Very good service. Pets allowed for extra fee and mine is large. Clean place and spacious room. Central area.

A great hotel in the city centre. Near the subway. Very convenient.

"Family room" was 1 real bedroom and what I assume is usually a lounge area to the main room transformed into a 2nd "bedroom". Beds were comfortable and very clean.
Bathroom was very clean and had the necessary ammenities.
Main bedroom dressing needs a lifting. Doesn't fit with the rest.
Please attach the TVs to the wall. You'll clear up the desks, which can be used for writing or whatever.
Staff was friendly.
Location is GREAT! Close to Parque subway/metro station and on a side street, so not that much traffic going through.

The buliding stile is old, it looks loke it was a flat. The bath is moders and the bed rom sam. The bed is comfortable.

Rooms are not perfectly clean but for the price is very very good.

Perfectly located just 200 meters from Avenida de Liberdade. The main shopping, hotel and restaurant street in Lisbon. My 4th stay here. All the staff are great.

We paid 120€ for a room and the room we booked on internet and the reality were totally different. Really old room, bathroom from the 50s, windows do not close well… We've been told that the hotel has seven floors and just two have been remodeled, so the majority of the rooms are not well conditioned (not for the price/category). It is by far, the worst hotel we've stayed in, it had black mold in the bathroom! The hotel has dishonest information in the website. Furthermore, we book a pet-allowed room, and we were requested to pay an extra 15€/night for hosting our 2kg dog. The location is good, but for paying 30-40€ /night, whatever you pay more than that, you are being robbed.

I love this hotel! We ordered the Double room it is giant! It has cups for brushing teeths. It only cost for 50 euro per night!

Excellent location 15 minutes from the center of feet, otherwise 2 minutes by Metro which is very close to the hotel. Very nice rooms, good dinner and Breakfast.

It does not present anything special, but the essentials is there and the whole thing is well kept.

The hotel is about 20 minutes from the centre of Lisbon. Let's start with the rooms… The room was very small and the rooms were very clean. Also, our room was from 3 and there were only two pillows, and when I went to the front desk to have me give one I would say that they did not… Contrary to another room they had 6 pillows, but 1 towel (always from three also that room). The bathroom is one of the critical points… every time we bathed, the last one was with a lake of water in the floors and even in the hallway, then absolutely to change that curtain that: 1) was not waterproof and 2) it rising to the body; Also other critical point of the bath was that it had neither aspirator nor window. One good thing about the room was that, being on the 7th floor, you enjoyed a great view.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel in my life, and I’ve been all over the world. Avoid this place like the plague.

Well-connected to the city centre and the airport by the efficient subway, the hotel is a good way to visit. I stayed in a huge room, partially renovated, for this reason the price was very advantageous and the service however very valid. The staff are nice and the breakfast more than enough.

Nice three star hotel. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty large but a bit dated. However, the beds are pretty new and very comfortable. Breakfast is very good and offers pretty much everything that can be expected from a continental breakfast. The Wi-Fi is in general good but it didn't quite reach the bed in my room, which were the furthest away from the hallway (6th floor).

The location of the hotel is not bad with Metro stop at the door and the hotel is a bit old, the room that we touched had two single beds and a separate double bed, very great, but we lit the two splits because it was cold and they jumped the leads, we had to go to reception because we ran out of light but being only one person for everything took quite a while to go up and give us light, for the rest breakfast average, cereals, bread, butter, put a sweet with raisins very good but when it was just the tray not pusier On more, simple hotel with basic and economical.

The rooms are essentially nice and spacious, but I found a lot of rudeness.

The breakfast is very better, the views are to an old building and it falls to pieces, but the rooms are very nice.

The only very good thing for us was the breakfast. The room was very large but obsolete, the bathroom decadent. It was not worth the price we paid!

The reception is fine. The palace is old. The room is ok. Very bad Wi-Fi.

Only onr lift/elevator working for our whole stay for a 7 floor hotel. Interner NOT working at all and when we asked they said no refund, we can go to the common room to use it. Breakfast is poor and only a few choices for 7.5 euro. Rooms and towels were clean though.

By far the worst hotel room I've ever seen! Power plugs popping out, more than worn out furni, stains on the walls, dirty bathroom… the list is endless. Really, this hotel room is the reason I started reviewing places. I'm really surprised this room passed authorities inspections!

Very satisfactory, friendly staff,

Hotel well restored and with good equipment although it is not understood that they have an adapted room but an entrance with steps. Also the diversity of rooms for the same price (some spacious and equipped, other small, no refrigerators, no air conditioning and bathtub stuck).
Still the deal has been excellent and the staff has been receptive to changes. Homemade breakfasts made at the moment, something hard to find.

The rooms were really good. The rest of the services were not so good.

In a great place by Centra Park and Park station with iconic view and fountain 5 mins walk through the park. Good breakfast (buffet style continental but constantly replenished by a superbly efficient waiter).

The food was frozen and packed, with a nice service but certainly improved in terms of quality. The water to shower was cold continuously and the magnetic card didn't work. I do not recommend anyone to avail this Hotel!

Too much noise in hotel rooms are poorly soundproofed too much noise in the corridors.

The best hotel was the breakfast. We reserve a double room and another triple and turned out we had 5 beds in each room thing should be reported because one bedroom would have been enough us. Even though we had been advised of our time of arrival 18.00 h not had the room ready and we had to wait a while. The room and bathroom are old, nothing to do with the photos. The replacement of shampoo and gel resulted more than inadequate. Very good situation.
