Not a good place to stay, employees very unfriendly and lots of noise during the stay.

Beautiful hotel from the outside, convenient thanks to the nearby Parque metro station and the presence of numerous services. Convenient parking for a fee from 09:00 to 19:00 along the way. The room was very hot (August), the view gave on an inner courtyard and not on the park, bidet unusable, plastic panel in the shower area. For breakfast we waited in a hallway due to the number of people, staff in the room not friendly, variety below average.

The room and the bathroom were very small. And There was no possibility to put up your daily jacket except the very small closet. On the bathroom floor was long brown hair… I have short pink hair. The breakfast was three years ago much better. There was no variety. Only one cheese and ham and chorizo. You got no cooked eggs and the coffee was disgusting. But the stuff was very polit. Especially the people at the reception.

A really well located hotel, 2 minutes from the subway and near many bus stations, we enjoyed our one week stay at this place where the staff was really helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was nice too :) Our room wasn't huge but comfortable and we had a really nice view on the park, just a small negative point was that the closet was missing. Otherwise I really do recommend this hotel!

Nice, clean, cozy hotel. The rooms are neat, stylish. The staff are attentive. Breakfasts are delicious. The location is good: close to the subway, near a large shop, not far from the center. At its price is a great hotel!

Delightful retreat for first-time visitors to Lisbon. Great location, helpful staff but akward steps down from front door to foyer and reception desk.

The hotel is situated in a nice and quiet area, close to the subway and bus stop. Our room was very, very clean, the towels were changed every day, the staff was nice, and the breakfast was good enough. I really enjoyed my staying there.

In general, three stars pulls. The pillows are uncomfortable, there is no towel dryer. Breakfast is normal, but there is no abundance.

The hotel is fine, the rooms are an average size, the bathrooms slightly small. Location is good. Unfortunately me and my family got food poisoning on the last day, and the hotel breakfast was the only common thing we all ate (so it must have been this). The eggs were not cooked very well, we should have avoided them. Breakfast staff seemed very stressed out and rushed. If it weren't for the salmonella this would have been an ok basic hotel.

We stayed there in May 2018 with my mom. We had a very good reception by the staff which is really very nice. The room was really like in the photos, clean and very large. We did not miss anything during our 2 nights stay. The breakfast is varied it is more than OK and the restaurant room is very friendly.
The hotel is very well located with the Metro just 3 minutes away which makes it easy to move. There is only one black spot for us in this hotel is the insulation. It was very very difficult to fall asleep with neighbors of rooms not at all respectful. We heard their conversations and others… Apart from this defect the rest is perfect. We keep this address to come back on occasion.

Nice hotel, clean and well kept.
I don't recommend taking meals since there are quite a few cafes and restaurants relatively close by.
It is right next to the Parque Eduardo VII, which is very advisable to visit as it has a very good design with beautiful gardens.

Very nice hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms, good breakfast too. Easy access by car but no parking. The hotel is next to the metro station so the location is fine. But in 20 minutes walk you get to the center. To eat there are locals nearby. If you are looking for pharmacies or supermarket you have to look for a little more.

Convenience for access from the airport, and to the city, Metro station Parque, two steps away.

Hotel in a great location, good breakfast between sweet and savory, spacious rooms and clean bathroom.

Maybe we will have been unlucky but the room overlooked in an inner courtyard, very small bathroom environment not heated and after reporting the discomfort anyway there year replaced the room.

Nice clean room and location overlooking the park. A 15 minutes walk towards river/centre. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel.

Nice room. Could do with tea and coffee in rooms. Only serves breafast. The bar is small 10 minutes walk to shop or resurant.

Nice hotel, great staff and attentive, exceptional breakfast and varied with local products, very close to the Metro and buses. Comfortable rooms and worthy of a 4 *, we were pleasantly surprised. I recommend!

Very satisfied.
Room: The hotel is guaranteed to be good enough for a city break. The rooms are very small.
As an example: a double bed room had next to the bed still well 70cm in the narrowest place.
The bathroom is also large enough, even if both want to stand in front of SEM mirrors.
Location: The location is ideal for guests with who like to have some rest.
You have a park nearby (a very nice one) and the Metrostatio is about 1min on foot away.
Food: At the moment there is only one breakfast. But this is very good.
There are fresh fruits (not all), about 9 kinds of bread, 3 kinds of jam, honey, cold meats, cheese.
The coffee and the fruit juices come from the vending machine which reduces the quality, but is not very bad.
Extra: There is a gym at the top with a nice view. The devices are okey and for something Morgenfit or to leave the last energy in the evening it suffices.
Conclusion: Apart from the fact that the cleaning has always opened the window from the bathroom and we combed into a fresh richendes but also cold room, we were really satisfied.
For a Aufenthald from a few days to a few weeks, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel conveniently located. Right next to the Parque metro station. The rooms are good. The carpet dates a bit but sincerely the bedding is excellent. The hotel is not very well soundproofed, you can hear people walking and the doors closing. It's not too disturbing.
The staff are very welcoming and very friendly.
The buffet is plentiful and good; although a bit repetitive.

