The hotel is old and in need of an update. The Wi-Fi was weak to non-existent, no water pressure in the showers, and the pool was dirty. The plus side is the rates are reasonable, staff friendly, rooms big and clean. The food was average but portions large for the price. We would stay here again as it is a good value and location is quiet.

Nice place just outside Subic Freeport. Large rooms, clean pools. Some areas a little work and in need of an update for a 5 star experience.

Room accommodation was good though the toilet was small. The free breakfast was so-so leaning on artery clogging bacon/ham with 2 eggs and choice of bread or rice. The other alternative was cereals with milk which I thought was not fit for someone trying to enjoy a vacation at a resort. A plus though was the heated pool that was open till 11 p. M. A negative was the ramp for guests with disability. Before you get to the ramp, you have to pass through rough stone pavement that almost felt like going through calvary before you rise into paradise. Lastly, security was rather lax which, while there was a stop before you enter, your identity was not checked for reservation and you car plate was not noted so that anyone can almost come in and out "freely. "

Place is so so. A bit pricey. Very spacious though, possibly good for team buildings and such.

Just don't come here. Overly pricy, staff overworked, breakfast is terrible. If It would half the price it would be OK.

Nice resort too bad that the standard rooms are not up to the place. Too simple even if big but poor and basic… needs a renewal! … however a nice place to stay relax.

Well its just fine because its what only I can afford imagine just 1, 300.00 per night … although the aorcon is old and the front face is almost detached n theres no water heater no bidet as I have said its just getting what u paid for. The F. O. Is accomodating, The pool is great, the food is a bit expensive the service for the food is so slow … I hope that I can be improve, maybe hire more kitchen staff and service crew … anyways thanks my kids enjoyed the pool.
