Old guest house with no maintenance during the last decades. The room was too warn (a/c didn't work) and noisy. Very simple bathroom and poor breakfast. Definitively, it's not worth the price.

Excellent position, clean room, good breakfast, man with mustache who works at the reception is a living legend ;) obrigado nova goa we had a great time!

It is a traditional Lisbon inn, well to be in a place in the old part of the city, close to the emblematic sites, the rooms have the necessary, they are small, the bathrooms are wider. It looks like a little Portuguese film from the years 70, starting with the elevator. It offers breakfast, a very limited menu not to mention basic. It's good for a day or two. It's economical.

A little old-fashioned, but you're comfortable. Close to everything to go on foot to visit the beautiful Lisbon. Good price.

Pensoa Nova Goa. Is located directly at the last stop of Line 28 (the tram which everyone must have driven according to the guide). The central location is awesome! Room cost €60 the night with breakfast, at least our 407 was clean and OK. At night sometimes knocking sounds that are partly a bit loud and can annoy. Air conditioning is available but not tried because it was not hot in March. Breakfast was very good. Fresh rolls, ham and cheese slices, butter, jam and cornflakes. In addition, hot drinks (coffee, chocolate, cocoa, etc. ) from the vending machine and two kinds of juice from the machinery as well as water. Our bathroom was clean and had a new look. Overall OK there if you don't make great demands. There is also a lift and the reception is open 24 hours a day so that we could check in without any problems at midnight. The location is just great, right in the tourist old town between the castle and the elevator.

Very good location in the city and the hotel is very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

A perfect accomodation in the middle of old town.

I do not recommend a stay in this Pensão, indeed the Mr is not friendly and not of any commercial, I booked 2 rooms, well specify for 2 couples and an 8 year old, arrived there was a couple bed in one room and 2 single beds in the AUT Re, I ask why he missed a bed, he told me I had to reserve a triple room.
— even the rules are as he said, he knew there was a child, to remedy I asked who added me an extra bed, nothing to do the child slept with his mother and husband in the other bed. Breakfast is not worth the €7.
I do not advise anyone this Pension, in addition to work and outdated. (There are great hotels and hostels in Lisbon and all of Portugal)

Basic accommodation near the center. Very well connected and economical.

Great hotel for location (central) and Price: The setting is really very simple and the breakfast offers little choice. It does have bathroom in the room, it is spotless and, as mentioned, the location is very central. At the same price, almost impossible to find better.

Good budget hotel with great views if ur on the topmost floor but not accessible wit a lift and the room was small. If u don't want good view of the city then they have a little spacious room of 2nd floor. Breakfast was good wit homemade bread n butter. V had a one day n night trip to fatima and the reception guys were helpful enough to keep our luggage with them.

Small, unpretentious, very well located, in a street adjacent to the Praça de Figueira, therefore quieter but close to all transport. Attention, bcp of stairs and the elevator stops at the 4th so you have to finish walking. Decent continental breakfast. Very good value for money.

We had booked it, but we we slept. The only quality of this hotel is to be convenient to visit Lisbon. In my opinion, COMUNUQE, it is not enough the position of a structure to make that a building becomes a hotel.

Mold, bad ventilation, bad odor is trumped with perfume/fragrance dispenser… Laminate comes up, furniture old and ramshackle.
Positive reception.
I save pictures… embarrassing and something like that in the year 2017!
You should turn on the health department here! Walls and ceilings were painted 0815 over to cover the mold… Nothing for asthma or allergies!

Great location, but only that…
The building is very old, the double bed narrow and very hard, the toilet flushing was blocked and the Wi-Fi worked at times. The continental breakfast was really very sparse and left little choice. Reception Open 24h/24 but employees were not very friendly at times.

Room very small, double bed for two people not usable. The rooms were probably cleaned last century for the last time, as the mold, hair at all corners and the cracks in the walls prove it! Even when you enter the room, you feel that small insects are quickly looking for a retreat to come back later in the night. The balcony is fragile and the railing had severe tendencies to fall down soon. A glass that was turned into an ashtray was fortunately left by the last guest!
As for the touted air conditioning: Total failure! The night was spent in tropical heat with persistent street noise from 6 o'clock. I strongly advise from a visit of this Gammelbude, although the price should already point out!
Addendum: Bed bugs were found after one night!

Old rooms, should be modernized… Affordable price. Good cleanliness and friendly staff.

Beware of only one descending!
Our room only around 11m ², down, Mould,
Double bed only 1, 20m wide.
The only advantage is the good location. But does not raise the shortcomings.
Conclusion:
Not recommended.

Bad service, not clear. It's a hotel, but worse than other hostal and guest house.

Very old furniture. Problems with the water pressure/temperature in the morning. Thin walls.

Small hotel, small rooms, simple breakfast, but location is the key.

Perfect location, big rooms with bath. A pearl for the price. And the view to the castle worth a couple of hundred € per night.

It is quite comfortable and if you pay with credit card rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are pretty clean, tasty breakfast without so much variety but was well.

Despite being in an impeccable location, not are we allowed to pay with credit card, despite being announced that if that did accept, just told us a dry "does not work the Dataphone" and not bother to try, we had to pay 5 nights in cash with the consequent disorder.
