Staff aren't accomodating. Foods are served in small amounts and found out they're keeping it. I personally experienced there was no food left I don't know why wherein fact it is budgeted according to the number of participants. There are flies in the venue of our seminar.
coffee's and Milo's are not enjoyed by the guests cause they don't refill it immediately.

and what's worst is that on the 1st night they told us that no rooms na daw sa fragoch so we have to be accomodated at AR HOTEL. There rooms are much more nicer and spacious.
but the next morning the receptionist from fragoch told us we have to check out AT AR cause there's available room na daw. We were shocked because they didn't even asked us before if we want to. And there are OTHER guests that they could've asked.

We had a great stay in the hotel with clean rooms.
Very good location, near downtown.
Staff were really accommodating. They can even help you organize your tours, island hopping and town tour. Our tours for 2 days really went well.
We really enjoyed everything from the day we checked in until the check out day.
Food was great as well.
If there’s one thing I need to suggest, maybe they need to make up rooms daily.
