Nice place to stay! Inhouse breakfast serving is small. Very friendly and accommodating owner and staffs.

Would have given an excellent mark if the climate system was well maintain. They have all Daikin Split type aircon but it seems the filter was not cleaned religiously.

Spent 3 nights and 2 days at a unit here with my daughter. It is just several minutes walk to Baguio Cathedral, Session Road, SM Baguio and etc.

Comfortable.
Accessible to Sm, Session Road, Cathedral church, Burnham park, night market, Mines View Park.

Room like home.

Comes with pool til evening.
Highly recommended.

It's along the main highway so you can't miss it, if your going towards Vigan it's on your left.

This place is awesome. They’re still doing renovations, don’t let the hole staircase fool you. Cos you’ll be in awe how nice, cozy, and accomodating this place. We stayed there from October 4-6.

I stayed here twice last year albeit thru Airbnb and booked 3 rooms each time for colleagues who travelled with me.

Little far from walking st but not that bad. (15min walk) Good for food options daily house keeping. Not all rooms are the same depends on owners. (older TV ect. ) Recommend higher floors for noise.

We went here for a 2 night stay. Overall experience was excellent. The location is easy to find and we just commute from Manila.

Our room on the 2nd level was overlooking the ocean with waves. It had a huge verandah and comfortable chairs.

It's been a while since I slept in a place mentioned in LP guides. This one is difficult to rate. Truly it should be 3, 5 stars, but let's uplift it a bit, as the staff was really helpful & kind.
