The beds are pretty bad and the bathroom floods when you shower, but other than that its fine.

Stayed at this hotel from 29 May to 01.06.2018. In The first minutes the hotel did not like, but then everything was fine. The Room is spacious and the bathroom is very large. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. In Front of the hotel is the metro station "Park", down from the hotel-Pombal square, up meters 200-the famous department store "English Yard". The hotel Staff is friendly. The room was very clean. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very small.

He Needs a comprehensive reform. The rooms still have that terrible carpet that gives no more than feeling old and dirty, just look at the union with the walls. The showers, small and old. Breakfast, with a very justita offer. The only star that saves you from nothing gets it because it has just opposite a subway stop.

The Rooms are not just small but tiny. There is not even a wardrobe. Helpful staff. So If you accept that this place is only overnight, you can recommend.

Clean and handy for tube but the room is very dated and needs a kettle… Most staff were miserable but the cleaners were very nice. The hotel is opposite the metro and closed to the shops if you walk up when you come out of main hotel Door. Breakfast is basic but nice.

Hotel well placed, right in front of the Metro Parque which overlooks all the places to get around in Lisbon. Very old setting with small and noisy rooms in the morning. Doors slam all the time. Came with a rental car, we were able to park in a nearby paying parking, 30 euros the 2 days, because to park in front of the hotel it is very complicated. Breakfast is simplistic. It will not be the hotel of our dreams in Portugal.

Very basic rooms, some bathrooms are very antiquated with rather old-fashioned showeres which are barely functioning. Staff is very friendly. Location is good, breakfast is acceptable.

Very good and friendly staff, very clean rooms made up daily. Very convenient for travelling around just a few steps away from the metro.

The hotel is in a great location. The hotel is very clean. But the accommodation is Basque!

The hotel is correct, it has all the essentials for a traveler. However, it is true that it is somewhat neglected. Reception's in the basement. The location is good, next to a metro station (park). Breakfast is average, has the basics though the juice is really bad. There's a supermarket nearby, in case you need something you've forgotten. If you basically need a cheap place to sleep it's perfect.

Hotel offers perfect service and breakfast bien filled I'll be back.

Very old and decaying structure.

Shabby furniture in the rooms. A monotonous skimpy breakfast! No fruit in the diet! The only convenience for me was the location of the hotel.

Budget Hotel without pretensions. The best thing is that it has a parking next door to leave the car for 9 euros a day and move by Metro that has the stop crossing the Avenue. The worst thing is that our room was a little small and the bathroom very small. It's old but It's Clean. To sleep and have breakfast is good for what it costs.

Is well placed. The parque subway station is in front of the hotel. Pretty enough breakfast (boiled egg or omelette, cheese, ham and a salami, butter, jam, croissant, coffee, milk, tea, orange juice). Pretty clean. If something goes wrong they send it from the reception desk and resolve it. You can leave the luggage to them until you leave. The facades on the facade are very noisy because of traffic on the boulevard. For a hotel without pretensions too big is very ok.

Because all the service is excellent.

The room was not comfortable. Mosquitoes and no jelektrofumigatora. The suitcase needs to go down the stairs, no ramp. Nothing No Holodilinika and no safe in the room.

Inexpensive and handy for Parque Metro.

Outdated, sacrificed spaces, uncomfortable bed. Great location.

3 star hotels in Portugal are actual 2 star. Rooms were clean but furniture old and not in best condition. Breakfast was poor in options and quality of the food not great. The best thing about this hotel is it`s position, just a few steps from Parque Metro station.

1 week goes ' hotel interior too much noise of the Court door to room to change any insulation noise corridor very noisy good location and good breakfast ' to not recommended anyway.

The exterior of the hotel is run down and skeptical leaves about 3 stars shown on signage…

The room assigned to us was originally a smoking room: the smells were imbued throughout the room.

Breakfast was awful: no choice, these products are of very poor quality, chemical fruit juice…
The dining room was very bad behavior. When we would take our breakfast, we had to push the remains of people being placed before us in order we to a small square.

A decent hotel in the heart of the city. Metro station directly opposite, which is very convenient. Many attractions are within reach.
