Place and service is fine, but one of its workers sent a masturbation videos and suggestive photos such as but not limited to images of her genitalia and breasts to my partner. What kind of person does that to someone that she happened to serve some time ago? Although this does not concern the establishment's service, I believe that this may affect the establishment's name in a way given that she carries the name of the good establishment.

Surely recommended to all cebuanos the room are clean the staff are freindly.

The room is very clean and I like the design and colours they choose. Friendly staff, I still want to come back here to stay next time, Close to everything.

I would have rate it 5 star kasi they have nice room, approachable and friendly l staff nice buffet we stayed 1 week but during the last day of stay we found a dead cockcroach.

The hotel is great. It is one of the cheapest hotel with buffet breakfast in tacloban. The room is a bit small but the bed is very comfortable. The only constant food during breakfast is bacon! The only downside beside the size of the room is their air condoning, it takes awhile before the room becomes cold.

Nice clean rooms, good buffet breakfast and overall friendly staff. This is a business hotel so the amenities are no-frills. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. TV in room is LCD and has an in-room fridge.

We're here for business, so the small table in the room's my only concern. Otherwise, the bed's awesome, the bathroom's okay (needs better drainage maybe, or shower curtain), the staff's friendly, the hallways smell clean. The food at our event's so-so. Wi-Fi connection is steady (so far), SunCellular signal's a bit weak.

Two thumbs up! Very accommodating staffs, speaking from their heart. Very clean and very relaxing. It's worth the price paid with a bonus of very good natured staffs.

I'll recommend this place. The crews are courteous I like the "happy to serve" phrase everytime you have query. Delicious food, clean place, comfortable bed, contemporary and revolutionary combined style just right for relaxation after a toxic day at work. The area is not so big. Not so crowded and noisy. The only problem with my room is theres no cabinet. This is best for only short stay such as a week. If you have many things might as well get the room with cabinet. But all in all I rate this 8 of 10. The price is right. Value for money is appreciated.

I found this hotel better than Ironwood Hotel, despite being cheaper. The room was decently proportioned and the beds were comfortable. The natural lighting was okay, but the windows were quite narrow. As with most Filipino hotels, the shower was clogged. Even though I took short showers, the water leaked out into the bed area. Also, the room could use a proper desk instead of a little nook with an ottoman to sit on. Breakfast was mediocre. Limited options and I was really heartbroken that they only serve instant (powder) coffee.

It's one of the popular hotels in Tacloban City. It's not that big compared to other hotels but still it's a great hotel to stay in. They have a cafe at the 5th floor called "skye" where some students hang out. It is perfect for studying because of its tranquil ambiance. They serve pastries, shakes, frappes, and coffee there. On the other hand, they also have a restaurant inside.

Modern, own pharmacy and cafe lounge. Rooms small but overall very modern. Everything is brand new. Removable shower heads. Finally found a place that does cereal for breakfast. Brilliant Internet. Highly recommended. However, they could add condiments in rooms, and also my wet room drainage was blocked for the price of stay.

Ask to book Room 6. The balcony view of the beach can not be beat. Huge fan to keep you cool and comfortable, clean and good beds. Paid 8 USD per bed. Best deal in San Juan del Sur. The bathroom and and showers are on the first floor so it may be an issue for some but wasn't for me. Staff were nice and available. Very safe because the door are locked at night. Also Rocky, the dog, was there for pets and hugs, too.

The view from the 6th floor is so fascinating. Our 9 days stay there was all good. The only thing was, we were served a not very fresh fish for the fillets one dinner time. And the breakfasts are cold. Also wishing they could serve fresh fruit juices.

My experience with the hotel is okay the only thing I didnt like is your staff (Wilson Tan) allowing us to have a late check out, and when we came back to get our things we were charged 500 for checking out late… he should have arranged it with his officemates… that is the bad experience any guest should not encounter… hope the mgt can correct it… thanks…
