Big space and modern room. Staff are helpful. Parking can be a pain specially if they have plenty of visitors. Pricey but food can be good. Breakfast used to be buffets not sure when did it changed.

First off, a big shout out to Aria Mae and Therese at the front desk and Karen in housekeeping. 😊 They worked tirelessly to make my stay absolutely wonderful.

Their service is so good that I really thought it was a 5-star hotel. Very accommodating staffs. Generous amount of food serving and 100% good.

I had a wonderful stay at Ironwood Hotel. The staff were very accommodating, always smiling, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming.

The rooms are fine except for the bathroom.

Upon my observation, when I checked in at Tacloban Plaza hotel, staffs are very accomodating its my 2nd time here. The rooms are okay its clean and good for its price.

One of the very few resort hotels that satisfy both my budget and experience. At plain sight I can tell that the staffs are kind, courteous and knowledgeable. The restaurant servers are so pleasant.

Only ones here for the first few days so we got great treatment. Friendly staff good food and drink all cheap. Owner owns a small brewery and they sell it here and it's STRONG.

The whole place is clean and nice. Staffs are very welcoming and attentive. They were able to accommodate our requests as well.

Stayed for 5 days during Christmas, and everything was great! The location is great too.

The room is nice and spacious, and the AC is cold; however, the bathroom is far too small and lacks a bath mat. Consequently, after showering, water drips onto the floor and into the bedroom.

Accessible to markets and malls, and very affordable.
I booked a Standard Double via Agoda and was really happy with the stay. We paid ₱2, 029.

Our stay here is really great. The place is nice and comfy, and at night the lights look beautiful you can clearly see the other buildings and the view is amazing.

I’ve stayed at Bayfront Hotel – Capitol Site multiple times already, and each visit feels familiar and welcoming. The location alone is a great advantage.

All female hostel. Great ammenities (towels, shampoo, soap, handsoap, first aid kit, water provided)
Aircon was strong and rooms were kept very clean and tidy.
Wifi was quite poor and intermittent.

Only stay here for a night but had a wonderful experience. The laundry service is great, the room and the bathroom are nice. The receptionist is super helpful. Keep up the good work.

Good rooms, it's like a Condo unit style with kitchen equipped with essentials, nice view as well especially on the 18th floor. The service was a bit slow though, it took 30 minutes upon check-in out.

Nice place away from the main street noise. The Hideaway Superior Bungalow was spacious, with a terrace to relax on. Cleaning was done daily.

We stayed with them for 3nights. Our room is like a mini apartment. It has separate living room with mini kitchen and mini fridge.

We stayed in the double private room, service was great they helped us with laundry, arranging activities and any kind of question. The room was very clean and cozy and the Wi-Fi connection was great.

Great value for the price you pay for the room. Quite, clean and neat rooms. FAST Wi-Fi! Reception desk 24/7, free airport pick up! The buffet breakfast!

The room and accomodation is good, the brekfast as well is great since you can request to cook as long as its available on their menu (for that day).

What makes this place amazing? Definitely the staff, they'll go way and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Room was very clean and spacious and the breakfast was nice. They even offered to make us a sandwich on the day we had a really early start which was nice of them.
