We actually visited Starbucks but had a look around the mall seemed ok although small. The views unfortunately are on other side of road & not really visible from mall but I imagine the view from hotel could be good.

One of the best hotels in Tagaytay. It has both covered and outdoor parking. The covered parking is at the basement, and it shares with the Robinsons Mall, which is on a connecting building. Guests here also have easy access to convenience stores, restaurants and various services from Robinsons Tagaytay. Coffee shops and various restaurants are also located near the building complex. All the rooms of summit ridge has a view of Taal Lake. So if you come to tagaytay for a view, your room (facing sourth east), will have a view of Taal Volcano, Taal Lake, and the neighboring towns of Cavite and Batangas. You can also view the sunrise from the veranda of your room. You can also book for adjoining rooms, useful for bigger families. The hallway is located on the northside, facing much of the province of Cavite, Manila Bay and Metro Manila. On cloudless, smog less days, you can view Metro Manila skyline from the hallway that leads to your room. Breakfast buffet is not so good, not so many choices. And if you are staying in the weekends, the dining area is normally crowded in the morning, so get up early.

2000php for an extra bed. Very plain looking room. Not worth their expensive price for a twin room. Food not so great either!

Breakfast super konti choices! tapa, afritada, salad, macaroni soup, plain rice, vegetable rice, longganisa, tuyo, egg, fruits (pakwan, pineapple, seniorita banana, loaf bread, cheese (probably eden), banana bread, dinner rolls. That's it! Their rooms are SO SO. We booked 3 rooms. We got extra bed for 2 rooms and each extra bed cost 2000php! Will we ever go back this hotel again? Hell NO. I will give this a 1 star rating if not for the staffs /bellboys/ cleaning ladies. They are very nice and accomodating. Overall rating: NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

Great place to stay in Tagaytay. Probably has the most scenic view of the volcano and lake. Reasonably priced compared to other hotel choices in the area. Our family's first choice in Tagaytay.

The rooms are great, internet connection is good. The only set back is the unavailability of inhouse restaurant. I dont know if it was just during our stay (too bad for us) but we had to go out of the hotel to eat. Even the buffet during breakfast was limited. Not exactly appetizing.

Our experience here is not great at all. We had our corporate planning here. The meeting room temperature is bad. The grilled tuna is not cooked. They did not even offered any solution to us. The breakfast menu is more for lunch rather breakfast.

Worth spending your money when looking for a great place to stay in Tagaytay. The view is breathtaking.

Great hotel with great view of the Taal Volcano. Friendly hotel staff and the place was clean. You gotta try the awesome foods at Sisterfields by The Cravings. This is where your highland experience should be when in Tagaytay City.

The view from the summit suite is breathtaking yet is quite expensive compare to other room. Customer Service is excellent the only downside for me is the food.

For the overall experience. . Its a sad face guys the service was poor. . Not so "friendly front desk staff. " Nobody offered if we need assistance with our luggage. All. Phones just kept on ringing. We requested for an ice bucket and it took 40 mins. I think the management should take a look at this.

My family and I had a great time in Summit Ridge. Very accommodating staff, well kept rooms and very clean surroundings.

Worst experience and worst stay ever! The massive amount of times we asked for an iron and it never came. We were always forgotten. So much staff at the front desk but none of them were helpful or friendly. They gave filthy looks and looked like they hated their lives. So grumpy and rude.
