. Arrived late so restsurant closed but room service was very good. Car parking is available but at the hotel next door and (in typical Portuguese fashion) is very, very tight to navigate — not good for the nervous driver. One thing of note… this place is directly above the main Metro station and (even four floors up) the noise and vibration is incredibly noticeable. It didn't detract from our stay in any way, but we're both heavy sleepers! Don't book if you're not!

Very well located hotel, perfect for a city break. A lot of easy walking distance. Very clean, the staff is extremely friendly! Breakfast Classic European without really highlights, but solid and all there. The coffee didn't taste me personally. In front of the hotel in the street occasionally some "gloomy" figures, but there are also in the big squares. Something annoying constantly offering the hash or grass.
Nevertheless Super Hotel, 100% Empfelung!

Very nice Hotel in the centre of the city.

I stayed for a week at this hotel in June of 2017. It is a small boutique hotel with a great charm, located in an old building in the center of the Baixa district of Lisbon, next to the Praça da Figueira and the Rossio metro station just a step away. Excellent location to get around the historic area of Lisbon without any problems and well connected by public transport such as Metro, bus and trams. The rooms are not big but they have everything and are comfortable and comfortable. And the service of the hotel is very cordial and professional. Absolutely recommended, in fact when I return for the third time to Lisbon I will stay in this 4 star charm and perfectly located.

The breakfast is as unusually good as the rooms and the service.

The warm, professional welcome we experienced made us feel relaxed at once. We were taken care of in the most wonderful way, every moment of our stay. The room was clean, luxurious, and very comfortable. The location is ideal, and the quiet surprising in the busy surrounding streets. We felt sad to leave this beautiful hotel. Thank you!

Wonderful hotel, situated in central, Lisbon. Close to all types of public transportation but while location is excellent, why I gave Hotel Portugal ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is due to the staff, service and facilities! We had an absolutely phenomenal stay. The staff made it feel like "home" for us. Muito obrigado!

Great hotel with good service, quiet and yet centrally located.

Location is great. Rooms while no big are beautiful and have very comfortable beds and nicely decorated. Showers are great with good pressure and hot water. Only negatives are that Wi-Fi is very weak and no air-conditioning. Apity.

In its cava you will find the Bodega Premium Winehouse.

Very good hotel, very centrally located, public transport close by. The staff very friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and, on the top floor, very quiet. (when window is closed) The breakfast buffet was great. We enjoyed the time of 11. — 14.1.2017 very much and would like to recommend this hotel further.

Nice Hotel, nice staff, but unfortunately it is very loud. From about 6:00 am — 1:00 in the evening, the wall wobbles. I guess that is located on the Metro, which has close to the Hotel a Station.

Great hotel, great service, good clean room, fantastic breakfast, great location, very close to the Airport Bus stop, the Metro and tram stops. Directly over the Metro however, so if you are a very light sleeper be aware that you can hear the rumble of the trains every few minutes!

Decorated by Artica/Santos Silva it has the most attentive staff and service.

Incredible experience great location within walking distance of downtown Lisbon and the subway, great room very large with a super tv, as soon as we got the welcome written on television and great treats to taste with water, huge bed and very comfortable, Soundproofed Rooms did not feel anything, slept great, the guys at the front desk always ready for every need and gorgeous scented bath amenities and natural, beautiful is the bathrobe that the slippers. Super breakfast beyond expectations I have to say a unique experience I would highly recommend this hotel definitely 4 stars are more than earned. Definitely going back.

Top of the range a little disappointed.

We've been three nights in the hotel. The breakfast very good. The rooms great and the staff very friendly.

Nice large room, modern, clean. The Hotel is part of a road train is a comprehensive, vast hotel complex: this is the smaller, more 'exclusive' — otherwise, there is still a minor. Another giant in the back. … on whose back you can see of course in location to the backyard. And Mega air conditioners to run constantly…
