Hotels in Leyte with Parking

Comforts of home in a professional setting with a well-trained staff. I will likely return. The price seemed high, but they offered me a loyalty card that will make up the difference. A/C great.

The room is great and the place is good for 2 or 3 people. The location is far from the city but a nice view of some grass fields on the balcony. I enjoyed it.

At first I thought we were lost because there's no signage outside the place, wasn't sure if we are at the right place.

It’s a good place to stay if you opt. Close to the mall🤗. The staff were kind and the place was quiet. Just bring your own drinking water as there was no free bottled water for drink🙈

I love summit sm! I dont get why people dont like the hotel but I dont see the problem here. The Staffs were kind and I would be happy to go back to stay again.

One of the best hotels I’ve tried in Tacloban, especially location-wise. It is close to almost everything. Malls, the airport, restaurants, and cafés.

Their service is so good that I really thought it was a 5-star hotel. Very accommodating staffs. Generous amount of food serving and 100% good.

I had a wonderful stay at Ironwood Hotel. The staff were very accommodating, always smiling, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming.

Best hotel I have stayed at in a while, appreciate the hot shower and refrigerator, and nice view of the street below.

Great place in palompon to stay the owner is very friendly and accommodating always asking if we need anything many places to eat nearby and just a short walk to anywhere in the proper.

Stayed here for 6 nights during NSPC. I highly recommend ROSETTA Guest House! Their staff and services were truly superb—every interaction felt thoughtful, professional, and genuinely warm.

Honestly, I’m so happy with this stay. I wasn't expecting this level of hospitality when I arrived, but it was hands-down some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen.

The rooms are fine except for the bathroom.

Upon my observation, when I checked in at Tacloban Plaza hotel, staffs are very accomodating its my 2nd time here. The rooms are okay its clean and good for its price.

My go to haven when Im staying in Tacloban, staff are very accomodating, good Wi-Fi, clean Rooms and quiet placa with parking area❤️😎

I had a really great stay at Verandah Residence Inn! The place was clean, and they do their best to keep everything well maintained.

Been coming here since 2022, solid location, amazing accommodation, super friendly staff and yummy food! 😍❤️ 10/10!

The His Capsule Hostel Study Hub is a clean and simple place for students and remote workers. The capsule space gives you privacy and feels comfortable enough to rest or study.

Stayed here for a seminar and it might just be the best hotel in Baybay. The service was amazing, especially the interns who were very accommodating.

"Had a great stay at L'Asuncion Hotel! Modern rooms, super comfy, and staff were really friendly. Delicious food at the on-site restaurant and friendly service add to the charm.

Before I made my reservation, I called your hotline to ask which room type had a Smart TV. I was informed that not all of your rooms currently have Smart TVs.

This Hotel XYZ is the best in Tacloban. Rating AAAAA excellent.
In all aspects, like food — has a vast array of cuisines Asian, European, British & the like.

Nice hotel. Repurposed old house. The cafe has good food, some staff might have some attitude. Front desk service is awesome. Breakfast was good too.

Staff is wonderful and helpful. Service is excellent and the hotel includes great amenities like the restaurant and cafe, as well as a spa next door.

Excellent room for its price. I highly recommend this place.

I love the location of the property. It's very close to Robinsons N Tacloban yet very peaceful inside of the property compound. The staffs are very helpful too.

Great stay at CLN Hotel in Tacloban. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient.

Homey and clean hotel near the highway. Their cafe serves good breakfast (not included in the room rate). The coffee is great and served with cute designs. The staff is also kind.

May 19, 2026 I was booked online for my accomodation in Baybay Leyte in Fans Hotel I was so empressed this Hotel the hotel staff was very friendly and respectful and most especially they are

Clean and convenient, great beds. Shower wasn't warm enough, no window in the room to the outdoors, complimentary breakfast was good 👍

Fairly nice place. Many comfy pillows. Restroom has a lite peculiar smell but tolerable, keep exhaust running. Water is too SOFT, it feels just like oil. Soap feeling will never come off.

During my first night, I discovered the hand soap bottle was empty and the shower head holder was broken.

Our stay is good and comfortable in this place. Staff are very nice. Breakfast is really good. The room is very nice and clean. They have hot and cold shower that we really like.

Rooms are okay, really tiny for a queen sized room. The shower was warm and nice but stinks like a sewer. I have to keep the bathroom door closed so it won’t smell so bad.

Located in the Robinson's shopping complex, this is a nice hotel at a good price point. I chose a room that did not include breakfast but there is a Jollibee about 2 minutes away that opens at 6am.

Just what we need 3 days staycation following a CT scan at St. Paul's, hotel was very accessible and close to the hospital.

Convenient that its along the highway, and before downtown tacloban so you won't get lost looking for it.
Stayed here Feb 21, 2026
Food establishments are.
Walking distance.

The hotel is located at the heart of Ormoc City, so convenient. The amenities are good at a cheaper price.

Great place. Value for money. You get your money's worth. Near Markets, terminal, fastfood chain and restaurants. Also near to ormoc baywalk and plaza.

Receptionist well mannered, inquiries no problem. Room is clean with hot water, but no cabinet for clothes. Easily access to the city, near banks markets parks etc.

First stay over was big bed. Second floor. It was clean and nice. Ac wasn't the strongest. In that room I had Wi-Fi from time to time but it was usable. In the shower so much was loosen.

Cafe only as didn't stay in rooms. Cafe is ac with soft music playing. Beer, wine and cocktails 🍸 nice menu but way over priced.

Good morning 🌞 I can only review the restaurant as had breakfast there but did not stay at hotel.

We recently booked this hotel for a night. The location is excellent—very close to fast food places, a pharmacy, and perfect for a quick grocery run.

The room is okay if you are looking for a place to just sleep in. The bed is very comfy and the AC in my room works well. The room is not pristine clean but it will do if you're not a clean freak.

Writing.
I didn’t expect this level of quality in both the service and the room.

Stayed here for a night and it was perfect had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and the place was always kept clean and tidy.
