We had 2 spacious rooms as our wedding gift from my dearest friend. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our daughter also loved her own crib for 2 nights. We wasn't able to try the in-house restaurant due to tour schedules. Nevertheless, the beds were super comfy after a long and tiring day. We also enjoyed the pool.

Excellent customer service. Delicious buffet! Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms and there's just a classy vibe everywhere overall. The pool is really nice and kid friendly. Super great for families. ♥️ This is where my 3 year old first learned how to swim. PS: Not sure if they do this often, but we greatly appreciate that they did not charge our 7 year-old for the breakfast buffet. It's usually half the regular price. 🙏🥰 Will surely come back.

It was my daughter’s debut. The function room used we use was huge and great. We stayed there for 2days and all I can say is that my experience was fabulous. We already know that this hotel is recognized as one of the best hotels in Cebu and that despite this pandemic, protocols are implemented accordingly, cleanliness and hygiene are also well maintained. Most importantly, staffs are very approachable. Overall, our experience in this hotel was great. I highly recommend Radisson Blu Cebu.

Place isn’t bad. It’s actually really good. Though overrated. Mosquitoes by the pool area. A lot (definitely not all) of the staff are racist. The same rule they gave us doesn’t seem to apply to foreigners (whites and koreans). Pero pag bisaya, sinusundan bawat galaw.

Such a cozy place… hotel staffs are very welcoming… Food is excellent in Feria… Rooms are spacious, clean and vibrant… They also cater big events such as weddings, seminars and trainings and a lot more.

Whenever I go to Cebu for work I make it a point to book this hotel. They have a huge lobby which has a very pleasant and fragrant smell. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The bathroom tiles are very classy. The hotel is a little worn out but the rooms are spacious. It's next to the SM City mall and it becomes very convenient if you need to do a quick errand or buy.

Very good accommodation. Attendants are courteous. Lobby is wide and comfortable. Pools are outside where guests can hangout and relax. Spotless clean, staff were very good & friendly. The buffet breakfast was overwhelming & delicious. So many options to choose from. And we loved the pool — so clean & refreshing. Not much chlorine on it which we really loved it! And it's very near/accessible for shopping. The SM shopping mall is just next door which was very handy

A nice business style hotel in Cebu city, a bit hard to get in or out in peak hour traffic — but that is the o lot real down side. Great housekeeping — very clean and tidy rooms, always a water bottle on hand, nespresso machine and good sized desk. Pool bar is great for a quick snack and the pool area is spacious and clean. Staff are all really friendly and helpful.

It's our first family trip here in Cebu, and we enjoyed everything. Luckily, we stayed here in Radisson and I met good people. Thank you to Ms. Denise of Front desk for being considerate and very approachable. Also, for the staffs at Feria, Sir Joven and Sir kenneth for taking care of us, and helping us out for my Dad's food preferences. And also to the Lady manager during our breakfast (Forgive me if I forgot your name ma'am, but I will not forget your charming face). Exactly, we stayed here Father's day and my parents enjoyed from food, service and staffs!

After my last night of my 30 day trip. I had forgotten to print an important document. It was 11pm and all the places I could pay to print wasn't open. I took a chance and went to the Radisson Blu knowing an international hotel wouldn't fail me. I would just use the business center and pay whatever I had to pay. I was welcomed even though I wasn't a guest and despite the business center being closed the front desk agent summoned a bellman to assist me. He logged on to the computer and advised me to take my time. I printed my document and was off and I was shocked they didn't want me to pay for my two sheets. I never stayed at a Radisson Blu before but I will definitely stay a few nights next year when I visit again. This is coming from a Ritz-Carlton bleeding colbalt blue employee of 8 years. Loved the service it's exactly what I would have done with my own guests.

I love my stay. The room is really nice and comfy. Near / besides SM Mall. Good choices at the buffet breakfast. Check-in and checkout was great during my visit.

