Made a reservation, they replied with noted. We went there and they were close. I even called to confirm the reservation 2 days before the date. The place could have been nice but the staff? Naaah.

The place is so fancy, clean, and would surely recommend to my friends. The staff are very accommodating as well, kind, approachable and always smiling. They address all of our concerns. If I will be going in dumaguete again, I’ll consider checking here.

This is nice and safe for kids and family. We used to come here several times since pandemic days. Recommended to all families who wanted relaxation and good bonding.

Just had my lunch here. Mango shake is very expensive knowing they are using powdered flavor not real mangoes. Food not that yummy. The place is not well maintained. Beach is very far.

We hurriedly made a reservation ahead of time at this resort ahead of Sunday, Aug 30 because of the scheduled brownout. We were expecting that because of the ongoing pandemic, the resort would implement 50% capacity, and would control crowds coming in. However, such was not the case. THERE WERE A LOT OF PEOPLE AND THE RESORT WAS NOT PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCING! Would definitely not mind paying such pricey menu if you can fully relax and enjoy, but sadly, that’s not the case. It was almost like a public beach in there.

When I heard they re open it again slowly the resorts I immediately had reservation about this resort. Its so nice and beautiful their pool and food was nice too staff are very accomodating and polite fast service when you order food, so peaceful and quiet very windy too one of my favorite beach resort to relax from the city.

It was lovely experience to stay in white chocolate resort. Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, beautiful environment. We’ve felt there gorgeous and owner has special sense for details so everything looks very nice.

Very nice place to relax. The staffs are very friendly. And they’re using solar which is really nice. I really love the surroundings with different kind of plants. Very clean and affordable. For sure we will be back in this place.

Our 1st stay here on March 2017 was outstanding. However this year it wasn't impressive because they are closing this resort for 6 mos to do a renovation which we only knew when we got there. So for this, they didn't bother to stock food in their kitchen, most menu are not available. We love the place, and the staff but we are positive that we are not staying here again.

We love this place… the swimming pool, the food, the staff and esp the owner. They are the best beach resort in town. The perfect place for relaxation.

The manager Mark and his wife Ma. Fe made sure we had a really good time.
The staff were very polite and the place was well maintained.
We went on a day trip to snorkel and dive and it was worth it, Me and my little sister was able to swim with turtles at Apo Island.
I would absolutely recommend this place and also if you visit this place make sure to try there pizza. … Thanks WCHR will be visiting again soon.

Very nice Resort south of Dumaguete on Negros Oriental. Pool, Beach, restaurant, Bar all available. The Complex is well maintained and beautifully laid out. The Staff helpful and friendly. The Resort can only recommend.

I loved this soothing hotel, also frequented by the Filipinos, ideally located between Dauin, APO island and the Southern beaches.
Very clean and comfortable room.
Beautiful garden with its miniature chocolate hills, swimming pool and beach very well maintained, very few mosquitoes.
Bar and restaurant quite satisfactory, varied and nicely presented food, reasonable rates.
Efficient Wi-Fi and excellent Telecom coverage, this can sometimes be indispensable and you will be problematic in other hotels!
The staff were very attentive and helpful.

A peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Good was very good. A short ride from the Dumaguete Airport.

We had a vacation trip last week to commemorate the Lent season with my family & friends. We encountered a very unpleasant or shocking way of accommodation. We travel for almost 7 hours and we arrived late 5pm. We expected to have a rest right away upon arrival in the hotel, but instead we have to beg or plead for the accommodation, just because we exceeded for the num of heads vs room requirement.
The front desk officer hesitated to offer us remedies for the accommodation, good thing she granted us but the price was so unfriendly. She took advantage the situation and mentioned "if u don't want the offer u can go to another resort". She was so rude. We can't refuse because we are all tired and already 7pm.
Indeed, the result of our vacation was unforgettable and stressfull! Aminities for improvement/ recommendations; 1. Front desk officer — bad orientation, so proud, need replacement of authentic HRM graduate personnel.
2. Water supply — need excellent plubmer that can compute the required psi for stronger pressure.
3. Poor Electricity — the hotel dwells on their savings, they're using low wattage bulbs, thus outcome is poor lightings. No hot & cold shower. Aircon turned on & off several times — ergo they need transformer that can accommodate the required power of the resort. It's a must to undergo electrical counciling.
4. Buildings & rooms — using cheap and light materials but the room rates are so expensive.

Room was clean, surroundings well maintained food was atleast average & above average price compared to other restaurants quality, beach access, clean beach, no rocks to step on, friendly wait staff housekeepers do a great job lots of plant life 20-25% cheaper To book online counter staff will not let you pay cash for online reservations price you recieve free drink coupon per each person but doesn't include any alcohol with coupon, only juices Valid with coupon.

Great place, beach, resturant, all kinds of different rooms. You will enjoy it here for relaxing and enjoying.

This is a really nice resort, but far out of town,. The on site restaurant is mediocre at best. The pool and amenities are nice and the employees are very nice. If you want quiet laid back, this resort is for you. I found thing to town and bringing food back was the best way to go. Also water activities were planned and exceptional right from the resort.

Amazing place with a great swimming pool. The food there is quite expensive and never delivered correctly and in time. There is a small food market near by that is a better place to eat at lunch and dinner time.

We were quite impressed upon arrival as the staff warmly welcomed us. The pool is actually bigger than how it looks in photos. The place is perfect for travelers who want to enjoy a quiet and serene place not too far from Dumaguete city. Superb cleanliness! Food is reasonable. Shout out to their manager. Mark made sure we've got everything we need and would always ask if we're okay. The couple who own the resort were also very accommodating and friendly. They stayed til late night talking to guests from Latin America, giving them tips on places to visit in the Philippines. I was a bit disappointed though when the guard turned off the lights around 4:30 a. M. In the bar area. The whole place was very dark (I couldn't see the letters on my laptop's keyboard). He saw us working there the entire night as I was assisting an American client and it was the only spot where internet connection's stable. Overall, it was a great stay!

Very nice a cozy place, good chilling time, personnel here very friendly, right on the beach, good for kitesurf, best diving, accomodation very nice and clean, even some dorm Very good place.

Beautyful resort perfect maintained. My fan room was very fair priced, and had my name on top of the door. Saltwater pool big and clean. Good dive center and kite center. Food also ok. The only downside was the reception taking 1000php deposit and tells me a list of behaving roules, hey im not a squatter. Nice is the clean beach and funny is the totally black sand at the waterline.

The place is beautiful and the service is good. They have air-conditioned and non air-conditioned rooms. They also arrange snorkeling and scuba diving activities.

So far, the best unplanned anniversary celebration we had was staying in this resort overnight. The place, the room, the foods, and the people of the resort are all great. Thanks to the bar tender for the mind games, and Mark of course for the treat and for making sure that we enjoyed our stay.

We went there last January 2016 with a friend and her toddler son. The place was nice and we were warmly welcomed by the manager. The food was great as well. We were given a tour of the rooms which were cozy and clean. The only downside my family thinks is that there are too many rules to the point that it interferes with enjoyment and relaxation. This is a great place if you are planning to meditate and have peace and quiet but not if you want to frolic and have playtime with the kids.
