Again and again. Very friendly and helpful staff, sometimes german and English spoken. The room and also the bathroom were very clean. The daily cleaning of the room was superb. The breakfast buffet offers something for everyone and is very varied. The animation for the kids is great. Our son had a lot of fun. Our holiday 2022 is fixed and will definitely be back in this hotel.

Big and clean rooms. Family friendly: they provided an extra bed for our daughter, there is an extra buffet for children. Spa offer is amazing (for every age) and not expensive. They have an extra pool for children. A large one for adults… there is even a whirlpool! The view is great. Unfortunately the plaza is right in front of the hotel but it didn't bothered us.

The hotel was clean and pretty. Staff very nice. Unfortunately: We ordered wine on arrival, but there was no wine. Our massage was booked on a different hour than asked and we had to ask for compensation. The massage was not very good either and jacuzzi was not clean. Overall experience is three stars due to perfect cleanliness, awesome location and comfortable beds, but some points lost due to complications in booking, and poor spa area.

Very nice hotel in the resort's center. Good and convinient for the families. Good food, very nice swimmingpool with the wellness area.

Regarding the restaurant: food was ready-made and not freshly prepared (Pierogi) and there was overly loud noise pollution form a nearby "concert" (1st May, 19.00h). Service took long, too (but was at least friendly).

We were in the past several times eating there. We were always satisfied despite the higher prices, as usual in Poland. But this time were prepared two events, as we learned later. My food was quite cold (dericod) when it was served. No roasting flavors. Flesh was a pale rag. But that's not enough… only I got my food. Not my wife. Was forgotten by the kitchen. When I was done, the other food came. Really bad. The waitress was sorry, but the dinner for two was for the…
The sparse discount could not help either. Damage. Maybe next time.

Nice hotel but not suitable for wellness or cure. There are wesendlich better hotels in Poland. Food was top!

We are very happy about it. Very family friendly, the view is incredibly beautiful. The sea only a few meters ahead. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. Even coffee and tea can be cooked at any time. The pool is bigger than expected and the restaurant and breakfast room are all equipped with great games and a romp for the children. The food in the restaurant was very good, but was also a bit more expensive… Breakfast was varied and perfectly fine.
How to get back.
I cannot confirm a problem with the underground car park, which a previous speaker had. We got a relatively big car and came in and out whenever we wanted.

We have travelled as a "large family". The rooms were clean and completely adequate.
The reception was very nice and helped us in fulfilling our "extra wishes" immediately and good grace.
We will definitely come back again!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and rich breakfast buffet.
Parking is recommended in the hotel's own garage, as we have seen many cars with a claw in front. The location is great, right on the beach and in the middle of the village.

Very rich breakfast buffet. Evening buffet always tasty and something for everyone. Dining room very child-friendly. Beautiful small children's area also in the swimming pool. Bowling alley with bar and PlayStation corner completely new. This house is really to be recommended.

We must emphatically criticize that 98% of bathers Ungeduscht have gone to the swimming pool. Even from the sauna, Ungeduscht was immersed in the swimming pool, although there was an attendant, who said that she was not responsible, disgusting behavior of the guests. The spa area and the staff who earned 5 stars were positive, the same applies to room service and the restaurant and the kitchen. We had spent 14 days there and were accommodated in a very small room. A worse condition is the parking situation, we should pay €14 per day for the underground garage, we have not made is a pure rip-off, even if there were no parking spaces at the hotel, we found in 300 m one and the entire 14 days stood there, for this Circumstance we have to deduct 2 stars.

Very nice hotel, very friendly. The German language is spoken very little, but one can communicate. Parking should be booked with. There are only a few parking spaces available on the street. The spa area is highly recommended. A bit of a pity is that the bowling alley is only opened from 5 pm.

We (20 adults) had spent a weekend here. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. The décor is upscale modern. The staff is always friendly and the breakfast buffet is more than adequate and tasty.
Unfortunately our bed was too narrow and too hard. The walls are very noisy, at least on the first floor.

A week of family vacations. Very good and only recommended.
In the morning breakfast buffet with everything the heart (stomach) desires. And again in the evening. Definitely not suitable for weight-taking. Very child-friendly. Great equipped playroom adjacent to the dining room. So enjoy food and play the kids…

The rooms are well equipped and the location is perfect: Right on the pier and on the long sandy beach.
Helpful would be a brush to clean the sandy shoes in front of the hotel.

Not really recommended, the staff and those responsible still have a very long way to go until they have internalized the service thought. It starts with the Wellnessempfang. The lady was visibly reluctant to rent a bathrobe. There was no such thing. Hello? Someone at home? The feeling of being an annoying customer came with it for free. She would have been fired.
The ridiculously small lockers in the locker room tended to amuse me. So I took my bag in, not a thing. The lack of hot showers and an eyeglass shelf in the wellness area showed me, however, that you are probably not at the level that you find in good facilities. That would be a matter of course. The saunas are small but OK; There are quite a few couches (in the high season it is likely to be difficult), only the swimming pool is attractively large. Quite noisy ambiance, since many hotel guests seem to be able to party there. So nothing for guests who want to rest!
All in all, nothing I would do again.
Message to the hotel management: Visit the good wellness facilities with recommendations in the relevant travel guides and learn from them what service is. Even for non-hotel guests The bathrobe and the sauna towels usually belong to the minimum standard.

Very kids friendly hotel and great massage offers. The staff speak either Polish or German but unfortunately not much English. The Sauna area could be a bit bigger and more cosy.

The hotel is very good. 5 stars are not enough.

I've booked this hotel mid October for a total of 3 nights and am very happy as a whole. Contrary to my expectation there was even no extra charge room with Meerblick. Sie are well equipped and sufficiently large. Also the very good isolation of the rooms is positive. The whole hotel is very clean and in good condition. There are also several German TV channels. Only one really big gripe: the beds are too narrow, pillows and mattresses are too hard.
Location: Beach Hotel in the heart of Miedzyzdroje. There are many restaurants, a promenade and several attractions and play facilities for children in the immediate vicinity.
Restaurant: The quality of the food is very good, the service is fast and friendly, and also at breakfast there was a huge selection including a "live"chef, prepared dishes on request.
Pool: There is a Jacuzzi with many setting options, a large swimming pool and a small one for children.
Thus, I can recommend this hotel to other guests.
