Very relaxing place, friendly staff, good service.

Stayed here for business trip. Clean and spacious room, which I like most. There's a wardrobe cabinet where I can place my clothes. Free breakfast and airport transfer. Staffs are very accomodating. Quiet neighborhood.
The owner even extend his service to accomodate me to buy pasalubongs at the town proper.
Would definitely stayed here again for future business trips.

We have now stayed in Veranda Residence Inn twice and I really appreciate the place. Rarely clean and nice in comparison to many other places in Tacloban! Super affordable and close to Robinson's where restaurants and shops are available. I can highly recommend to anyone! Owner and staff are also super friendly and lovely… Thank you!

Really nice, good value for money and super friendly staff! We have been to quite many hotels both in Tacloban and in Cebu city, this stay is definitely on our list of best places. Clean, new and welcoming! I haven’t got any complaints to share, other than I hope it won’t get too popular so they won’t have availability for our next time ;)

I check in July 31, 2018. The appearance and the room are just standard, the location is far from downtown, that makes it a little over price compare with other business hotel in downtown. With light rain the village location is easily flooded. I requested for breakfast to be serve by 6:30 am because of my early flight on the following day, sadly nothing was serve, no receipt was issue as they promise before I check out. I left something for my staff that will be leaving afterlunch in Tacloban but non of the staff follow up. Overall experience is tolerable but never again.

We had a great stay at Veranda Residence Inn. The hosts were very nice, food was great, the property is very clean and you have everything that you need like shampoo, soap and toothpaste, free! The location is great because its very near the the Robinson's Mall, local market and downtown area and its a few blocks away from the main road as well.

Good place to stay affordable. Hard to locate.

The rooms are nice but the road is floody not good!

It was no more than ok, I will never book a room again.

The linnen was lovely new building very clean everything worked well breakfast was great only eleven hundred the best value in tacloban great food nearby the approach is a bit soggy but many pedicab for 10 piso.

It's peacefully and have accomodating staffs.
