I'll start at the reception. The lady at the reception was very rude and not helpful I requested a parking lot but they were all occupied. I've been told I have to park in critical, how do I know that a cross-road is before. The food is unfortunately neither in the morning nor in the evening anything to do with wellness there is a natural yogurt some canned fruit and apples no cucumber or salad. The manicure and pedicure at my wife was rather amateurish performed, even with 2 minor injuries. My 50 min massage was good but the lady seemed to be on the run, where after the massage she was supposed to relax a bit, she was in the rather small room at the cleaning of her equipment. A "big" compliment to the photographers who made the pictures for the wellness area everything you see in the pictures is real much smaller even the deck chairs are not enough to relax, the water noise is also far too noisy. In the sauna maybe 5 people fit the carpet in the rooms is very worn and not hygienically contemporary. On the whole it was a very nice holiday for us because we made the best of it. In summer there is certainly more to experience in the small village of Międzyzdroje than in winter. And I'm not sure if we were disadvantaged as guests because we booked a Grouponwebseite. But if you paid the full price and my criticisms were the same, I would certainly have been more annoyed.
Room: The room was large enough but a very small window which made the airing of the room almost impossible. The view was limited to a ruin of the ruins.
Service: There were a few very friendly ladies and some of them were very rude and were also quickly very unfriendly. As an example my partner arrived shortly before the end of the dinner in the dining room and wanted to eat a little something the waitress made him aware that he should hurry and stood next to him while he ate, that it was fast. In addition, the first 3 days the breakfast and dinner buffet were held in a large dining room. Without informing the guests, the buffet was served in the lounge. After a loud argument, were the tax and overnight allowances for the small still left out. In the whole Hotel stinks it up to the roof of chlorine because of the Pool (probably due to the ventilation savings! ). Very DIRTY! In the big Spa-centimeter-thick hair lumps, which Weeks are left… The rooms are only SUPERFICIALLY "clean". Dust has also been prompted, not jammed in all the rooms. For 7 days booked: only when prompted were the towels changed. Bed linen not changed (in 3 stars Hotel + in a Wellness Hotel should be the bed linen changed every 3 days! Or at least once a week. ) Eating: O MY GOD!
