Friendly staff & good prices. But I would like to see a regular evening BBQ. Also a Heater for the Hot Tub.

Just checked out from this cozy, relaxing and peaceful place. Their foods were great and also staffs are polite. ♡

Now this is piece and quiet. Staff is great and the different beers that are made by owner are awesome especially the James Blond. Best Calimari I have had in the Philippines. Beautiful sand area, sparking pool. Rooms are fine, not the Hilton but very clean and comfortable.

Loved Kavs booked for 2 nights and 30 minutes after arriving extended our stay. Great staff, we loved it because it's off the beaten track. If you are arriving by bus it's a little walk down a really rough track. But don't be put off you'll be happy when you arrive. Very very relaxing.

Super friendly staff. Definitely out of the way (and I prefer that) Wi-Fi only in the common area (I prefer that too) beach isn't really for swimming (not the most scenic, but very quiet. Love the well manicured gardens and ambience if the place.

Beautiful rooms and grounds, lovely pool with mini slide and restaurant with nice food. The resort backs onto the beach and they lay out seating and light it at night for you.

Wifi is awful if you have Verizon. The beach here isn't good but pool and food are alright. The price is definitely right and the place has charm.

Great place to relax but less things to do for me… But it is really up to you on what is your purpose to be there.

Agree that staff are friendly and polite and the resort is extremely pleasant however, I stayed I need the six 6 bed dorm room and if you are fortunate enough to get one of the four beds that have fans great but hot and sticky if you don't. I would also mention the mattresses are very thin and you are sleeping on bamboo which you can feel through the mattress. The Wi-Fi which they state only works in the dining area is terrible I spent many a wasted hour trying to book my next hostel and flights due to No connectivity anywhere. Finally the resort does not have scooters for hire and cannot arrange any I checked out everywhere in the local shops and nothing so no way of getting around. Don't eat the breakfast hash brown unless you like food swimming in butter.

Our family has been here a few times we really love it the food is great and the family room is probably the best value for money in the area very comfy big king bed and excellent hot water bath tub as well we will continue to come back for a relaxing time

A suitable place to unwind and refresh from the busy city… we can walk and snorkle on the beach but the resort should provide aqua shoes for their guests since the beach has a lot of stones. Food is fine but I suggest there should be more menu for vegetables. Otherwise, this resort is a relaxing one and the price is affordable.

Hard to find a better place to relax. Great rooms, great pool, great food, great staff, its right on the beach and the boat bar creates a great atmosphere to chill by. A place you want to come back to for sure.

Beautiful resort, everything very clean, excellent service. Rooms are pristine. Restaurant also has pretty good food. Swimming pool is not too big, but perfectly adequate.

A very intimate and relaxing place. We rented the dorm type accommodation and it was worth it. Just right after our Apo Island adventure, we chose to stay at Zamboanguita to rest for the night. The room was great for the price (P400/pax) : with a hot shower and very cool (despite being non-aircon). There's a restaurant with a bar and a pool. The staff was very easy to communicate with over email and text messaging. The beach isn't much for swimming but if you were planning to go to Apo Island anyway, it wouldn't be much of a problem. Kav's is quite close to Zamboanguita market and Malatapay. Just outside Kavs (into the main road), buses and jeeps to Dumaguete pass by. Very convenient for travelers.

One of our family's favorite go-to place when we badly need to unwind. Although beach is rocky and might not be good for small kids to swim in, the pool is nice and the restaurant by the sea is relaxing. Rooms are clean, smells good and with great facilities. Great value for money.

Location is hard to find, staff not so warm and guests feel like dominating the place. But I like the design layout of the place itself, space is well managed and used to its maximum. Food is also excellent though a bit pricey for a small town.

Was very clean, good food, pricey. Staff seemed unfriendly or at least oblivious, and guests seemed to be "running the show", i. E. Friends of owners. They never greeted and spared a friendly word… we felt like intruders. A shame because the actual place seemed quite nice.

Affordable place — walks in is allowed and fee is consumable from 200-350php. Food is great. It's only the road going there that's muddy, all in all it's a decent resort.

We had a good time here… nice and quiet, cold ac, good food, good Wi-Fi speed, polite girls, super comfy beds with high thread count sheets, clean and very well kept for a small-ish resort… bit pricey though but I guess what can you expect its on the beach! … I would stay here agin. Over all thumbs up kav.

Lovely resort but food and transport is pricey, and the resort is a little too far from both Apo island jump off point and from Dumeguete.

Looks a very nice resort. With pool and nice beach. Stopped for lunch. Had a Schnitzel. Was about the size of a burger, but even worse, it had cinnamon in the seasoning. Did not taste very nice.

Seems like a promising resort with room for improvement. Our food order took 2 hours, 5 minutes. quiet and clean beach in front of the resort.
