Hotels in Visayas with Parking

Stayed here for 6 nights during NSPC. I highly recommend ROSETTA Guest House! Their staff and services were truly superb—every interaction felt thoughtful, professional, and genuinely warm.

Honestly, I’m so happy with this stay. I wasn't expecting this level of hospitality when I arrived, but it was hands-down some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen.

The location is around 20minutes away from the city proper.

I have stayed at this great hotel several times over the years with my wife and kids. We always book two rooms so the kids get their own room next to ours.

Stayed here every time I go to Dumaguete (3x already), around a week each time.
Place is along the main road so easy to get around, but still quiet enough to sleep properly.

Perfect Luggage Storage.
If you just arrived from Siquijor and want to explore Dumaguete hands-free, I highly recommend depositing your bags here. The transaction was incredibly fast and hassle-free.

We always love staying in Dumaguete to unwind, and this place fit that perfectly.
The room was so unique and memorable, even smelled amazing, which made it feel extra cozy and well-kept.

Definitely a place to unwnd. Stayed at the cabana huts that were unique & clean. All I can highlight is the topnotch hospitality of all the staff.

Very satisfied with the overall service. Staffs were very kind and accommodating. Rooms were as presented as well. We weren’t disappointed and we were comfortable the whole stay.

We stayed in room 216. At least this part of the hotel is new, it seems. Everything is new, firm, clean, in working order. Very simple, straight forward, no thrills.

Overall all Experienceat Midway Apartment was tremendously great.
Rooms were very dynamic with good vibes and better rest. Available veranda, safety and security is surroundingly safe.

I stayed here a few times. Great location and top notch property. 10 minute drive to anywhere in the area.

My go to haven when Im staying in Tacloban, staff are very accomodating, good Wi-Fi, clean Rooms and quiet placa with parking area❤️😎

I had a really great stay at Verandah Residence Inn! The place was clean, and they do their best to keep everything well maintained.

The rooms are fine except for the bathroom.

Upon my observation, when I checked in at Tacloban Plaza hotel, staffs are very accomodating its my 2nd time here. The rooms are okay its clean and good for its price.

Been coming here since 2022, solid location, amazing accommodation, super friendly staff and yummy food! 😍❤️ 10/10!

The His Capsule Hostel Study Hub is a clean and simple place for students and remote workers. The capsule space gives you privacy and feels comfortable enough to rest or study.

Rooms are well maintained, foods are affordable and delicious. Overall the place is very peaceful and beautiful, the scenery is very calming. Would love to come again🥰

For a foreigner looking for a place, I would recommend this place for sure.

An old house and old vibe, love the views and paintings all around the place, needs a little bit of work but over all was a good experience.

I like this place and it is perfect for family bonding. Thank you for accomodating us.

Comfortable accommodation with good service and clean surroundings. A reliable place to stay.

The hotel has a fun and lively vibe. The amenities are enjoyable. Great for groups.

Great little guesthouse, it has everything you need and so conveniently located to get around the city. The bed was also super comfy and the room was nicely decorated.

First, I would like to sincerely apologize to the owner. The one-star rating was posted by mistake and was never my intention, as it does not reflect my true experience.

I have stayed in the hotel twice.
The first time my stay was not great.
Second time they gave me a really a good room, very good view, clean room, good reception and house keeping staffs.

I love the service here, the staff are kind and accommodating. The rooms we stayed in are spacious. The location is great— but we had a hard time looking for a grab car.

The staff are all very friendly and professional.
We were able to stay for a month without any inconvenience.

S Hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Cebu City—very convenient and accessible. The rooms are good, clean, and nice, but they're pretty basic with no refrigerator or microwave.

My daughter booked this place for us over Christmas, and overall it wasn’t a bad choice.

I had a great stay at One Central Hotel. The room was spacious and perfect for a family, with a vibrant and modern atmosphere throughout the hotel.

It was a last minute booking and it was so worth it. My baby also enjoy the pool as it was so big.

My brother and I stayed for 2 nights, and booked a 2 twin room. The beds were comfortable and a little bigger than a twin size. It was perfect for what we needed.

Great hotel and friendly service.
It has a central location with everything you need within few minutes walk. The area is safe in general, but petty crime happens everywhere.

We had an overnight stay with my aunt & wife. The staff, I would like to grab this opportunity to mention Luigi. He was so kind to even give us a crash course on how to cook using the induction stove.

We stopped by spontaneously and were lucky to find a vacant bamboo hut for two nights. The shared bathroom facilities are clean and functional, so was the hut.

Highly recommended place to stay for your vacation.
Affordable, Friendly staff, close to Panagsama restaurants and Sardines, close to White Sand Beach.

We stayed here for 1 night after hiring a car and driving from Cebu, the room was clean and spacious, fairly basic but fine for a night, we asked for a late checkout which was appreciated as we had a

There were a lot of mosquitoes. We actually killed like 4 mosquitoes. Hot shower is way too hot despite putting it on low. Nice staff. The room is good, spacious, and clean.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The shared common area was really nice and relaxing :)

Amazing time with lovely outdoor area. Ignore the other reviews about bad staff as they were lovely!

The beautiful ladies running it are very kind and helpful, rooms are acceptable with very good AC. Location right next to a shopping centre and far enough from the main town so not too busy.

I have no clue where the bad reviews are coming from. We have been traveling through South East Asia for 5 months now and this is the best hospitality we have had. The woman is super friendly.

We stayed there for 1 night just to enjoy kawasan Canyoneering. Hotel is Value for money budget room, near to highway, quite environment, No noise.

50 mbps but router drops at 4am on a schedule. Big bed. Good aircon. Good curtains. Quiet. Small table.

Would highly recommend, a good location just a short walk away from the sardine run and the main stretch of cafes/ restaurants (meaning you don’t get the noise on a night).

We had a very pleasant stay at Bernie’s, from the moment we walked in we felt welcome and truly at home. Janice, Bernie and the hostel staff we great and there if you needed anything.

Solid hostel, 450php for a 10 bed dorm. AC was a little cold at night but clean, bathrooms immaculate. Able to rent scooters for 300php and extend our stay without issue. Town centre 5 mins walk away.

The friendliest personel in Moalboal♥️ clean rooms, fresh towels wherever you want, non-stop airconditioning, perfect location for any excursion, close tot restaurants and beach for thé most
