The smell was very bad in the hotel the Wi-Fi doesn’t really work when we told the desk they lied to us saying it is everyone in the hotel but they didn’t know we have 2 other people staying in the hotel as well and theirs are working fine the attitudes of the women up front can change as well.

The service of cafeteria are not good, breakfast serving 45 mins. Waiting. My husband walkout, we eat outside. anyway thank you!

I have been staying here for The past years that I have been in Cebu and I can say that The staff are very welcoming and friendly and The room is nice and comfy however they need to take some improvements on The facade of The hotel. Food is Great thank you.

So far, I feel the comfort, just to consider relaxing night with my comrades in a very short but fruitful and entertaining time.

Your basic hotel right at the country's historic Colon Street which is the oldest road in the Philippines. If you are not the fussy kind and just need a place to stay near Cebu's landmarks (Sto Niño Basilica, Magellan's Cross, etc) at very reasonable rates, then this hotel is for you. There is a Gaisano store across and a Dimsum house so if you want more than their usual bfast fare, there are lots of choices out there.

This is my third stay at Cebu Business Hotel, the place is decent, staff were very nice and welcoming and concerns are handled in an efficient manner. I enjoyed dine-in and at Cafe Marcelino staff there are also friendly.
The Hotel location was great, pretty close to the areas I had to go.

I stay March 27, 2018. Before going to manila sa march 28, 2018. May review for this hotel are near sa mga mall and university. On the spot colon st. Busy street due to hiway. With parking space and free breakfast. Tapat ng mga fastfood chain. Medyo madami lang tao minsan due to some events. Nice room and CR. AC was okie from the start. With free drinking water upon request. But sadly nung nagstay ko no Cable TV signal and can't connect to Wi-Fi so I cant review the speed. Also medyo may kamahalan sa room but pasok naman sa budget kung madami kayo or afford by your company. No windows so expect less data signal for smart and globe user. Medyo nakakalito sa simula sa dami ng pasikot sikot ng kwarto. May timba at tabo na kagad. Hot shower na lukewarm naman. Medyo maingay nga lang kasi sa busina ng mga sasakyan. Pero nice place to stay pa din. Accomodating staff. Well explained naman lahat ng ammenities once check in.

Just a plain simple hotel located at Cebu Colon beside University of Visayas. Accessible to some grocery stores and adjacent to Cebu ports.

I rate 4 star for the friendly staff service — function room staff… But for the facilities some rooms don't have windows, old air-condition and TV no hot water for shower. Strong smell of amonia on common restroom.

Located at the heart ofvthe city. Place is cheap but the rooms are small. Elevator is not working when I was there.

On the lobby, you'll get entertained by their friendly staff which I like, but don't expect too much on its amenities.

You must treat your guest as Gold. I myself experienced the worst hotel accommodation. Poor aircondition rooms! : (i reported it during my first day and they let me transfer to another room but still too hot and total waste of money. I am a frequent cebu traveler and I won't stay again in your place. Poor service.

This hotel is ok. The building is too old, their rooms and other facilities. But walking distance to any tourist spots in cebu.

What kind of stardom, this and score. But seriously, their money he certainly stands, except for one — daily meetings and send-offs of recruits to tarakan′imi:)

If you seek for a cheap but not dirty 'i mean a short time check-ins' like lodge and etc, try this hotel in colon corner junquera streets, metro cebu. This is an average hotel for me.

It has many rooms and walking through the lobby between the hotel rooms gives a scary feeling. Wifi access requires purchase of an access card. There's nothing good about cebu that you can find around the area (except the idea that the hotel is located in the oldest street in the oldest city in the Philippines). I won't come back to this hotel. There are a lot of better hotels in cebu.

We stayed at Business Hotel for some days in October 2010. There is a reasonable balance between price and what You get.
