Provide what is said for the price it said, expecting more than that is a daydream.
Food at the eatery is good and affordable.
The place is clean and convenient enough.

I was visiting from Japan and staying different AIRBNB nearby, and to eat breakfast I visited this Carinderia.
Since they cook food in the morning, they have more menus in the morning.

Budget-friendly single room accomodations.
Communal spaces are kept clean (6 toilet-shower combos) with shower shoes provided.
Showers need shelves, not nice to put toiletries on the toilet.
