I had a really good stay at this resort and enjoyed the swimming pool the most. It’s spacious, clean, and has a nice view that makes it feel more relaxing.

Nice experience nice place to relax clean pool very nice service from receptionist, cashier, lifeguard, and all the restaurants staff even the guard very accommodating hope to come back soon.

Nice complex close to SM Bicutan and other eating establishments. Quiet and secure, however traffic is heavy getting in and out of the complex. Wave pool is nice.

Amazing place since it's closer to the airport. We spent 3 days in a unit that we rented, the staff are hospitable and the place is very secure.

Good location, easily accessible to malls and bars around Timog Tomas Morato. The hotel also has its own rooftop bar and a wine café on the ground floor.

I checked in last Sept. 20, 2025 and it was awesome. They put me in deluxe room where the ambiance is so nice and catchy. It smells good.

I had a very pleasant stay at Arzo Hotel Makati. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location is very convenient.

I deleted my previous review, which I think it's quite inappropriate after we have decided to extend our stay for another 4 nights. Currently we becoming used to flaws of the vicinity.

Good hotel overall in a central location of walking street. Room was huge. Great bar right in the lobby and although the menu was limited the food we ordered was good. Drinks were also good.

After 12 months and 750, 000php I cannot have my room of choice. However iit is my choice to live anywhere on the pane5 for last 12 months.
Staff are second to none to none!

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the urban life, I would recommend this scenic place, nestled within the area of Mt. Maculot hovering over your view upon your trip to this place.

Fair for its price. The only advantage I could consider is its location to the downtown. It's quite an old style accomodation with pretty average room size and kind of old sheets.

The most affordable hotel we've found that is near to most tourist spots of Legazpi, Albay and airport. The rooms were decent and worth its price. Plus the view of Mayon in the morning.

Clean. Newly built. Accessible to both the Bicol International Airport, Legazpi City and Daraga Proper. Has a nearby 7-11 store, The Generics Pharmacy and hospital, the Daraga Doctors Hospital.

"An Ancestal House Hotel Near the Airport. " The hotel will make you feel you are far from the city, though you are just a short jeepney ride away from the airport.

Just a few hours drive from Manila. We went there for a two-day vacation for a quick escape.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Well-maintained rooms and clean facilities. The amenities are great. They provided us an access to their play zone, pools, and other recreational areas.

Had a great day tour experience last August 2025. Staffs are very accommodating and polite. Facilities are good but they can also be improved.
Hope they'll get to maintain the place even better.

Beach and pool: mabato ang beach. Aqua shoes is a must! Beach was relaxing and clear enough. Only water activity available is the Banana Boat priced at Php 400 per person.

Function rooms look fancy, sound system is great and food is great as well. The venue has great pools.

The description for the rooms need to be updated. We got free toiletries and 2 towels for a room for 2 adults. Bed is with blanket.

The location is excellent. The facilities in the room are just so-so, but the price is relatively cheap. This is of great help to us when we can't book a room in other hotels.

The staff were warm and very accommodating. The room was decent, and the bed was big enough for two adults and a toddler.

When it comes to cleanliness and staff service, I honestly have nothing negative to say.
Everything — from the common areas to our room — was very clean.

Location: The winning point of this hotel is its prime location. Near practically everything.

So far so good, clean, elevator working, no crazy smells or sights, clean bathroom with proper shower doors (haven't seen that in a long while), trash pick up service, excellent location, hot water

I stayed at Birch Tower Hotel on the 39th floor and had an excellent experience.

With Robinsons Mall a few feet away, right in the heart of the entertainment district and a few minutes walk away from the beachside.

Everything you need is provided, but my room didn’t have a window, and I had no connection with Globe. The safe wasn’t working either. Otherwise, no complaints.

We recently spent 2 days and 1 night at Canyon Cove Hotel & Spa with our family and had a wonderful stay. The beachfront location is beautiful, and the kids especially enjoyed the pool and the beach.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The place is beautiful. You will have a close view of Mt. Bulusan and Mt. Mayon from afar. This is a good resort for you to unwind and relax.
