If you like the environment of a prisoner of war camp then this is the place for you. You are greeted with a lousy powdered ice tea & a whole page of rules. The staff are pig ignorant with zero training in hospitality. I have never been so insulted. The place is next door to a slum with karaoke so loud your ears bleed. We were besieged by locals trying to carry our one rucksack. The track to the “resort” is knee deep in trash & isn’t wide enough for a new shiny car. They should spend money on basic infrastructure instead of dreaming up petty rules. They said that there was a 500 peso fine for the bottle of water I had for my room! And 500 pesos for any other stuff not purchased from them. I demanded my money back. They said that they wouldn’t take the money from Agoda but they clearly have. The owner or manager couldn’t even be bothered to talk to us. We left without even checking in. It isn’t a dive resort either. They just use others facilities so it’d be cheaper going direct to another resort. I will be getting in touch with Agoda about the theft of my money. I tore up the booking form in front of reception.

After staying here 2 days, 2 more weeks to come, we can only say that we love the place! The owner & the manager together with the staff is 100% professional! Everything is clean & really nice food 👍
