Neglected bathroom very poorly received.

Conveniently located near the blue metro line station "Parque", this hotel is easy to get to from Lisbon's airport (about 40 minutes) and about 10 minutes from Lisbon's tourist hotspots but walk there instead and you will be rewarded by a wide tree lined street with upscale shops and cafes. The hotel has knowledgeable and friendly staff and even have gluten-free options for breakfast but let them know when booking your stay.

Hotel in a nice surrounding. Easy to get by metro (have to walk up though) beds are good, room is big enough. Every day houskeeping and clean towels. No badstop… breakfast is not that good, but good enough.

The girls at the entrance very kind in recovering the errors of the hotel. Room booked about a month before it was no longer available. Rooms are not sufficiently ventilated. Smell of dust. Etc… plus very very poor breakfast… we had to go out for breakfast…

Nice hotel, staff was very helpful all the time we stay in the hotel. The breakfast was not very rich, but enough. The hotel is in a quiet place, easily accessible.

The room was quite old but OK. Due to the humidity of the bath The laminate curled, the door frame in the bathroom went off and flowing were loose. Unfortunately, the staff did not care. The transformer from the Power box was not working properly and was extremely noisy. The staff said it would take care of Darüm but did not do it. On the 3rd day I asked again and got a surprise look with the question whether the problem would not have been solved by itself. So they did not act. Breakfast is quite sparse. The cucumbers and tomatoes were always lapprig and taste-neutral. The cornflakes stuck together because they were in the glass container for days. Only plates and sugar were replenished. The food was empty unfortunately at last. Well, at least everyone always had enough plates. The walls are far too thin, so the noise nuisance is already enormous.
The really good thing was the location of the hotel, very central and you could walk all well. Also the airport was not far away.
All in all, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone in this state or lower the price for it a good bit.

The location for a visit to the city is good. But: the walls are thin and the worst thing for a visit in the winter is that you do not put the AC on heat. There is no infrastructure such as coffee or beverage vending machines. At the reception you can buy water. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast goes for me, others may find it boring. Next time I try another hotel, but City hotels with good location in the room are mostly not. The pictures in the homepage are extremely beautiful. Sure, everybody do that.

Distante venti minuti a piedi (o 10 di autobus) dal centro citta', ma ben servito dai mezzi. La camera era ben curata e molto spaziosa, l'unica pecca era la sala colazione un po' troppo angusta.

Pros: proximity to the subway, and therefore easy to connect both to the center and to the airport; Cleaning Staff (all very Young) courteous; Silent Not a central area but with a "safe" look. Cons: rooms not huge, and not luxurious (but not ugly or tiny). Overall I would certainly recommend it.

Friendly staff. Rooms have come a little in the Years. The proximity to metro, bus and hop on Hop off tour is a great advantage. We had breakfast Included. To charge 10 euros is overpriced.

Very comfortable with a beautiful view of the park and a good location close to the center and the subway a couple of blocks away.

Excellent Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, comfortable and clean rooms. Good bedding. A few parking spaces are available for free in the basement. From the restaurant room (only for breakfast) we have a great view of the monastery. Very good hotel location to visit nearby cities like Fatima, Tomar, Nazaré which are about 1/2 hour drive. We had a little trouble finding the hotel, you have to follow the indications of the monastery and it is right next to the small church that faces this monastery.

Staff are friendly and supportive regardless of what your question or request is. Rooms are clean and well equipped for a city break. Breakfast is decent and coffee is good.

A bit noisy and no electrical outlet in the room.

Neat Tidy offers everything you need to a traveler. Unfortunately poor breakfast in all.

The room is adequate, no hospitality in room, tea coffee etc. Or refrigerator. Staff are very helpful and polite. No bar or restaurant for meals. Great location to all amenities. Breakfast is a choice of cereals, pastries, cheese, ham etc, more than enough to keep you going throughout the day. Would recommend this hotel.

Great location. 2 metros nearby. Parque is about 250MT, that of Marques de Pombal about 600MT.

My wife and I spent 10 days here and it was a good experience. The staff are friendly, the room always clean every day. At night, quite. In the morning we have a free breakfast, nothing fancy, but ok. For the price, I recommend to any one. But we missed a small bar ou refrigerator in room.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel with Portuguese friends, our room was a reasonable size, but it was taking on water as our friends they had trouble in the bedroom so it is ill-conceived. The breakfast is very very average in more no place to settle properly at the table, too cramped. The carpet in the public areas is very dirty. In short not recommended.

Are gentilisdimi although in my opinion is a 2 star hotel.

The hotel is not bad, but when we booked on booking out that he had a parking place and that nothing had to leave the car in the street and pay for a service that they offered in the offer, a shame it seems lie the of booking.

Awful breakfast, super-expensive Wi-Fi, cleaners that constantly took our towels away leaving us with one small towel to share between the two of us and one old and grumpy man at the desk were the downsides of our stay at this place. The rest of the staff was friendly enough though, and the price and the location was excellent.

We stayed a week at the 4th floor with a blackout lift without explanation concerning repair.

Parking possible if you come early. One elder concierge unfriendly. All others ok. 03.2013.
