Nice and comfortable hotel. Frendly people at the reception.

Staff courteous, smiling, ready to help in case of difficulties. Clean room, and with daily towel change, if required. Satisfying breakfast. I forgot: Subway stop just outside the entrance of the hotel. And bus station within 10 minutes of walking.

Top-notch hotel located in a strategic point of the city, highly recommended for anyone who wants to visit Lisbon.

The metro, located near the entrance of the hotel allows you to reach the different areas of the city in no time and at any time of the day.

The staff, courteous and professional, met any need.

Clean, modern environment, large, soundproof rooms, with absolutely 4th service.

The buffet is exceptional, plentiful and complete is able to meet the needs of all customers.

Very Nice hotel. The Location is great. A Bit boring one different breakfast, bad coffee. Everything else was pleasant. Luckily The program was given this hotel, others were given 4 stars much worse. No Complaints.

The hotel is clean, the staff polite, the room spacious, the kitchen good, the Metro at 10 Mt. All good except the carpet in the room (I hate it and I don't find it hygienic).

Good hotel. Very clean and nice personell, but if you can go to Corinthia down the road. Booth are very well connected by public transport and unfar the airport.

Good value for money It's not very central but it has a subway mouth right next door. Well-equipped and soundproofed (near the airport). Parking in hotel, outside in Blue Zone. Free Saturdays and Sundays. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

Nice facilities, Wi-Fi a bit weak, and bed felt somewhat bumpy. Excellent attention, easy arrival. Great for a short stay in Lisbon.

Good experience overall, good location for public transport links, shopping centre in walkable distance, friendly and hospitable staff, nice breakfast. Room was also nice and inviting. However, does not have facilities such as a swimming pool or gym if these are the types of things you seek. Hotel is also close to the airport and I had no issues with noise from airplanes.

I have been only in the bar, very tasty gintonic menu. The problem is that we arrive late and we were invited to go much more early than we wanted.

Hotel north of Lisbon direct on metro exit that connects the tourist center in 10 min. Very clean and pleasant and attentive staff. Hearty and quality breakfasts.

Fancy place, good breakfast, convenient location.

The look of the hotel is quite upscale, nice rooms, very spacious. The furniture is sparse but looks/feels nice. There is free Wi-Fi in rooms and lobby. Close to metro and bus.

Nothing to complain about, breakfast ok, cleanliness also. Easy access to the old town by Subway.
Only Hotel is located in the flight path of the airport!

Nice view. Good bedrooms and big bathrooms. Clean. Breakfast not really suitable for healthy eaters (even less for vegetarians or vegans). I only had some fruit and dark bread with tomato. Near airport. Overall a good Hotel.

The hotel is located in Praça de Espanha, two steps from the metro station, line "Azul" (blue). The hotel's location provides convenient access to major destinations of Lisbon. The rooms are clean, the staff is courteous and reserved. 4 stars shining.

This Hotel is placed in the city centre, very well connected and a walk away from the bulls arena and the zoo. Very clean, personnel is very well trained, exceptionally good mannered, helpful and available in any need. The waiters would remember even witch wine I liked. Front desk would get out of their way to help. Room very clean and the view is amazing, I had planes flighting over the hotel and it was a great experience.

A very good hotel in a district of Lisbon, a bit away from the Center. The service is excellent, the rooms clean, fairly spacious, decorated with taste (but lack perhaps of a certain cachet), and the quality of the restaurant denotes nothing from the rest. Finally, the prices are quite correct. Public transport are close but unfortunately missing shops or well-known monuments nearby.