Convenient setup, it is right next to a SM City Mall, which has a good selection of restaurants and essential stores if you happen to forget something for your travels. Room is spacious and breakfast buffet is reasonably good value for money. Location is quite accessible and easy for commuting.

All the staff are very accomodating and approachable. All of them have a great smile when they greeted the visitor. The food are perfect. Rooms are affordable and well organized. Facilities are clean… you dont have to think twice to recommend for your friends and families. The place near in the swimming pool area are very relaxing. :)

Nice place. Will difinitely recommend to my friends. Ambiance is good, relaxing. Staffs are very accomodating and presentable. I was just disappointed with the food. The taste did not past with my standard. Sorry! Replace your chef ASAP… pang local ang taste niya. The humba taste was really not good. Puro tuyo ang lasa. Lagyan mo sa sunod ng dried bulaklak ng saging at tausi then ground pepper with pineapple tidbits… hindi puro tuyo. Same with the beef tapa and toccino in tue morning. Very ordinary ang lasa. You are in a high class hotel so your food must be the same… sorry. But overall I loved the place but not the food. Thank you.

A true sample of excellent hospitality! Without doubt one of the best five star hotels in Cebu we stayed during our time in Philippines. It’s a great place to stay… Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. The morning & evening buffet was one of the best we had during our stay in Philippines. The North Indian restaurant Chef also deserves special thanks for being flexible and cooking to our needs, (appreciate this! ). There is also an excellent choice of different cuisines in the restaurant for diverse nationalities. This 5 Star hotel is two minute walk away from the Shopping Centre and very central to go to any Cebu attractions. The hotel lobby is lively and the pool bar is relaxing in the day time. I highly recommend the hotel for foreigners and locals as I would probably choose this hotel again. All respect for the manager Jason who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

One of the oldest 5 star hotels in Cebu City. Nice big property and very welcoming staff. Nice place for one to go fo buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner. They have a big family room which you can book for a big gathering planned.

Upon entering the establishment, the staff greets and entertains their guests. Relaxing music are played in the lobby, complementary flavored waters are available as well. The rooms are great. The pool area's a big plus. There's also a gym, and a wonderful garden. The foods in the restaurant are exceptional. If you want to go malling no worries, the hotel is only across a shopping mall.

This is the great place to stay. The staff was very very nice and very friendly. The food was very very good. The room was excellent. The only reason I gave it 4 stars. It's because they were washing the windows outside and the window seal had a leak. So for two days every time I walk by the window in my sock feet they would get wet. The staff was informed of this I was told that it would be taken care of however it took a couple of days for them to dry it it out. This is a great place to stay and I will be staying there on my next visit.

Great hotel in the center of Cebu City! We loved the huge lobby, friendly staff and the room. The bathrooms could use a little more light and perhaps a little more cleaning and definitely should offer a shaving kit. At first, I was having mixed feelings giving this place 4 stars as we had an issue checking in that I almost felt like they don’t care for their customers or potential customers to say the least. However, after maybe 45 minutes of arguing (yes, it took that long, and we were tired and exhausted standing at the check in counter the whole time while getting our nerves worked up due to the supposed mistake of the third party website this hotel uses) and after talking to the check in lady, the manager and finally the General Manager it seemed, the latter finally gave in and apologized and awarded us what we claimed for. It was smooth sailing and a great stay after that. It could have been 5 stars were it not for the trouble at first or a 1 star if they did not concede to what seemed like would’ve been a disservice. I have to say the hotel is nice giving you a feeling of affluence when you walk in and with the quality of materials used in the room and its amenities. Most importantly, the hotel is literally walking distance to the biggest mall in Cebu, Philippines, SM Mall.

Most friendly and helpful staff from front desk to cleaning staff to security staff compare to other big hotels we resided in Cebu city, I would say Radisson Blu Cebu is by far the best of the bests. From great food to reliable staff assistance to nice room ambiance to good location, this hotel has it all. We really love the hospitality of this hotel, thumbs up for us. They really know how to treat their guests well. Don't just take my words, check in and see how they will knock you off in positive ways.

