We recently booked this hotel for a night. The location is excellent—very close to fast food places, a pharmacy, and perfect for a quick grocery run.
Probably the only concern I have is that the bed is still wrapped in plastic underneath the bedsheet, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep on because of the noise it creates. Also, while we were asleep, we kept hearing a telephone ringing from time to time outside our room. It was a bit unsettling, especially since there's a reception area outside the rooms but no one was on standby. I’m not sure if the telephone was ringing from another room or somewhere else.
Nevertheless, it was a good stay. I recommend this place and would definitely book again soon.
I booked a room here for my girlfriend, her sister and 2 boys. The first room they put her in STUNK and the pillows were yellow. Wifi does not work. They put them in a different room. Wifi still did not work, they promised to fix but nope. In the morning they went to take a shower but couldn't because they were using some water tank on the roof that obviously had so much bacteria in it that it STUNK horribly. I checked them out and demanded a full refund for the nasty conditions and inconvenience of them having to move hotels. I would NOT stay here but the Hotel Costa Bravo is wayyyyy better. They actually know how to appropriately and respectfully deal with paying customers.
