Nice hotel with big rooms and at a very convenient place. You are in minutes in the center by taxi that costs no more than 7 euros. In the same time it is quiet and clean. Nice breakfast also.

Lovely hotel, good staff. Even gave me a cake and some bubbly for my birthday! Great views of the city and right by the tram too. A short walk from metro stations.

Good commercial, short trip hotel. Good service, accomodation and breakfast. Not quite 5 star. Easy access to city centre — €5 taxi.

Hotel very well located, lunch and delicious breakfast. Near a main metro station (M. Pombal) and easy to access the essential points of view of the city (tourism). Skilled staff, courteous and pleasant. Special mention for Ricardo and Andrei (Andre) for their help with the direction to take for Sintra, research on our trips to Lagos and Porto. Clean room, 5 stars and worth it.

Room not cleaned until late in day. Air Conditioner in room very poor and not addressed by Hotel after being notified. Room too warm at night to sleep properly. Breakfast buffet food not hot and coffee very poor. Staff don't ask how was your stay at check out… which was a common theme throughout our holiday.

It high standard hotel. Rooms are big and clean. It service is on high level. Food is v. Good. It one weakenss spa and swimming pool only to 7.30 p. M.

Very well located away from the Marabunta Lisbon. Nice and comfortable Hotel, excellent breakfast buffet, you would lack a restaurant specializing in Portuguese food.

Terrible breakfast, hot food was cold and congealed, poor choice of cereals and yoghurt, staff seemed unhappy which always makes you wonder how they are treated. Hotel deco is dated and a bit run down. Don’t even dream of looking at the mini bar, you may have to remorgage your home for a bottle of water. The only perk was a nice spa area and the staff down there were really nice.

The situation is good. You need a bit to the nearest metro and it goes uphill, so getting there from the metro and then walking with suitcases is the mountain high not something for everyone.
Staff are super friendly and speak good English.
The rooms are also good. Only in the bathroom do I find the 1-layer toilet paper deficient. More should have been invested in that.
The buffet is great and not overcrowded. Again, very friendly staff.

We were in a suite river view whith fantastic panoramic of the city of Lisbon, very big and comfortable. Good breakfast, good service. Very close to Amoreiras Shopping Centre where you can find lot of places for lunch or dinner. Very easy to move by bus. I will return back to hotel Dom Pedro very surely.

A truly 5-star, refined, well-groomed and spacious rooms, oversized beds and excellent facilities.
The hair dryer was not going and there they replaced it within 10 minutes, nothing to say.
One less star because the position is a bit ' defiled from the center; Around there is nothing except a nice mall. It is still close to the metro and a large number of buses, which arrive comfortably in the centre in 10, 15 minutes maximum.

Needs works. Outdated. Low quality breakfast. Trainees in the reception who do not know the city.

Very good hotel located in the chic and modern Lisbon.

Absolutely not a five star hotel maybe tree star. The staff were not friendly and it was not clean, Black mould in bathroom.
When we told them thing were not working they just ignore it.
The electricity were dangerous the socket cam out and the cable and metal were open.
The breakfast were placed in a conference room and it was not the same like what they had in the restaurant. And no service at all in that conference room. We had to goo around by our self for finding coffee or tea. The toaster didn’t worked.
In the room they had a coffee maker but you had to pay extra for that one euro per cup of coffee, on a so-called five stare hotel, where you all ready had paired high price for the room. Nothing came up to standard not even the flags outside came to the top.
I’ll never go there again and can’t recommend this hotel to others.

Very nice hotel with great room and nice personal speaking French very kind located near place Marques Pombal or there is all the metros and bus pool very well also the perfect jacuzzi.

Very nice hotel; I had a spacious room and a huge bathroom. Good room service, decent breakfast. For me, the bed wasn't terribly comfortably and the desk didn't have a proper chair, just a stool, so somewhat uncomfortable to work, but otherwise a good experience.

Good breakfast but old mattress. Construction next to my room disturb my baby to sleep.

Very nice hotel with good location, everything relatively quick to reach, very friendly staff, good food, good breakfast buffet.
The only minus was the sauna in the spa area, the wooden grate in the lower area is almost broken and high risk of injury, not worthy of a 5 star hotel, since there are in Swedish Lapland in the forest better saunas!

You must be careful of leaving your belongings in your room… The management will only support their staff and blame you for being careless if you lose your belongings in the room. Claiming that they don't believe you but their staff. Just be as cautious with your belongings same as if you are staying in a normal 1 or 2 star hotel.

Good breakfast, nice rooms. Sometimes problems with the drain and resulting unpleasant odors in the rooms and hallways. The problem is currently being localized. Wellness area and Fitness are very nicely located in the 5th UG. For cars there is a paid underground garage in the house. Hotel is very close and the nearest subway station is also not far away.

Downtown. Good service. Great breakfasts with assorted Buffet. If you want something special (French omelette …) ask the maitre will take good care of you. Parking.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Structure on 20 floors with wonderful views over the city. Within walking distance you reach the square from where all buses pass in order to get around the city!

Overpriced and overrated; facilities are out of date, amenities are minimal, decor is out of date and bad taste (fake orquids, fake candles, etc). Rooms are small — thin walls — air conditioning not ajustable, in-room mini bar astronomically expensive, minimal selection and warm. Wi-Fi far from high speed. Breakfast buffet always the same (sausage, bacon, eggs x 2, toast, hashbrowns) what is supposed to be hot always cold and what is supposed to be cold always warm. Definitely other options that are far better for same price o even cheaper; had the option to stay one more week — decided to look at other options.

Good hotel, but aging. Recommend staff is good. It's far from center but very quiet. Next to mall with lot of shops.

Great hotel in the heart of the city.

No iron in the room. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Wifi that works occasionally, but mostly not. And slow like 1995 dialup when it does work. Wifi that won't let you connect an iPhone if you happen to be running the latest iOS. After asking about it at the front desk, they said they would send a technician up, but no one ever came. There is a pool in the basement, but you have to pay €7, 50 to use it, even as a guest. Not acceptable for a property claiming to be 5* in 2015. Certainly not from a business traveler perspective. On the plus side, the location is OK. The shower was great. The noise levels from other rooms and outside were minimal. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and tasty. It's a shame that the overall impression of the property is dominated by the failings mentioned above. Dom Pedro should take some lessons from the Epic Sana over the road, which has none of those issues.

Super hotel in Lisbon. Super shopping center Amoreiras.
The hotel is a modern building of stone and glass. It has 19 floors. The rooms vary in price by strips of height. Most high, more expensive.
The decoration of the hotel is a little stale. Furniture more or less large and old curtains.
The spacious rooms are really great and are equipped with flat screen TV, coffee maker and other services of a 5 star hotel.
The trouble is that it is not too good.

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are well turned out and a decent size. The location is opposite a handy shopping centre with a range of eating options plus there is a great Portuguese chicken take out a little walk behind the hotel! The Spa is fun for an afternoon. However, what really makes this hotel is the staff — exceptionally friendly and helpful — you really couldn't ask for a more helpful bunch of people! One small point — no Wi-Fi — but the hotel does provide a room to use the internet.

It's not far from center, and staff is very good. I will come back.
