We're supposed to have an early check-in upon arriving at 12:20 — regular check-in is at 14:00, but were made to wait until 2pm, without giving us the Wi-Fi password, because they're preparing the room. Accommodation and services by other staff members, however, are very good.

We enjoyed our stay here. Great place for relaxing. Everything is near. Walk to the bay, food, bar, Cafe, tourist spots. Staff were all nice, roomsbare clean, interiors are good.

Best hotel in Subic. Within budget.

Room is clean and ready when we arrived, walking distance to lots of places to eat out.

Very good im sure be back here definately stuff are friendly accomodating.

Utilities — 3/5 -there was barely any hot water in our shower -the aircon in the living room area didn't work -hooray for bidets! Aresi Restaurant — 3/5 -food was okay (breakfast buffet) -staff's hospitality wasn't so good but there were a few who were okay Room — 4/5 -overall was pretty clean -main bed wasn't so soft but the extra beds we had we're better -executive suite was quite spacious, both tbe room living room and bathroom -deluxe was not as spacious compared to executive but still pretty good Staff — 5/5 -very accommodating and helpful. Since we had a wheelchair and they don't really have ramps, they were still able to make our stay more accessible and comfortable Other notes: -pool was clean and had a modern look, not that big but there was a jacuzzi, kid's pool, and a main pool -it's near the main boardwalk area so sometimes you could hear the loud music coming from the parties (we were here during Christmas time so there was an event nearby)

Check in was a breeze. Helpful staff and nice room. They were able to accomodate all our requests. Will definitely go back.

It is important too the hotel staff that they keep attention too their cellphones at all time, that unfortunately keeps their mind serving the guest.

Rooms are good, though food is just okay.

My Auntie reserved in this hotel for my family. But when we came, the staff said we didn't reserve a room here. We called my Auntie and she said she reserved a room here and double checked that she reserved. But when we came back and told the staff that we did reserve a room, they didn't help us and they charged us 5, 000 pesos when the price we got was 2, 000 pesos. We had to find another hotel to stay.

Stayed there last week, during the hot air balloon festival. My family had a great experience. The staff are so friendly, clean room with complete amenities, good food, very nice and cozy place. Beach is just few steps away frm the hotel, swimming is not allowed though since it's only for the water activities. If u feel like swimming, u can use the swimming pool instead. Had definitely a worthwhile stay there. Will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.

For family with young kids activity of swimming at the pool and play ground plus there room was nice with high speed internet. We will surely get back, oh just a walking from the subic sea side.
