Good day! We want you to know that we had a wonderful time staying in your property even if it was just an overnight accommodation. The rooms we had were spacious, clean and comfortable; the food were delicious; the staff were warm, accommodating and helpful; the location was strategic; and we were quite impressed of the kids’ play area on the 3rd floor. We are also beyond grateful for the provision of a conference room at a very short notice at no cost! You have become a great part in the success of our Development Training Workshop/Team Building for this year, and for that we thank you very much! We Stayed at le charme for 2 nights. The check in was smooth when we arrived. The breakfast options are limited due to the pandemic situation but the breakfast we had tasted great. The staff is very approachable and courteous. There was a bit of a confusion with the discounted rates when we were about to checkout but everything was settled when the manager explained the offers properly. Overall we had a great stay at le charme and it was great escape in the midst of all the negativity this pandemic has brought upon.

Slow service upon checking in. Most of the food on the menu is not available. Front desk office and restaurant told two different things. We booked for 14 pax for 4 rooms. I specifically asked if breakfast is included and they say yes. The restaurant on the hotel did not acknowledge the free breakfast for 14 pax and insisted that it was only for 2 persons per room. Did not argue about it because we just want to have fun and relax. Lastly, the aircondition in the rooms sucks. Very disappointed.

Worst place we have ever been. The management did not clearly stated the rules about the breakfast coverage. Do not attempt to come to this place again. You will only get disappointed in all aspects.

It's my first time at this hotel and I'm so amazed how superb was the experience. Facilities are great. I enjoyed their roof deck pool with a perfect overlooking view. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. Staffs are amazing and very polite especially Ms. Beverly, the duty manager who showed the real meaning of great hospitality. She is truly a very well trained person and I am really happy to see such a great service. I'll definitely come back!

We held my daughter's 18th birthday here last Sunday. It was a very successful and memorable evening. Everyone had fun. Great food and the venue itself was exceptional. Kudos to Mr. Cristoferson Viray for making our daughter's birthday extra special. For your outstanding effort in entertaining all our guests and to the amazing staff as well. Thank you, It was indeed a night to remember.

Best hotel we've ever stayed at. Amazing rooms with the most comfortable bed ever. We fell in love with the room and the large bathroom. Love it to the smallest details up to the wonderful Lavender treat in the shower. Great place to stay with toddlers (they have a play area — first time I've seen in a hotel) Thanks for the additional perks though we were not able to do them. An overnight stay is so bitin. This will be our number 1 choice for our next trip to Subic and hopefully we get to try the off road biking experience in the Summer! A bit pricey but definitely worth the bucks as they make sure that every penny is well spent with them.

Stayed here May 2018 with workmates for official company staycation. I did not pay anything since this is a company-paid stay. So here are my points: Pros: 1. Location — It is directly accessible to the main crossing of Subic where Puregold, Duty Free, Fastfoods (Mcdo, Jollibee, Chowking etc), Shops (Adidas and Nike outlet stores) and convenience stores are all in. 2. It has decent and classy ambiance. It's a new hotel and it looks and feel well maintained. Interiors are far better than its humble facade. 3. Ample parking is provided 4. Buffet breakfast is good. 5. Roffdeck pool is cool. Cons: 1. It is quite expensive for the amenities it has. 2. Other than the shops around, there is not much to do around the hotel's vicinity. 3. Breakfast buffet food was good but space for dining is too limited. Some guests were advised to bring their plates in their rooms due to lack of space at the dining area,

Good Day! I booked my stay in Agoda and me and my family stayed for one night last May in room 307, if you will base your expectations from their website you will have high hopes, they gave me mountain view de luxe room but really the view is the parking lot because its located in the city, also when I paid for my room in the front desk it has an additional P700 that says service etc that is not mentioned when I booked the room, Lastly the room's AC unfortunately is not working we literally are fanning inside the room, when I called and complained they gave us an electric fan and said they are sorry and thats it, my mother got sick because of this. Dont get me wrong the rooms space is very good and the staff are friendly but too bad that the room was a disappointment. I think this will be our first and last time here.

Stayed here last minute booking as the family passed through Subic. We enjoyed swimming jn the large rooftop pool. Did not like how they offered us a package at the front desk and they forgot to tell us it included massages, which we were unable to avail of since we only found out upon checkout.

The rooms are exceptionally clean. Everything is very stylish and classy. The staff is helpful and kind. No complaints anywhere. The bathroom is really nice.

By far, the best hotel I have stayed at! Their frontdesk personnels were very approachable and accomodating. Even their security guards never fail to greet you when you pass by them. Their space is huge and and spacious. The hallways, the elevator, and their rooms, especially. Their cleanliness is very commendable. My husband enjoyed the food they served at Teppan 101, and our breakfast at Mi Tapas. But what I absolutely loved is their pool area! My kids enjoyed it, my parents loved the view, and as for me, I loved all the spaces where I can strike a pose. The hotel might be a little pricey than the others, but every cent was worth it. My go-to hotel in Subic now!

Had a great stay with my family. The room is clean and spacious. They're quick to attend to our requests and they always greet you with a smile.

Had a wonderful experience! They made my wedding so special and memorable! I am overwhelmed with their services. Right from the very start I am preparing for my wedding, they are a huge help to me who didn't hire a wedding planner/organizer. The staff are very accommodating and friendly from housekeeping, front desk, food and beverage department. We "feel at home" during our stay in their modern, spacious, high ceiling, clean and fresh room. My family, especially the kids had a great time swimming in their roof deck pool. The foods are delicious and very affordable. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Le Charme Suites Subic for the privilege. I can't thank you enough David Reyes, Carol Gingco, Tricia Reposo, Jomar, Alvin and the rest of the team for making my big day very special :) I heart you guys! Dining: Fast Food — Mcdo, Jollibee, Chowking KFC to Gourmet Dishes
Coffee: Starbucks (need I say more? ) Space The room was more than enough for our family of four. The lobby's high ceiling was great and even the corridor to the rooms were spacious enough to fit tri-athletes with their bikes. The staff were responsive and very polite. Everyone from the guard, doorman, front desk, room service and even the pool and restaurant staff were great! The roofdeck pool was a blast! It was a unique experience in itself and offered privacy and tranquility amidst an otherwise busy area. Over-all the hotel was great and the kids love it too!
We will definitely go back. Congrats Ms Jho and team!

The place is really wonderful. One of the best Business and LIfestyle hotels i've visited in Subic. Spacious rooms, great ambiance and very accessible. Surely a place worth staying!