Super Small Hotel Place far from the brouilla of traffic at 15min Walk to the center and tourist squares.
Breakfast simple but enough to start the day, very nice and modern room with large shower…
In negative no free parking around and the one of the hotel very small and not give so really not pleasant at all level but good all Lisbon is paying and it is really shameful when you think about it in relation to us!
All buses right next to 3min on foot.
To sum up I will gladly come back to this hotel.

Apparently this is a 3 star hotel, but it seems to me more like a 5 star. Rooms were modern, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Facilities were excellent. Beds were cosy. Wifi worked as you'd expect. Breakfast was great and the automatic coffee machines made an excellent hot chocolate. Don't know what there is to complain about!

Hotel very good, staff very nice and speaking French spacious room and beautiful bathroom, breakfast very good and very varied. Certainly this hotel is a bit far from the center but with the many bus stops that are nearby it is very easy to get around. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel suitable for walkers as well as those who prefer to take public transport: Metro to 50m and bus to the end of the street.

The maintenance was totally secondary in the hotel. Carpet on the floor. I found a chip in my bed. Showers are not practical which produces large puddles of water in the bathroom.

Hotel very well connected by the subway. It is appreciated that there is room to load and unload the vehicle. Attentive and professional staff. The cupboards somewhat small. For parking you have to use a private street down outside the hotel and something expensive if you want to dispose of the vehicle. It's cheaper if you hire 24 h in advance but you have to take it out and put it back if you don't need it.

Great value for your money located in one of the best areas in Lisbon and quite close to the downtown port.

The rooms range from decent sized to dorm room size. We stayed here on vacation with 3 couples. Our room had a small futon bed in the corner for our daughter, and the king bed was actually 2 beds pushed together with separate bedding. The power is inconvenient in the hotel, if you remove the key card from the holder to leave, the power shuts off… So you can't charge your computer/devices while you are out. There's a second small toilet in the bathroom that I can't figure out … Maybe it's a footbath… Internet Wi-Fi is really slow, but free. The tiny fridge is full of $8 water and pop so there's no room for your own drinks/food. Small hotel with only 6 floors, the included breakfast is nothing to write home about. Location was about 10 Minute walk from the good stuff, not the best location… no good view from my room. Shower pressure was great, but there was no shampoo or anything provided.

I slept in a rather small room, but all in all comfortable. Modern décor (apart from the carpet), especially the bathroom. Breakfast buffet, decent quality and variety. The coffee good of course is a mirage, and the juices are watered down. Excellent, however, the different varieties of bread, brioches and savoury pies. With the staff I did not interact much, but it seems quite competent and polite. Perhaps the best aspect of the structure is the location: a two minute walk from the metro station "Parque" of the Blue Line, allows you to visit Lisbon and its surroundings with great comfort.

We were really satisfied with the Miraparque! We got everything we needed. The staff are friendly, breakfast is great! The rooms are quite big and well-cleaned. If we will visit someday Lisbon again, we will book a room here! Thank you for everything! Greetings from Hungary!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Miraparque it was so central to Lisbon the room was of a very high standard everything about this hotel was excellent from our room to our breakfast we will stay in this hotel again and the Wi-Fi was very good too the staff were excellent also for all the comments mentioned above we give this hotel 5 stars.

A beautiful, renovated, small hotel with friendly service and very quiet, cosy rooms. The beds are very comfortable and spacious, the bathroom very clean and comfortable.
I would have preferred a good cup of coffee for breakfast. There are two (very loud) machines. Only the espresso is edible, which is a shame, because Portugal is famous for good coffee. In addition, fresh jam made of glass and not plastic portion packs would have been nice. Otherwise, breakfast is indeed perfectly alright: fresh juice, fruit, good breads, eggs, etc.
The hotel is very well located, anywhere easy to reach with public transport.

Middle range Hotel that offers the standard required by an average customer! The room are well cleaned every day, have climax, inside and Wi-Fi has to be asked at reception. Unfortunately room aren't so spacious even if the bad are really great Personal is very nice! You can ask them for every doubt you could have. The surroundings are very good no noisy place near the hotel that has the metro stop 100 metres far. It's a good place to spend several days in Lisbon.

I have been there a week ago, modest, but very friendly and clean, recommend, good location for getting around by public transport.
