Old vintage hotel directly on the esplanade. Rooms are nicely kept (for Filipino standard) new aircon, tv, bathroom. Room with balcony on request.

We wanted a hotel fit a short stay near the port in Dumaguete. This was perfect. Yes, the ruins are small and simple but the location and price are great. Plenty to eat around there.

The hotel is a bit old but the location and service are great. We picked this hotel for a short stay. It’s right by the port in Dumaguete. Walking distance.
