Beautiful ambiance, very relaxing place, comfortable rooms, very accommodating staff and masarap Ang food. Don't hesitate to go to whiterock, you won't regret it, you'll probably come back👍…

To start, there is no beach. You need to wear a life vest to get in the water. Not all pools are accessible. Their flagship wave pool is available 4 times a day, 15 min per run. The bigger wave pool is once a day for 15 min. There is a lot of construction going on. It is noisy, lots of construction machine noise all day. If you want to relax and de-stress, this is not the place. The hot water in the room shower takes forever to get lukewarm. You have to waste a lot of water so you can have a lukewarm shower. This place is expensive! Not worth the money I spent on a 2 night/3 day stay. Prospective WR patrons, spend your precious vacation and money elsewhere.

Worst overpriced resort with very bad service. They made us move from our suite to the most basic room and charged us full price for the suite. Activities are not available as advertised but still charged full price. DTI and DOT should look into these bad practices, such an embarassment to the tourism industry.
