We where a group of 8 ladies and stayed here for 4 days. Hotel is in a good position, within walking distance to bars restaurants etc. The pool area is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was reallllyyyy good. We all enjoyed it. The bedroom was spacious. What made the hotel for us was the staff. Carla and Joseph on reception always had a smile and where so helpful. A big shout out to Tomas and Caroline. You make the best pina coladas lol. All served with a chat and a smile. Our friend was 50 and Tomas came out with a cake and candle for her. This was such a thoughtful touch. We all will be back again. Some this year and definitely next. I would recommend this hotel 💯. X.

It is a well located hotel, is very close to the beach of Santa Eulalia.
The staff are very friendly, the rooms are spacious, and the food is very good.
The price/quality ratio is excellent compared to hotels in the same category.

Wonderful clean Hotel with very friendly staff especially Simone the maid/cleaner. Rooms serviced everyday with fresh towels and swept and mopped. Beds and pillows very comfortable and all possible requirements are met in the room. It's also very quiet and peaceful on an evening. It's a very safe hotel in regards to the current covid-19 restrictions. We only have two suggestions and they are firstly regarding the air conditioning unit that is on the balcony, this should be on the wall and raised higher so that the hot air that is been generated is not been thrown at you when sat on the balcony. Secondly we found it difficult to find somewhere to dry our clothes on the balcony as a clothes airer wasn't available. Breakfast is incredible with a self serve full English breakfast including Sausages, Beans, Eggs, Bacon, Tomatoes and mushrooms etc. You also have a selection of breads, cheeses, hams, yoghurt and cereals that are available. Very lovely swimming pool with sun for the majority of the day and it's perfect for catching some rays and cooling off in the pool. It was my partners birthday whilst we were here and they were kind enough to not only say Happy Birthday to him as we arrived for breakfast on the morning, later that day we recieved a knock on the door from one of the housemaids. She had brought a bottle of fizz on ice complimentary of the hotel. The hotel is in a fantastic location for both the Strip and also the old town (6 Euros max in a taxi).

Stayed here so many times now, definitely our go to hotel when in albuferia. Stayed in 2 other hotels and nothing compared. Great facilities and amazing staff. Fantastic place.

Excellent hotel and amenities. Staff all lovely and barmen Antonio and Carlos are brilliant.
Couple of negatives. Some balconies are large but most are very small and you have to pay for the indoor pool and jacuzzi etc. THANK you. We will return.

A very nice hotel. My room is a studio but bedroom sectioned off by sliding door. Set up for self catering but no hob or pots n pans! Doesn't bother me as I'm half board. The food is good although on the cold side. Pool area very nice with lots of loungers. Nearby plenty shops and restaurants, beach about 10 minute walk. The bed is super comfortable, huge thick mattress with memory foam topping. Furniture and TV all very modern with loads of English speaking channels. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel absolutely spotless. You would not finsd any bit of dust or dirt anywhere. Rooms so clean and spacious with great view, reccomend book a pool view room. 10 minute walk to new town strip. So nice and quite. Have stayed here the past 3 years and plan on again next year.

This hotel is the best I have ever stated in. The apartments are Lovely & Clean & the staff are very friendly & helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I even tried the Spar. It was €6 each or 2 people for €5. It was very relaxed & you can have a swim.

The hotel is OK though the gym only opens 10am so is not usable if you got other things on. Would be better if it was located in Italy or Croatia there is Nothing in the Algarve.

Brilliant hotel. Just a bit away from all what's happening in the old town. Taxi ride every night.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms very well equipped, the pool amazing, good location. The only downside is the cleanliness of the rooms which is a bit regular. But I would recommend it.

Good hotel. Very clean. Spacious couple of rooms with plenty of storage space. Handy for bars and shops but on edge of Albufeira new town so seemed fairly quiet. Would come again.

Not a four star you have to pay for pool towels, the safe, water with your dinner if you doing half board. Towels changed twice a week. Cleaning services is not good. Rooms need updating. I would not do half board again, food was the same thing mist of the time, not much change. For those that like partying good location.

Fantastic hotel been several times and they have revamped it out again you need to stop here staff excellent will come back again.

Very good hotels close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets.
The room and well equipped. The only negative is the cleaning a little light for my taste. I appreciate that the bed is made TT the days and towels changed every day. The staff are very nice. We had a great stay.

Very nice clean appartament. Awesome breakfast. Good Wi-fi everywhere in the structure. We will certainly return.

Lovely hotel. Comfy beds large rooms. Near to all restaurant's and bars 5 min walk to beach. Will definitely come again.

Great Hotel, can't fault it! Beware of the Receptionist… Very Clean and recently refurbished. The breakfast is AAAA GRADE! Fill ya Boots till ya Drop! I will recommend a Stay here, anytime… Its close to everything as well! Don't listen to the other negative reviews… Don't know where they stayed?

Ignore Paul's remarks as he was in a different Santa Eulalia hotel. Towels are always changed at least every two days if you leave them in bath. This must be one of the cleanest hotels in Albufeira I have stayed in.

The hotel was absolutely stunning and was in a beautiful location. Pristine on the inside and staff were friendly and helpful, providing information on bus services and local sites. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Run by same manager as Albuferia Sol. Refurb made it feel modern clean and contemporary. Again all staff as management great… bar staff here exceptional helpfull.

Location. Fabulous hotel. Great staff. Room was superb. Great kitchen facilities but great restaurants within close proximity. Great breakfast even had porriage! Highly recommended. Recently renovated the front reception. It's extremely luxurious.

Pleasantly surprised! Superb studio all equipped! Bed and bedding very condo. A delicious and very varied breakfast. No noise. Everything is functional at 100%. Welcoming and very modern Lobby. Impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. Swimming Pool A little cold to our taste but parasol and long chair for all!

The outside front area opposite does not do it justise. Once you step inside it really is outstanding. Well presented. Friendly staff and exceptionally clean. The pool and area around is cleaned daily and the food is also to a high standard. Would visit again.

Was in the only the night of the 4 to the 5 of July of the 2015, the room well though which I play very small the bathroom very old. The rest well. About the food not I say not I desayunado.

The only thing 4 star about this hotel is the prices.
