Nice hotel in a great location across from SM cebu. Rooms clean and with a nice view too. Breakfast buffet was good and filling with enough options. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Attentive staff, good view, 7Eleven and ATM on site and buffet breakfast included. SM Cebu City Mall just across the road and also a bus station where you can get a bus to SM Seaside and the airport (bus pass needed). No problem with getting a taxi in this area. I would rate it better than Quest which is more expensive (although Quest has a pool). Well worth staying at.

Surprisingly great stay at this hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was above average for what we antisapated. Best of all, it'd right next to the SM Super Mall with great shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended and will stay there again.

Please be careful of this restaurant. My husband and I stayed here for one night on 4/16, when booking through the hotel website and using a credit card mortgage, check-out on the 4/17 th-day has been used in cash to pay the full room rate 1925peso. Didn't expect to be in yesterday 5/28 suddenly received the credit card company notice yesterday in this restaurant consumption of Taiwan 3272! This is simply the theft of credit cards. The hotel also checked the room before we left before checking out to pay the room fee. But more than a month later unauthorized theft of our credit card! The hotel has been written to inform it that it has not responded.
Please be careful and avoid booking this terrible restaurant again. Terrible Hotel!
Never book this hotel anymore. My mand y I dayed in this hotel on Apr16 for one night. We paid the room fee 1925 peso by cash when we checked out. They also checked the room before we left. However, my husband was charged more than 4000 peso yesterday by his credit card card from this hotel. That's nonsense! This is is dis payment.
Its a credit card fraud by this hotel!
I try to contact this hotel by email mail times but still still no reply. Just always body to be careful and avoid booking this this terrible hotel.

Hotel is clean, the rooms spacious and for the price probably the best hotel you can get in Cebu City. Only at breakfast could be a little more choice and variety. For a few nights before the onward journey or journey home, the hotel is my 1st choice.

It is a relatively new hotel and in excellent condition. It's right across SM City, located on the uncrowded side with a great view of the harbor. Checking-in and checking out was a breeze. The staff were all polite and courteous though housekeeping/room service was a little slow, probably because of the peak season. Four stars only because they didn't have bacon during our four day stay. It's a neat hotel to return to.

We had a very enjoyable week long stay at the hotel which also hosted our Daughter's wedding. The hotel is very well appointed, centrally situated and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Also it is very good value for money. The only caveat I would like to mention is the fact that the en suite walk-in showers are VERY slippery underfoot and potentially very dangerous. Unfortunately I know this from personal experience! This should be attended to without delay. Dr and Mrs Michael Davies.

The hotel staff were accommodating and pleasant. The location of the hotel is conveniently across SM City Cebu. The only downside is the lack of crosswalk from the hotel and SM given that it was on a busy street. The hotel is nice and bright as you enter the lobby. They also have a cafe restaurant in the lobby where the complimentary breakfast is served. They also have lunch and dinner buffet at a cost. The room that I stayed at is a twin room. The room lightning is quite dark even with all lights on. The bathroom lighting is also quite dim. The hotel really need to change their lighting and fixtures. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The bathroom cleanliness can be improved. There were soap scum present on the faucet and shower door. The Wi-Fi in the room was not working properly but the staff was quick in providing assistance. Overall it was an ok stay.

2017/10/12~10/16 because of staff travel and have the opportunity to come here, these five days and four nights we all live in this hotel, the overall hotel is very clean and comfortable, the lobby service staff is very polite, from the other places is also very convenient, the hotel has massage services, also very comfortable to enjoy, and very cheap, there is a toothpaste toothbrush towel, Hairdryer can be registered to the counter to borrow, the hotel has a safety deposit box, bed sleep, air conditioning temperature is also very stable, bathroom temperature is not hot and cold, opposite the hotel is a big store, super convenient, soundproofing equipment is also good, sleep at night will not hear the outside sound, downstairs outside is a 24-hour convenience store, Buy some snack drinks and so on is very convenient, there is a small shortcoming, at night the hotel will gather a bunch of local residents to chat and drink, feeling a little messy.

Very good value for money. Rooms are spacious and modern. Good Wi-Fi. Only breakfast could be a bit richer. Slanted across from the Hotel is a huge Mall (SuperMall).