Modern hotel with a tendency toward dark lighting. It works because it's a huge hotel and attendants abound to guide you along. A plus is that it's sister mall is just right next door.

So the rooms are well presented. Free Wi-Fi and performance of it is pretty decent. Bathroom feels a little dated but it serves it purposes. Bed is very comfy and I managed to sleep half a day, something which I've never been able to do in a long time. Lobby is huge and customer service is relatable. All good. Could be a tad cheaper considering the rooms can look a little aged but hey ho.

My girlfriend and I where referred by a friend to stay here at The Radisson Blu Hotel while in Cebu. It was definitely a 5 Star experience that I'll never forget. Our room was on the 17th floor in the corner and the view was stunning. All the staff were accommodating, especially when they went out of the way to get a scale so that we could weigh our luggage bags. Also the breakfast buffet we had in the morning was exceptional. The food was always kept warm and freshly cooked and the service was splendid. I will definitely be returning again and recommending my friends as well.

The hotel is large, the grounds are also not small, but the pool is not very comfortable, more decorative. Close to the shopping mall and shopping. Big minus, although near the sea, but there is a port on the island of Cebu where near the city, there is nowhere to swim, heavily contaminated. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Price is not bad for the service. Sadly the cleanliness is the biggest let down. I used a room all alone. Loads of hairs from previous guests. Ironing board cover was soiled and stained. Good view over the city is nice and free parking is a benefit. My room had a decent decent desk with facilities. Had a decent night sleep here and the plug sockets supoort British format 3 pin plugs.

I was referred by a friend to stay here at Radisson & we did. It was the best room we ever stayed at in Cebu. We were on the 17th floor corner room and the view was stunning. All the staff were accomodating especially when I broke my lock on my luggage and they helped me fix it. Hands down, would recommend!

Great place to stay if you prefer the city side of Cebu. The mall is conveniently right beside the hotel so its easy to get food or whatever you suddenly need. A plus, they early check in us hassle free. The rooms are very spacious. The not so good, I think the hotel needs a little fixing. Lots of sign of wear and tear already.

I almost stay a month in radisson so far it was a good experienced the SM mall is near to the hotel very convenient to all the guests in the hotel. The staff are very friendly and always smiling at you. They help you to feel comfortable and make your things easy to stay.

Currently checked in. This hotel has fantastic customer service! They managed to check us in 3 hours before their standard check in. The whole place is spacious, quiet, and cozy. Our room is also quite big with a well-lit desk. The bathroom has a bidet which I always look for in a hotel bathroom, and they also have high speed broadband. It's also walking distance to the famous SM City Cebu if you wanna eat out or shop. As for the breakfast, we haven't tried it yet, but I will update this as soon as we eat tomorrow. So far I'm impressed with this hotel! Highly recommended!

The hotel is located next to SM MALL It has a great water feature and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. OLIVER @ the restaurant during breakfast provides excellent service. He did stand out and really made an extra effort to offer extra food availabilities to serve. The room was great and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to people who are looking for best and excellent five star hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for our Company's Forum in the first week of July and I was impressed. The rooms are clean, attractive and spacious and its internet connection is very fast. Its function rooms are also great and the the lobby is grand. The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating and you have a wide variety of food to choose from during breakfast. On top of that, its situated just beside SM City Cebu so all your shopping needs are just a few steps away. :-)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Proximity to the 50 m mall, where the sea of coffee shops and restaurants of different kitchens in the world for small money and wonderful service + shopping for any taste. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. At our request, we had a number on the 21st floor, where fantastic species were opened in Cebu City, mountains and embankments. Staff is sensitive and caring, security at the highest level. If there's only Radisson in Cebu, you won't regret it. Highly recommended.
