Having a fantastic time food is great.

Lovely hotel. Quite large rooms and king size bed. all staff very friendly go out of their to help you. Good food very much 5 star great chef.

We have just returned from spending 4 days in this hotel. After an early morning flight we arrived at 11.45 to be advised that our room would not be ready until 2pm. When we made enquiries about excursions to markets etc the frontline staff at reception were not very helpful and were not able to offer a lot of advice. When we asked about the kids club, we were advised that the club was held in different hotel for which there may have been a cost. There are no shopping facilities at the hotel and we had to walk 10minutes to reach the nearest shop. The pool area is very small and does not represent what is featured in the brochures. There was no pool side/hotel entertainment apart from a barbecue on Saturday nite for which there was a charge of 25euro! The cleaning of the rooms did not take place until late pm (5pm) which was most inconvenient as we had returned to the room after a day at the beach and wanted to relax. We felt most intimated by one of the waiter’s in the restaurant, his name is Paulo I believe. We were made feel we had to rush breakfast as the breakfast bar/coffee machines were closing and he constantly checked our table making us feel uncomfortable. He was most unpleasant and abrupt in manner and displayed no customer care skills whatsoever. We concluded that he should not be. In the hospitality industry and will damage the reputation of the Garden hotel.

We had a great stay here, the rooms and facilities are great. The staff are genuinely very friendly, helpful and attentive. All food served in the restaurant is top notch, especially the evening meals. Would highly recommend.

Very nice and quite place, just 5min to the beach (car).

Wonderful location to enjoy a drink at the bar. Very nice staff fulfilling all your needs. A little bit pricey, but you pay for a good service. The place looks fantastic and has a nice ambiente. All in all I can recommend it.

Lovely hotel with extremely friendly and caring staff. Housekeeping was top notch, food was fantastic, pool is lovely. I had a lovely time and would strongly recommend it to anyone :)

Excellent restaurant for dinner, except if vegetarian. Breakfasts adequate, great service, friendly staff, quiet.

Was very disappointed with an already ruined week after a car crash. Then we arrive for our 10th wedding anniversary only to wait 3hrs for our garden view room what a joke brick wall and rubbish bins was our view for just under £164 for 1 night was devastated really, double check in future what your view will be. Emailing months before telling them it was 10th anniversary didn't work.

Best hotel of its kind we have ever been to. Small pool and large rooms, simple and very clean. Excellent dining room with great food and even better staff. In fact all the staff are first class, professional and friendly, which shows in the atmosphere of the hotel. Special mention for Dina, Rui, Christiano and receptionist, whose name I never learned, for taking care of me when I fell on my head! And to Magda also for attentive service and caring.

We have just spent a week at the Garden Hotel to celebrate our Golden wedding and have had the most lovely time. Our upgrade to a suite was much appreciated. The hotel is quiet with only a small pool but it was fantastic to have your pick of sunbeds without loud disco music disturbing you.
All the staff were very polite and attentive and nothing too much trouble. The restaurant at dinner was of the highest standard. There was plenty of choice and every course was served by the charming waiters.
The courtesy coach from the Hilton to the Marina ran until 10 pm daily free of charge.
We will return I am sure.

Really friendly staff and beautiful hotel. They upgraded us as our preference of room wasn't available. Really nice pool and garden area in a peaceful location. They have a free shuttle service that can drop you off at the marina and beach throughout the day. Would highly recommend!

Had a fantastic evening, amazing food, 1st class service. Would definitely recommend the BBQ evening.

Thank you for being incredibly attentive, wonderfully helpful, so sweet and polite, and thank you for truly giving 100% to make our stay completely enjoyable. The hotel is extremely clean with excellent facilities. We really felt looked after whilst we were there and the staff are so lovely! I would love to come back again :) Well done!

Wonderful hotel, fantastic employees, nice food, great rooms with a bed that is way to comfy :) service is over the moon, got an upgrade in room + a bottle of wine on the house, they see you as a person and not just a guest, thank you for an incredible stay :)

Very good hotel. Excellent staff, amazing rooms with many amenities like coffe and tea facilities, bathroom amenities, fridge, varanda with table and chairs, free Wi-Fi, tv, ac and confortable beds. Small pool but plenty of sunbeds and free pool towels. Very good restaurant with lovely food a la carte. Free bus to beach and Vilamoura marina. Quit hotel in a quit area. Excelent choice.

Better than I thought it would be. Staff are lovely and just want to ensure everything ok. Room is big and comfortable; our twin room has two large single beds and there's everything you need in the bathroom. Oh and the food is top quality, plentiful and well presented. Sorry to be leaving tomorrow.