Fair hotel for the price and location. Parking is very limited and ramps are steep. Be prepared going up/down the ramp… could be scary especially for women drivers. Overall, service is very good with nice people. Our room a/c unit filter needs to be cleaned up…

Clean Hotel concerned with the well-being of its guests, located in front of a shopping center where we ttouve of everything, means of transport to carry, on the other hand the rest of the district is unsatisfactory.

It looks nice, maybe because it's new. But as to the service inside the hotel, I can't tell. Their hotel lobby has a concept of a welcoming songbirds… I don't know if it was just for the season. But their restaurant? Their chef, maybe at that time, is no good… Not worth your money, so to say…

Decent event spaces popular for small meetings and social events. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Wifi connectivity is a bit of a challenge and may be improved on. Very convenient location, just right across one of Cebu's major shopping center.

Wi-Fi great, Breakfast is served from 06:00 to 10:00, the choice is not much, but it's delicious, the waiter very polite, many of the group customers will choose to stay this hotel (Distance to SM hypermarket, walking as long as 3 minutes), easy repatriation of before purchasing, so 06:30~08:00 eat Breakfast a lot of people, I usually 06:00 come and eat will be relatively small. Aisle if someone is noisy, the inside of the room can hear (but can't hear next door room the sound), no pool, opposite the hotel, about 500 meters, is the 5-star Radisson Blu but the price is much more expensive (which claims to be the price a good deal 5 star hotel), downstairs there is a 7-11 convenience store (no time, want to eat want to drink, can from the bottom to go to next purchases), opposite the hotel 100 meters there is direct airport bus stop, every 20 minutes, just 25 pesos, 30 to 40 minutes, with respect to the cab 200 to 300 pesos to spend, a good deal more (usually out of the airport traffic, but into the airport, the road will be very smooth), as long as it doesn't rain (if it rains, many places will be less waterlogged, to go on the road to be very careful, or you'll get wet shoes).

Value for money. Hotel has a 7-eleven. SM mall is situated opposite within a 3 min walk. Rooms were spacious, and clean. The buffet breakfast stops at 10am, and lacked variety.

Staying in this hotel is comfortable and its location is perfect for visitors. Across Bayfront is SM Cebu and compared to other hotels nearby, this business hotel is great and at the same time affordable!

I left my watch at the bathroom but no item was found according to the lost and found department. They don't even entertain us well when we raise our concern. They have invalid reasons and very late action (investigation).

Bayfront sucks, fake staff, plastic, they talk behind you back when your not looking really really filled with fake people and fake staff! they don't treat you right! the heads don't even treat their co-staff right!

Hotel Employees are very noisy in the halls and when they are cleaning rooms. For some reason, the manager of this hotel has not correctly trained the employees in their proper behavior while working in this hotel. Many times, the young people who are cleaning the rooms, or walking through the halls with walkie-talkies, are very loud and make too much noise. It seems as though these young men and women think that they are also on vacation, enjoying themselves. They laugh and talk very loud, sing, whistle, and makes jokes to one another, instead of doing their jobs. A big problem is the volume of the walkie-talkies, that is very loud and can be heard from the guest rooms. In other hotels, they use head phones, connected to their walkie's so that they cannot be heard by those who are staying in the rooms. As a guest who is also working in my room, It is very disturbing to hear these kinds of behaviors. I have traveled to many locations, in several countries and I have never heard the workers in a hotel laughing and making so much noise. This is a very nice hotel and it is greatly diminished by the behavior of the employees who disregard the privacy and serenity of the guests. Please train these young men and women that they are working and not on vacation. Tell them to laugh and joke and make noise when they go home and not when they are representing this hotel.

Terrible service We were only allowed to have one key card, and because of their power-saving room feature, I couldnt go sperately to the workout room, which was inadequate and did not have reliable machines. The concierge took at least half an hour to get us our second keycard, and insisted we took the stairs from the 9th floor, which ALSO needed a keycard. Wow. The lighting in the room was not enough, and the aircon was intermittently on and off.

Staff are friendly and nice. Close to sm-mall. Clean room if I come to Cebu again I will come here again.
